If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. I swear. This is the best service I have witnessed in a LONG time.
The hotel overbooked, so they put us in the presidential suite for free, and gave us a $100 coupon to use in the future for "putting us out".
The restaurant was closed, but I had left over Olive Garden catering, so one of the servers took my leftovers up to the employee break room (no microwaves in the rooms) warmed my dinner, and plated it for me.
No room in the bar, but the bartender set us up with our bottle of wine and warm leftovers at the table in the lobby. It wasn't even creepy. It was kind of cool to enjoy an "intimate" dinner amongst our fellow hotel guests.
Being on west coast time, we missed breaky by two hours. We still were kinda in the mood for omelets, though. No prob, said the bartender. 'I'll go make them myself if I have to. We aren't too busy for that." So we got omelets at 2 pm.
So accomodating. Very unlike a huge hotel chain. Highly recommend this place.

I dig this hotel. I really do. It's small and almost boutique. It's basically a dumping ground for all us aviation people with it's perfect location in relation to Teterboro. V Easy access to the city via Lincoln Tunnel.
The staff here is very friendly. Especially the bar staff, keep em' comin.
The rooms are very comfy as is with the Marriott brand. The hotel itself is very quiet, in a quiet area. The little yogurt things in the morning are a very nice touch.
