Horrible place. I took me iPhone 8 here a few months ago because my screen had cracked. And I got it returned but with a blue effect. The color on my screen was never the same. I then has a friend who fixes phone change the screen again and he replaced it with a better screen than Repair Experts. I would definitely not recommend this place. Your screen will have a different color. My screen was a blue color and I wasn't pleased with the service at all.

Brought my gaming headphones in for a 3.5mm jack repair. They hooked me up! It took some time, but they work as good as new.

Called and was quoted a price ($75), then I wad written up a ticket for the repair (including the $75 price and the correct model). I was then told after they took it back that it was going to be $120. When I told the repair person I specifically said "6S", he says "Uh, no you didn't." Not a fan of someone implying I'm a liar, or changing a price after its been agreed and written up.

Avoid this place if at all possible. They replaced the screen/LCD on my iPad and within 3 weeks the new LCD had lines through it. When I brought it back to them the lady basically told me I was out of luck and would have to pay full price to get it fixed. She said unless I brought it back the next day they wouldn't cover it under warranty. Obviously they don't stand behind their work or their parts and they certainly don't value their customers. After arguing with them over a week they agreed to replace the screen for cost, which was only $35 less than full price. Why should I pay for them to replace it again with the same crappy parts? I took it to their competitors on Fairmont, who price match by the way, and they told me the LCD was most likely damaged because repair "experts" didn't straighten the frame properly during the original repair. Pay a little more for a quality job and go somewhere that values their customers and stands behind their work.

Uodate...I just wanted to give Mike from xpertrepair a shout out for taking the initiative to make his customers happy. He contacted me and it just so happened that my daughter cracked her IPad glass (btw I hate Apple iPads). He gave me a discount because of the negative experience I had with his company initially and delivered the IPad when promised. He has earned my future business as I'm sure it's just a matter of time until one of my family's crappy apple products cracks again.

I took my tablet there for screen replacement. When I went to pick it up one of the employees had taken my charger from the store to work on someone elses tablet. I didn't notice till later that I was eventually given the wrong charger for my device, it takes all day too charge my tablet now. In addition to that there is debris under the glass. Sloppy work, will not be going again.

Truth is, these guys are super nice people and every time I came in, they were very polite. I wanted to rate them well because they're a local business and all young people working there but the truth is they just don't do their job right. I had a phone take almost three months to repair (just a cracked screen) because they kept getting in faulty parts and then I was promised a refund for the delay in time. In the end, I didn't get my refund but was so relieved to finally have my phone working again that I didn't care. Then no more than two weeks later, the parts fail on me again and I just stopped caring and found my way around those functionalities of my phone because I was tired of living phoneless. Well, with all of the parts not working, the adhesive coming off (my phone screen literally dangles), and no refund, I just can't possibly give these guys a good review.

I meet Mike at my Vape shop. Ask him what kind of shop he got. He told me he repair phones. Got him to fix my sister iPhone 5c. He did awesome job! Look new and good price as well. Definitely sending my friends and family to him. Thanks Mike!

I took my wife's Iphone 4 to get the screen repaired, they told me that they would have it ready the same day, that was a lie, called them and they said it would be ready monday at 3 p.m. , that was a lie, they didn't have it ready until tuesday at 3 p.m., and they didn't bother to call me , I had to call, other wise it would of spent another day in their facility , for a simple screen , I don't recommend these folks at all,
