I stayed here last night on a business trip and I have no complaints. The suite was comfortable and the separate bedroom from the rest of the living space doesn't make me feel like I'm staying at a strange hotel.

The staff was friendly both at check-in/out. They were also good about providing dining suggestions and directions. People in Texas are generally very nice and you can't really ask a quick question without getting into a conversation. It's a pleasant change from L.A. :)

The breakfast was good. You know you can't go wrong when there's salsa and jalapeno as toppings for your scrambled eggs! They also have a waffle maker for those who actually want to make their breakfast. And, funnily enough, I saw several Asian patrons eating noodles with chopsticks...all courtesy of the Inn. So there's no way you can't find something for breakfast even if you're the most finicky person in the world.

The Residence's Inn is not your grand hotel with fine restaurant dining and/or bar but it's great when all you want is the comfort of your home when you're away from home.
