Residence Inn by Marriott
1 review for Residence Inn by Marriott
Residence Inn holds true to its' name. I really felt like I stayed in a condo complex where everyone got together in the morning to share in the HOA provided continental breakfast.
As you can see from the photos, the standard size room is quite large. Besides the bathroom and bedroom area, there's also a "living room" space with a couch, 2 comfy chairs and a tv. The kitchen and small dining/bar area is what really did it for me. Full size fridge, a full set of silverware, plates, wine glasses, juice glasses, dishwasher! Plus, they offer free grocery shopping service. Write down what you need and they will purchase it for you (purchased items billed to the room). Although I didn't use that service, just having that option was very tempting. I really felt that I lived here because of the kitchen.
The indoor swimming pool is small with a max depth of 5 feet. The hottub was frequented by little kids. The exercise room is next to the swimming pool, so you can watch people swim as you run on the treadmill. Other equipment in the room are ellipticals, free weights, and some stationary bikes. Each machine has a remote to the tv, which is handy.
