I love this hotel! The location is gorgous, the staff are very friendly. They have a hospitality hour which serves free snacks in the evening.
I put me and my family in this hotel when they all come for a visit. The rooms are like little apartments and my family loves it!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days last week and had terrible experience after terrible experience. The staff literally couldn't care less about you, and it shows. Maybe it's because we're young (early-mid 20's)-- there's a lot of discrimination in this area, but I would hope that we could be treated like adults when we are paying the same as everyone else in the hotel.
Yes, the rooms are very clean and spacious and it's nice to have a kitchen, but I'll be searching for a new place to stay next time I'm in Aventura. -

Travelers BEWARE!! They charged me a $250 smoking fee.. I DONT smoke! Michelle the sales manager basically called me a liar when I confronted management about it.. Great location and property but the service at this hotel was absolutely atrocious

I couldn't get a room at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle for a conference I was attending there, so I stayed across the street at the Residence Inn. It was a very short walk to the Fairmont every day, and my colleagues' rooms at the Fairmont were not so superior to what I had at the Residence that it would be worth the extra cost. I actually saved my company over $100/night by staying at the Residence instead of the Fairmont!
The rooms at the Residence Inn are spacious, comfortable, modern, and very clean. The furniture and decor are tasteful, including the appliances in the kitchenette. I like the kitchenette because it allows travelers the flexibility of cooking their own meals or reheating restaurant leftovers--I get tired of eating out when I travel.
Great front desk and bell service. They didn't charge extra for a roll-away bed. Complimentary breakfast is varied and tasty. I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially for anyone attending a conference at the Fairmont, but hoping to save a little cash! -

My in laws were staying here when Hurricane Wilma hit. I was so impressed by how the staff dealt with the disaster. For as long as they could and while working on generator power, the hotel provided their hot breakfast. They were limited once the food supplies started running out, but it was great to have a place to go to for a hot shower and an a/c break. They also extended their stay for another week (which was probably easy to do on account of nobody flying in). The staff here in my opinion went above and beyond the call of duty in the event of an emergency to make sure everyone was as comfortable as possible.....to the bitch lady guest who was complaining every morning that there were no waffles, fresh fruit, blah blah blah.... I hope you took the first plane out of here and haven't come back. Jeez....

This hotel is my go-to place when I need accommodations in South Florida. as others have said, the setting is lovely, and the rooms are spacious. The hospitality hour is a nice plus, and also serves as a comfortable meeting place for groups.

This Place Is Really Nice. Friends were in town on a quick trip and we a stayed here. We got an incredible walk in rate and the room was fantastic. The set up was like a small studio Apt. The kitchenette was nicely set up. The couch was an ugly color but comfortable. The bed was awesome it wasn't too firm or too soft. I would definitely stay here if I needed too. We didnt eat in the hotel but the dining room looked nice.
