I had a facial with Rebecca the aesthetician and she was phenomenal! She gave a nice face massage, massaged arm and feet. This was the best facial ever.

I had some botox a few years back and it worked wonders on my frown lines. Boom. . recession hits and no ready cash for extras like botox.
A few months ago Regency was offering a special on botox. I went in paid a couple of hundred and waited the allotted time for it to work. Nothing! I mean absolutely nothing! I go back explain the deal and I am offered more and told that I might want to consider a filler since I have such strong muscles in my forehead. (Ha ha I know, sound silly but its true.) But she thinks some more will help and I get some more at an additional cost. Wait for results . . .nothing.
A week ago another dermatologist offered a great price on botox so I did the treatment at her office. Well what do ya know? It worked! I have people telling me how rested I look. Have I been on vacation? You get the idea.
Pros: Very nice receptionist at Regency. Lovely office. Thus 2 stars.
Cons: Zero results. Dr. Marcum was aloof and curt
on my return visit. In retrospect, probably not the best person to have
shooting botox in my face! -

I bought a chemical peel on Groupon 3 for $99. The last plastic surgeons office i had worked for was $99 each. So I thought I would give it a shot. The place looks very small but it winds around and around much larger than you would think. Very clean as well. I had Nicole do my chemical peel she was friendly and not pushing me into buying a bunch of other products. She explained what she was doing and what to do afterwards. She asked me several times though out if it stung, and if It was comfortable. Which it barley did. This is the 1st of 3 so I haven't seen the end result ...but as far as customer service goes and being professional goes its lookin good!!

I had taken a two year hiatus from using Botox, but finally the lines on my forehead were driving me nuts. I called a few different places, but they made feel embarassed because I had not been in for so long. REgency medspa welcomed me, and treated me great. Joan, my injector, did a great job, and I have never had such a good take.She didnt waste my time trying to sell me on other additional
things, the way some places have in the past either. I will go back, no question. -

Don't trust these people for anything invasive. They do not work with integrity and are not certified for cosmetic surgery. The head of the practice is a psychiatrist NOT a plastic surgeon. Thanks to them I am now deformed and was told the risks were minimal and I would love the results. They offered to fix my problem free of charge but after that experience I won't let them go in and possibly make it worse. Thousands of dollars and now I am deformed. Thx regency med spa. They had zero integrity to refund my money even though it was their mistake. How horrible. Good luck looking yourselves in the mirror.
