Took my car here to get a minor thing fixed, and I dealt with a receptionist and the owner, Jim, on the phone several times and both were very pleasant and helpful on the phone.
I wasn't able to pick up my car until after they closed because of work, but Jim waited until about 6 pm for me to pick it up! He's a very friendly and positive guy and I'm glad I got my car worked on here, and I'll definitely be back there if I need anything else done. The service was quick, painless, and not too expensive, and I'll say it again- very friendly and personable!
This shop stays really busy, and for good reason. The owner, Jim, is fantastic about communicating directly with customers and being very forthcoming.
Being a high quality professional shop, you're not going to get work done at budget rates. However, you should expect to be treated fairly and to have quality repair work done.
This is the first Auto Repair place I have been to where I honestly feel really confident in their service and totally trust everyone there. The owner, Jim Mueller is so nice - he has personally helped me over the phone try to pin point something wrong with my car.
Another time, they didn't charge me anything because they couldn't find anything wrong with the car.
The last time I took my car in war due to not passing an emissions test. They ended up having to get a part and it cost a ton. Jim Mueller personally called me to tell me about the cost and explain it. Then, he called back saying my car was ready and that they took the liberty of taking it to the emissions testing place and got it tested again. It passed and all the paperwork was in the car and ready to go. Was that OK?
