Ah, my home away from home for the past year and a half. The perks have been slowly dropping off, but it's still a nice clean place. It's an extended stay hotel which means you get a full fridge and stove, though I've never used them. The staff is great, and after a while they know your names and have your reservations ready as soon as you stroll in.
They have a full hot breakfast selection which I love (usually a cup of oatmeal with raisins and walnuts with honey), and they usually have dinners there with free pop and beer. Sadly, Marriott points accrue very slowly (thanks to it being an extended stay hotel), and they used to give you two bottles of water and Milano cookies when you hit platinum. Now you get to pick one item from their little snack shop or get 200 points, which are basically worthless.
Workout room is pretty crappy, but there is a nice lake outside if the weather's cooperating. Haven't used the pool, but it looks operational enough. There are a lot worse places to stay in Evansville, though I think the breakfast lady has it in for me because she suspects I'm drying out the oatmeal. It was the guy before me, I swear!
