Joining this gym is probably one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
Everything here is so nice and easy that you want to go to the gym. The gym area is huge and they have chilled water with fruit in it for you. Most of the cardio equipment has an individual tv or ipod hookup in case your ipod isn't charged. They have plastic bags located above the thing that dries you swim suit really fast. There is a hot tub (outside and in the locker room), lap pool, two kid pools, and they have poolside service for food and drinks. They also have a cafe with healthy food. I love most of their yoga classes, actually all but one of them. I love their personal trainers! They have sports leagues and training for races. Childcare is included in membership.
The only reason I give it 4 stars is that they tend to cater more towards nonworking people for some of their activities. There are certain classes and things only offered during normal business hours. How can you afford to go here if you don't work? I wish this would be considered more. Most things are available nights and weekends. Oh, there is free parking in a secure garage. It is a little expensive, but not as much as I thought it would be.

Wait. I don't get it. A hotel and a gym combined? What the .....? But more importantly .... why? I don't get it, but I guess that doesn't matter.
Late night staff was friendly and helpful. Room for a weekend night was $129 which is a heck of a lot cheaper than a DUI so it was a good investment. Apparently it's also the only decent hotel in Walnut Creek. Is that true? Are there no other hotels in WC??
Loved the bathroom, room was clean, bed was comfy, but getting up at 5:30am was lamer than I can describe with words, but that's not the hotel's fault. :-p
It would have been nice to be able to check out said gym and pool area on Sunday, but oh well.
If I ever found myself in the area and needed a place to stay, I'd go back. (and not because there isn't any other place around) :)

Um -- going to downgrade this from "so-so" to "never again" for the spa part of the resort.
Went to the spa with the same girlfriend -- she had a mani/pedi appointment and I had none. I happened to be in the area so I just wanted to sit next to her and chat while she was getting her procedures. We get there 10 minutes late and it turns out that another client is getting pedicure at the same time so there's really no space for me to sit. Oh well, not a big deal -- their nail area is very small and closet-like, so I didn't want to be that person ruining someone else's zen by just standing there in a space that is already crammed. Not a big deal.
So I leave and my friend stays -- because she was 10 minutes late, the technician said she did not have enough time to both both mani/pedi and could only do one or another. My friend chose mani. After the procedure was done, they wanted to charge her for both procedures! Because they claim that a no-show without cancellation results in full charge. For. Being. 10. Minutes. Late. After a small battle, my friend did manage to leave with paying only for the mani but the atmosphere of a luxurious relaxing spa where they just take care of you is lost forever.
Plenty of other places that overcharge you for painting your nails and are at least nice about it. Good bye!

I like this gym a lot. I also have a company subsidized membership at one the fanciest gym's in San Francisco, but I like ClubSport a lot more.
An ideal day at this gym is as follows:
1) Make an appointment for a deep tissue massage (member's get a discount)
2) Go to the gym 2 hours before your appointment and do what suits your fancy ... an extreme cardio workout, pump some iron, or hang out by the pool.
3) Shower, sit in the whirlpool spa, dry sauna or steam room
4) Relax and get your body massaged
4) Go to the bar and order up a storm and wash it down with an ice cold beer
That's living the dream!
I also have a national gym membership at one of the big chains which cost me $49 / year ... Remember, you get what you pay for! When I was younger, I liked the national chain where I had to bring my own towel, my own lock for the locker and feared using the shower since it seemed unsanitary. But the scene for twenty-somethings was incredible.
At ClubSport you have to work out with the real housewives of the WC and your run of the mill executive types, but that's who this gym targets. If you are looking for a younger demographic and a pick up scene, this is gym is probably not for you.

This review is only for the Power Yoga class with David.
It is false advertising to call this class "yoga" let alone "power yoga." The class consisted of some glorified stretching. The instruction was horrendous. As somebody who has taken yoga from certified instructors for years, I can say that the instructions were way off and improperly described how to do the asanas. You could really get hurt following the teacher's instructions.
Finally, doesn't power yoga connote a vigorous ashtanga style practice? We barely got of the floor in this class.
Ok, as I write this today, I had finally been called back by the manager of the hotel. We spoke in detail about what happened and how I felt about this issue of racism. He, of course, offered me a "day of beauty" to make up for what happened. Initially I told him I was uninterested. After a month or so I called him back and said I'd take him up on his offer. We played phone tag again for quite awhile. I began a new job and got very busy so by the time I was ready, he'd left to go to another location. I ended up playing phone tag with the new manager who was filled-in on things. We have now finally spoken and I am hoping to get back over to the spa for a few treatments. I still never got a refund for the service I originally got. In addition, the spa manager left my name at the front so my appt can be made, but each time I've called they say they've "misplaced" the note. I'm confused and it's been a YEAR now. If I get some services this week, it'll be a well-deserved and welcomed miracle. More to come...

I loved staying here. What a wonderful place to relax after getting off of a long painful airplane ride from the worst place on earth (I won't say what state, but I will never move there no matter what the promotion/job offer is!). It's super clean. Everything shines. The bed is amazing. The decor is modern. It's wonderful with a very friendly staff. The rooms come with bath robes. Amazing, just amazing. The best word to describe it is RELAXING so please stay here if you are in need of some relaxation.
I have been a member for some time now and I have decided I have to compliment the Club on it's quality of service. Always clean, equipment in good shape, friendly staff! The location is very convenient and I run into friends all the time. Great neighborhood Club!
Some things here could use some improving (get rid of the older machines set in corners for looks only).
But, overall, this place is terrific.
Very nice people work out here too (this is a big plus).
Pool is great.
Only Newport Beach and Westwood Equinox gyms are better than WC Club Sport.
But!!!
There is a terrible bitch of a salesperson in the sales office who gave me a very bad experience. If you cross her (or if she thinks that you crossed her), she will let you have it.
Consequently, a high 5 star rating drops to a 4 star rating soley due to how this woman handles business.
So I am one of those pay the money and hardly ever use the gym people. BUT, on the rare occasion I do go it would be nice to have access to a full size towel in the locker room. You have to claim a towel at the front desk right when you walk in, or NO towel for YOU! God forbid you decide to take an impromptu hot tub or steam, you have to use the 2X2 towels in the locker room.
Upfront I should say that I am not a parent, but I am not unsympathetic to the hard work it takes to raise a child. But the kids at this club rule the pools, and that drives me nuts. I am now actively looking for a place that has designated lap lanes--all year round, inviolable, where kids are not going to invade and where parents are required to supervise their offspring.
Maybe it isn't the kids--maybe it's the narcissistic parents and the enablers-managers of the club that let the lap pool run riot in the summer. It's not a serious club for serious swimmers. Grrr.
R Spa Review:
I love this spa. The rooms are relaxing, the staff is friendly and the services are great. Guests have access to the gym, steam rooms, sauna and hot tubs too. Valet parking is free for Spa clients.
Diane is amazing. She gives the best facials and massages. I'm getting Microdermabrasion right now and my skin looks fantastic. You will not be disappointed!
OK, the honeymoon period is over. Not for me...I still love ClubSport. But my kids after 2 months are seemingly done with KidsWorld. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will not be able to justify my membership if my kids refuse to go to KidsWorld. PERIOD. EXCLAMATION POINT!
So the other day I really took a look around the kids area with new eyes. I had to know for certain if my kid was just being a pain in the behind, feeling cranky etc (at 4 it's totally possible) or is there some meat to his sudden "I hate Kidsworld" attitude. I was surprisingly disappointed at what I saw once I hung out for 20 minutes. I don't want to get all negative so I'll just lay out a wish list in the form of a letter to the staff & owners of Renaissance ClubSport....
To Whom It May Concern,
For the love of yoga, pilates, and all things cardio.......PLEASE do something to keep KidsWorld entertaining. Some things that come to mind, get some NEW toys, rotate toys, have themed days (like water play day outside, carnival day, all things bugs day, farm animal day, silly staff hat day etc). Please get rid of the old stinky costumes, dirty toys, random blocks. How about some of those wooden puzzles, a library and cozy reading section. Please recognize the GREAT staff you have there by keeping the bar high and axing those KidsWorld staff who obviously are only there for the free membership. You know the one's....they are usually walking around "technically" making sure that no one is on fire or bleeding but they do little to make themselves approachable & friendly. Maybe have more activities during the "off peak" hours to encourage more members to bring kids in the early afternoon when I notice the gym and KidsWorld is less busy. Playdough hour is good but please have MORE play dough preferably clean or semi-new AND lots of those playdough scissors and shape cutters. Bottom line, if you want to be the best gym then you HAVE to have the best KidsWorld.
Please please please.......there is some much potential.

This gym is as good as it gets for families. Of course certain things can be improved but… Read more »
Spa - loved the facial I got... very relaxing. The girl was really nice and friendly too. I felt revived after.
Gym - wow... what a luxurious gym. They have a full sized basketball court, olympic size swimming pool, raquet ball, various rooms with either pilates equipment, mats, boxing bags...they have a weight room which is not huge but it's enough space. They have different machines and free weights. Their machines feel very comfortable and advanced compared to ones in gyms like 24 hour. Also, most of their cardio equipment e.g. treadmill have their own TV's on the equipment... They have water w/ oranges everywhere, free towels, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a nice locker room. They supply their own hair dryer and you don't need your own lock or coins to use their locker. You can just create your own code.... They also have vallet parking.
It was an amazing gym, but very pricey... I believe it's somewhere between $600-800 initiation and $125/month. hMMmm, maybe when I become a millionaire and have the time to be pampered during my workout will I stick to Renaissance.
I regret I didn't get to experience the gym or the actual hotel. So why did I go?
I was actually here for a meeting so the only area I saw was the conference room areas.
It was a beautiful hotel and the conference room was not bad at all.
Everyone at the hotel was great from the valet guys who were super friendly to the staff who helped with breakfast and lunch & even dessert.
I was so excited throughout the meeting and these food breaks helped a lot. I think that I would like to come back and check out the gym and spa stuff for a weekend away.

For a surburban location, this hotel is very nice. It has a huge gym and a decent restaurant. The rooms are sufficient and clean. I think the one thing about this place that stands out is their service. Very good service and very friendly staff.
Parking is strictly valet of $18 a day. Just in case you all didn't know that.

Several years ago, I looked down and wondered if my feet had shrunk. Sadly. it was my belly that got in the way. I wanted to join a gym, but really didn't think of myself as gym material. After all, I wasn't exactly in gym shape!
What I like about this gym is that no one has ever looked at me like I don't belong. In fact, I've never seen anyone look at anyone else like this. People do their own thing and everyone demonstrates respect to others (thanks for always wiping things down!).
From the carpeted locker rooms to the full basketball courts, the place is impressive. There's so much equipment and there are three pools. It's hard to not find something available to make your workout fun.
It was once very convenient for me to go to. Now, it's pretty far out of the way. I hold on to my membership because I know how happy it makes me when I do go. I realize my days as a member are numbered. I just wish I could find a place that I love as much as this that's closer to my home or work. I need to get back the gym again.

My partner is getting closer and closer to understanding this whole "wife" thing. It was a little rough at first I've got to tell you. I mean we meet, she is a workaholic bringing in cash money by the bucket load, buying me shit and in just no time at all I turn around and she is not working, she is knocked up, and my home has become our home. Oh well, after this past weekend I'm letting bygones be bygones ;)
This past Sunday the wife surprised me by setting up a massage and work out at Renaissance Clubsport. This is by far the best gym I've ever been to in my entire life. I have to be honest I didn't quite make it to the workout part of my Sunday as after drinking my tea, getting a fabulous massage, and watching sports on one of the many flat screen tvs appointing the dark paneled wood locker room, I thought the only thing left to do was hit the steam room and then the sauna.
Nothing says this is an amazing and classy gym like rich naked white guys sitting in the sauna talking about the price of oil and the importance of family. So as me and three other naked strangers sat in the hot tub and I told them of the impending birth of my child they asked me what I was doing to get him started on the right foot. Silly Social Worker me launches into the importance of skin to skin contact right after birth, reading aloud to the child, exposing him to culture at an early age. "No, we mean what have you got for him as far as a trust goes, what are you doing in your stock portfolio on his behalf?"
Uhhhhhh.......as my mind went blank and I realized how I was only there on a day pass and about to be found out I launched into the first monologue that came into my head, "I'm an oil man......"
"Yeah, that's a good choice right now and for his future. Good luck with your son and your new family."
I DRINK YOUR MILKSHAKE! I DRINK IT UP OLD WHITE GUYS!!!!!

Been a member for 4 yrs now...great place, great staff, great day care...kid friendly for sure but also set up so its not over run with kids.
I'm actually reviewing the Cafe and the day Spa.
Both are my favorite place to go. I love the spa, great services, locker, nice people, and you can tell that the place is really clean and fresh, they make you leave this place feeling even more cleaner and fresher than when you came in.
The cafe is great. i did notice that the prices has gone up with in the past 5 months, but they have healthy lunch choices that are fresh. A great place to grab a lunch. Staff is very friendly.
Good club to take a freebie break in or advantage of a free guest pass but it's not worth the $$$ dues, Think I'll stick with 24.
So I enter the Renaissance and the reservations person says "and over there is our 85,000 square foot gym" Excuse me...Is this a hotel with gym or a gym with a hotel
It is actually both....The hotel is 4 star nice with a deco western feel. Rooms are decent. The actual gym is really unbelievable with every type of machine 3 racquetball courts, 2 squash courts and basketball courts as well as a spa.
The restaurant Cbar is just plain good in a healthy way. The service as described by so many others is exceptional...

I have frequented the spa for the past 3 years and lately something has changed. For an hour massage, you are now offered "extras" like a foot massage or a hand massage during your hour massage. These cost another $25. At first I thought it was the hot stone, aromatherapy options, so I declined. Then during my 50 minute massage, I got very little massage on my extremities! ?
The massages here have been okay. The massage therapists are young and gaining experience. I do tend to find the massage rote and impersonal, even after pointing out major tension spots.
If you like the locker room experience as part of your massage, this spot is tough to beat. I now know a better massage can be had at other places.

Wow, went there as a guest. A lot of fuffy ammenities (with a VERY EXPENSIVE) pricetag to get in shape (which I am not sure if that is possible given the layout and expertise of trainers)....for a year of dues it might be cheaper to just get surgery?!?
I love this place! It'sclean and kept up, the staff are knowledgable, courteous and helpful. And so many classes to choose from.
So I am a member to the fabulous Club Sport. It is a great gym and most of the people that go are serious about what they do and are friendly. They have a ton of equipment, pools, steam room, sauna...the works! The little cafe is great especially early in the morning (which is when I go). You can grab a healthy breakfast right after your workout that almost feels like a spa experience.
The thing that I don't like is the fact that alot of the classes that they offer would be awesome, but the hours are at odd times of the day and most of them require that you pay extra. Why should I pay extra for something that other gyms typically incorporate into their fees? It does cost a small fortune every month to be a member, but I think it is definitely worth it!
I'm Italian -- *really* Italian...
Sundays providing a big pot of gravy (tomato sauce) with artery-clogging meat; back-slapping, pull-down- the-lower-eyelid uncles; animated, gesturing female relatives with bad dye jobs discussing every bodily function possible at the dinner table; you know, "Leave the gun, take the cannoli", kind of Italian.
This means eating well, and often.
Celebrating something? Eat.
Sick? Eat.
Tired? Eat.
Somebody die? Eat.
Pregnant? Eat, barf, then join the others still eating...
This is my heritage and that's why I love this Club. Luxurious surroundings, a staff that answers any request with, "Delighted to serve", and an array of fitness classes of which I've never seen the equal. I would take off a half-star for the Kid's World's hesitance to have their charges in the gym more often, but that's a fairly minor complaint; my children have always been safe and tended by friendly workers (that's most important).
So, thank you Club Sports for making it easier to feed my face.
Capisce?

Thought I give it a try for the first time- a clubsports hotel. Very nice. The workout room is awesome. Food is good. The bathroom seems almost bigger than the room but that's ok, I don't mind a bigger bathroom than most hotel.
Another weekend get-away, another urban hotel to yelp. This trip found me in Walnut Creek, delightfully surprised with the little suburban gem of a place, Renaissance Club Sport (Marriott, I think).
Lady K. and I were celebrating another year of her fabulousness and this girl likes to sun and swim, so I was looking for a place with a nice pool. Also had hoped to cash in on the super summer weather of late. Check and check. The rooms are really nice and comfy, very well appointed and the beds are pure transports to heaven. Free wi-fi, nice TV, robes, blah-blah-blah. Too bad our big window looked out over a big parking lot, but whatever.
The pool area is great, the locker rooms (all part of the gym-spa facility) super cush, with steam and sauna, and all the staff is super friendly. Yes, friendly, but not terribly competent.
Club Sport loses a star for the bizarrely inefficient staff. Dining on the patio for dinner, the service was so poor and so comical that Lady K. and I were actually crying tears of hysteria we were laughing so much. I don't think that was really the effect they were going for, but it was seriously like some skit on MAD TV. But we're thinking that was a fluke. Then this morning, in the little cafe, I had to ask for my coffee three times and remind them of my food order twice. Hmmm. The best part was when I had barely finished changing in the room later, and despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door, in walks a male housekeeper, no knock, no nothing - who then says, "Oh, I'm sorry" and leaves without closing the door behind him! Swweeeett.
Nonetheless, we had a great time and aside from the human component, everything else was really nice and flawless. Hannah, who works at the front desk, is sharp, informed and very pleasant. She said no unkind word and gave no sideways glances as we strolled in with our "casual" luggage (read: grocery bags and hand-me-down totes). Then again, perhaps our fine, single, city asses were a nice change for her, from all the suburban yuppie families and chicks with weird valley-girl accents and fake boobs. But really, we had a great time! Happy Birthday, Lady K.!

This is a review of the fitness center, not the hotel.
(Moderators - please update this place to be included in Gyms/Fitness - I've asked twice!)
Huge, clean facility. The latest cardio and weight gear. Racquetball courts. Outdoor (heated) pools.
The lockers are luxurious and well appointed. Staff are courteous and helpful (have you ever had someone come by with a pitcher of water while you were on the treadmill?)
I haven't checked out the spa part of it, but I've heard it's just as nice.
Convenient to BART and private parking too.
Yeah, everyone here is beautiful, but they work hard at it. This is the place to do that work.

Ohhhhh yeah...this fitness facility is the best I've seen in this area. Been a member since it opened and have never been disappointed with the staff, the equipment, the classes, the pool facility and the spa. Nice towels!
I even held a "team-building" event for work here and everyone had a great time and were impressed with the accommodations. The gym seems to always have the latest equipment and is alway clean on the floor, in the locker rooms, restrooms, saunas, showers, etc. And oh the towels!
I love it when they have a staffperson come around with a pitcher of ice cold water and offer to pour you a cup while you are working out to help hydrate and refresh you! So nice!
Did I mention the towels?

I briefly checked out the gym scene here. It's a huge facility with unlimited towels, tons of space and beautiful people.
Club membership means you get discounted spa benefits, but being involved in the gym already feels like a spa experience. There's a spa and a TV right inside the locker room!

Of all the Marriott-owned hotels I've stayed at, this might be my favorite. Actually if you didn't tell me this was a Marriott, I wouldn't even have known. Bright, blue-green design, with one of the best hotel-gyms I have ever seen. Had I packed my camera with me, I would have snapped a few of the room/bathroom, and I've never had the urge to take pictures of bathrooms before.
The restaurant there was also great - I didn't even bother with room service; would have been a waste of a great dining experience.
The Gym is really really nice. I wouldn't pay the $150 a month membership fee though. The food in the restaurant is really good. The hotel itself is really nice. The weekend brunch is really good and all you can eat, with made to order food.

I must say that this is one of the nicest work out facility I have been to.
The pool is great: clean, plenty of lanes, well maintained.
The weight lifting facility is well equipt with plenty of machines
Squash/racket ball courts,
Futsal/soccer once per week,
and much more.... I love this place.
The only bad thing I must say about this place is the sign up fee...last I check it was around $650. Then the $120+ monthly service, but it's worth every penny....trust me.
This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service, a huge fitness center (yoga classes, spinning sessions, anything your little healthy heart could ask for).
ROOMS:
- Spacious with 2 queen-size beds
- New rooms with shiny, modern decoration, furniture, and fixtures
- Water, coffee, tea available - no frig
- Wireless capability
GYM:
- a ton of classes available
- new machines and equipment
- a karate class with cute, little kids hyah-ing and kicking
- large lap pool
- cardio machines WITH personal TV (so cool!)
STAFF:
- All staff members were the most personable and friendly people that I have ever experienced when I sent a part of my room service back b/c they were out of cottage cheese, a worker promptly called me up to ask what was wrong and what she could do to make my experience better.
FOOD:
- the onsite restaurant was very good. I only ate the breakfast buffet. One of the most delicious omelettes I have ever eaten! Yum. I would even come here if we weren't staying at the hotel.
TOO BAD:
- $15 a day valet parking when there's parking the next street over for free.
UPSIDE:
- Practically everything, especially the amazing gym, also the women's locker rooms were great. Just like at upscale gyms or posh spas.
I like this place a lot. I went for a massage and the place is very nice. I had a wonderful massage and I would definitely go back. I think the jacuzzi and sauna area can be a little improved. Its a little small and can fill up fast. the place is very clean, which is a plus for a spa! I even bought my mother a spa certificate for Christmas.
Words cannot describe how much I love this place!
This place is pricey to join, but well worth it.
The Gym: Great layout, well maintained, TV on most of the cardio machines, the video-game-like cycles are so awesome! Plenty of room for stretching and abs
I used to go to Oakwood, but this place har a better feel and waaayyyyy better service. From the trainers to the front desk to the valet, the staff is very friendly and top notch
Lockers: Very clean, sauna, steam, showers...all the good stuff
Spa: I haven't been yet, but the list of services looks very extensive
Restaurant/Bar: Very good selection of healthy food

This place really deserves 5 stars, but their dessert was so bad I knocked off a star. I had the pleasure of staying over for a work retreat recently (I love my work now for letting us stay here) so I was able to use the gym, eat at the restaurant, sit in their meeting room and outdoor patio, and enjoy the fantastic hotel room. Unfortunately I did not have time to use the spa and I was very disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy that. Hopefully I can try that another time. However, the staff at the spa wasn't extremely friendly so I didn't feel that bad about not going.
The meeting space was good enough for our group. We crammed about 90 people into the space and the staff was very attentive - they cleaned up after this rowdy group of people, dressed up in costumes and everything. I'm sure they probably thought we were all nuts. They got the food ready on time- breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good. My only complaint about the dessert at dinner was that I could not even identify the creme brulee. I mean it was this soupy undercooked flan brulee that needed a better caramelized layer or something and just had to be cooked longer. The bread pudding looked just ok. Really, I couldn't identify it. We ate dinner out on the patio (freezing cold) and people played bocce ball in the courtyard. However their boxed lunches were really good. Sandwiches, chips, cookie, pasta and fruit all in one box that I didn't even finish. Dinner options were extremely healthy and so was the food in the restaurant. I ate a mandarin chicken salad which was awesome. Huge portion, reasonable prices. One small thing I noticed was the water they put out in pitchers on the conference tables tasted like coffee. Kind of nasty when you're not expecting coffee taste of course, so I just stuck to the bottled water after that.
Their staff offers "stretch" breaks during the meetings. The major warning here is that it's not a "stretch" break so much as it was a true physical fitness disaster in our case. Perhaps a simple safety message would've worked for those trying to do a stretch break in work clothes and high heels... I was expecting stretching, you know, raise your arms up in the air, twist from side to side or something. But no... they put out rope ladders on the ground... yikes. Save the real exercise time for those who just want to go to the gym.
Now on to the really good 5 star stuff. The gym is so fab. I kicked ass for two hours in the kick-ass gym, which I hear Joe Montana also works out in. The layout is nice and I ended up working out there for two hours until almost closing time. Really though, I was in there trying to touch every machine that Joe Montana may have used before. That and American Idol took up an hour of my time on a treadmill and an eliptical with a TV. Don't worry - I used their sanitizing wipes on everything. I also loved the fact that they claim to be a green-certified gym. Those rich high-school kids I saw in there better appreciate this place!
This place is awesome. Three pools, several indoor sports courts including a huge full-sized basketball court. The locker room was so fabulous, I could've stayed in there forever. Keypad lockers, blow dryers, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room all in the locker room! Forget working out!
The hotel room was super comfy with two large beds, a spa-like bathroom, including some 2 pound dumbbells in there... perhaps for those who have to sit there for a long time and need something to do? Hmm... wash your hands after using those! Anyway, the room was so nice, I ended up sleeping in and almost missed my meeting the next morning. I snoozed their iHome so many times... oops.
Although I never got to use the actual spa, I felt like I was in a spa the whole time. The staff was just so attentive, putting out new towels, giving water, etc. and it's such a relaxing atmosphere. I would be more than willing to come back here, paid through my company of course. You really think I can afford this place on my own? Did I mention this is Joe Montana's gym??

The one and only hip country club \ gym \ spa \ hotel \ wetbar \ resturant in the east bay worth your time and money.
You'll spend all day working out, visiting with friends by the pool and lounge.
Ps. the guys and gals here are extremely cute.
