Being a big movie goer, choosing the right theater is always a crucial decision. When I first arrived in Hawaii I would find myself always going to Ward Consolidated theater honestly because it was close and the only one I knew of in the area. So I did my research, because I am a regal crown club card member (gotta get those points!), and found the Dole Cannery Theater was also really close to where I live.

I soon found myself only going to this movie theater! It is much quieter than the Consolidate Ward Theater. There is always somewhere to park in the parking structure and parking is free (with validation). I think my favorite thing about this theater is the $6 for all movies on Tuesdays! So if you are an avid movie goer like myself and live in town, i would highly recommend watching your movies at this theater!

Dole Cannery is located near Downtown.  I'm starting to come here a lot more often because the pricing is better than Ward.

Pros - Tickets are cheaper, they have a rewards card, not as crowded as other theaters.

Cons - In my opinion, the food is awful compared to Ward..  The elevators from the parking lot to the theaters can take for ever.  I like to just take the stairs.  This place also attracts more rift raft because of the better pricing.

Would I bring a girl on a date here?  No..  I prefer Ward.
Would I come here with my friends?  Yes!
Would I spend money on the food here?  Probably not..

This is one of my favorite movie theatres on the island mainly because:

    - Parking is really easy, especially now that all the construction in the area is finished.  Be careful of the reserved stalls on the (4th?) floor~  Parking is free (in a covered garage) with validation (or the arm on the ticket booth is already up)

    - Usually never really busy (compared to say...Consolidated Ward).  The last time we went was on a Saturday night.  We picked a movie that just came out that weekend...and we showed up 5 minutes till previews started.  All 5 of us got really good seats--I estimate that the theatre was only about half full.

    - TUESDAYS are the only days we actually plan on watching movies.  $6 admission, $2 popcorn (with your Regal card), and $1 hot dogs.  Cheapest date night ever.

    - The Regal Club Card.  You can sign up at the theatre or online and I totally recommend getting one.  Why not, it's free!  Especially if you come to the movies semi-regularly.  You get points for every purchase and you can earn free drinks, free popcorn, and free movie tickets!  It's very rewarding.

    - They show IMAX screenings here!  I can't wait to see "The Dark Night Rises" in IMAX (it's $17 but from everyone's reviews, looks like its worth it)

Now you must be thinking, how can my favorite movie place get only 3 stars?

    - The bathrooms were FILTHY on my last visit.  Think overflowing waste bins, toilet paper everywhere, and unflushed/clogged toilets, on the ladies' side, anyway.  Minus one star for that .  On a side note, the theaters themselves seem relatively clean.  I've never found leftover trash or sticky seats.

I'm a fan of the $1 hot dogs on Tuesdays and that it's not as crowded as Ward.

However, I do not like the upkeep of this theater.  The restrooms are always dirty and the seats are dirty and are starting to have a really bad smell.  Also, I think that the popcorn tastes better at Ward.

I think the management should have more staff on Tuesdays.  I went last night, and there was a long line to get tickets, and an even longer line to get snacks.  It was ridiculous.  I give it 3 stars only for the fact of the Tuesday specials.

All in all, if it's a Tuesday, I'll come to this theatre...any other day I think I prefer Ward.  I rather put up with the parking and crowd hassles in order to have better popcorn, cleaner seats, cleaner restrooms, and better vibe.  Regal is starting to look a little dark and old.

Although I still continue to prefer Regal Dole Cannery over Ward Consolidated, I was slightly disappointed during my most recent visit just last night.

Approaching the ticket window, my friend and I arrived to find a very, very long line had formed.  I thought to myself it wasn't a big deal since it was a Saturday night AND there were a handful of movies out that people wanted to see.  It turns out there was only ONE, just ONE, employee selling tickets when we arrived at nearly 700pm.  SIGH.

As you can imagine, most people didn't want to stand in a long line, and some immediately used the automated ticket machines.  Unfortunately, this was not an option for us as we had purchased discounted tickets from Costco.  Thankfully, a manager had the common sense to open up a 2nd window, only to close it 5 minutes later to help out a customer who had difficulty using the automated ticket machine.  ANOTHER SIGH.

It was just our good fortune that the snack bar lines, which are usually long, actually moved quickly as we just really didn't want to wait in another long line.  HOORAY!

In the end, I think we were just lucky we arrived at Dole Cannery earlier than we planned, or we might have risked either having seats we didn't care for or being late for our movie.  And by the way,  the movie was quite GOOD!!  2 thumbs up for "The Descendants"!!

Bottom Line:  LOTS of parking.  Clean.  Thankfully there is the alternative of using the automated ticket machines if you don't want to wait long or are in a hurry.

I think this is one of my favorite and most preferable places to go watch a movie.  It's not too busy and the overall experience.  It is conveniently located in Iwilei town right by Costco area within the Dole Cannery shopping plaza.  The parking structure is not bad.  Only a couple bucks for a few hours.  It's even better when you work the system and stay until the parking is good enough so that you don't even have to pay and it's free.  The theaters and seating are pretty good.  I like it better than the consolidated theaters.  The staff and customer service is good.  This place is also the venue for the Hawaii Independent Film Festival where they show a lot of great international, local, and mainland independent films.  It's always a fun and festive time whenever that happens.  Sometimes you get to see, meet, and greet all the independent stars and everything.  They have some pretty good events that they have over here.  I think Regal theaters are slightly just a bit cheaper than the consolidated movie theaters too.  The theaters are nice and big.  The food here is slightly cheaper than consolidated theaters as well.

Dole Cannery Theatres are a hidden gem in the movie-watching-aficionado world.  Compared to its rivals, Dole has huge screens with tons of seating, TONS OF PARKING, short lines, TONS OF PARKING, comfy seats, TONS OF SEATING, good air conditioning, and a place to park your car.

I've seen numerous movies over the years at pretty much every theatre on Oahu and I must say my go-to theatre is Dole.  Never crowded like Ward, never tweenie like Mililani, within driving distance unlike Kapolei and Windward.   My only miniscule complaint about Dole is the lack of eateries (but then again you don't go to the theatres to eat dinner).  And there is always Zippys down the road.

I saw Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol at Dole and I was impressed with the flawless jawline and chiseled physique of Tom- what I meant to say was: the IMAX screen and experience is quite good.

Because we live close, Kahala is usually my theatre of choice, more for convenience than anything else.  This past weekend we went to see Mission Impossible IMAX.  Watching Kahala screens then going to Imax is like watching a 20 year old Zenith 15in tv then going to a friends house and watching a 60in 1080p Sony flatscreen.

The picture is so crystal clear and the sound is incredible.  The boom is like the kind you hear from a high schoolers civic.  Although $17 is a mighty high price to pay, its good to splurge once in a while.  Buying the $7.50 costco tickets, getting tickets for an old movie and sneaking into the IMAX is fun and exciting too, if no one is checking tickets at the door!  But we would never do that, right ;)

Parking tip...on the weekends and nights there are reserved stalls that state M-F 7a-7p that are always empty.  We always find these stalls on the 4th floor.  Watch out as there are 24hr reserved stalls too.

    BTW MI-4 was awesome.

Viewing a great movie on the Regal Dole Cannery IMAX screen has gone a long way toward changing my mind about this theater. Last night, I was fortunate enough to participate in the Yelp pre-screening of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, giving me the chance to enjoy the IMAX experience here for the first time. It is light years ahead of the "standard" theater experience, offering crisp images and amazing surround sound to immerse the viewer in the moviegoing experience.

I should note that two nights prior to this, I saw Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows at this same theater on a non-IMAX screen. While I liked the movie, the theater was pretty run-of-the-mill. It was fine, but nothing to write home about.

Maybe it's just my age, but I find movie tickets to be a little overpriced. The regular price for tickets (non-IMAX) is $10.75. IMAX tickets are $17.75. Regal gets points for offering discounts to military, students, and seniors. They also have Regal Value Days: $6 tickets all day Tuesdays. They also have Regal Crown Club discounts (you can sign up free online at http://rcc.regalcinema... or at the theater).

I appreciate that the theater was clean throughout. The concession popcorn was really good, as one reviewer noted. I didn't like that the bathrooms were low on basic supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, especially on a Monday night. The theater staff were pretty good with customer service overall.

Parking is kind of a hassle. The garage spaces are kind of narrow and there is always a traffic jam getting out because you have to stop at the attendant booth on the way out. Dole Cannery is also pretty out-of-the-way for me, so I don't come here too often unless it's for something special (like a free pre-screening!).

Overall, Regal Dole Cannery compares pretty favorably with other area theaters, and I will return next time there's a good reason! :-)

Came here to watch 2 prescreenings: Sherlock Holmes and Mission Impossible.  I fell asleep on Holmes but was wide awake watching Mission.  My friend and I liked the latter more.  The popcorn here is served differently.  Served with Japanese crackers and seaweed.  Tasted pretty good if you ask me, but the cost is pricey, like any theater concession stand.  Parking if free with validation for the usher.
This theater is also nicer than the other Regal theaters that I've been too.

I prefer dole over pearl ridge and Highlands any day. Not because the seatings is better but because the arm rests can go up! So you can get close to that special someone or just lay down to chill, either way it's a bonus. Of course no matter what theater you go to,the food is expensive but did you know they have a photo booth you can take pictures in? $4 ,not bad for a date night photo :)

Came here with BF for a Yelp pre-screening of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.  It was a fun time!!  The IMAX screen/sound system is amazing for action flicks and allow you to really get lost in the movie.  Watching Tom Cruise scale a massive skyscraper in Dubai on a GIANT screen had me cringing and closing my eyes :) The heavy bass made everything shake too!

The popcorn/drinks are standard movie theater fare (in quality and price), and I can't comment on the other food because we didn't have any.  The seats are not as nice as the ones at Ward, but the stadium seating arrangement is nice - every seat is a good one.  The bathrooms are pretty gross, and I'm thinking it's because they don't have enough stalls.

All in all, solid 4 stars.  I need to get in on this $6 Tuesday action soon!

    This place is big!

I happened to have the honor to work as a volunteer for HIFF (Hawaii International Film Festival).   I discovered that they had rooms that could house hundreds of people.  The staff is prompt in cleaning up after each showing too so you know it's clean.

But that certain je nes se quois about it?  The concession stand! They serve ice cream.  And not just two or three flavors but over ten flavors.   I got the mango and rocky road flavors, but the green tea is pretty tasty from what I heard.   I also got to try their hot dogs and let me tell you, they passed the test.

Parking is convenient in that you can park inside the structure and get your ticket validated once you exit the theatre.   So you don't have to park in the street and worry about your car getting broken into since it's kind of in a shady area.

    Check it out for yourselves.

I gotta say... these theaters must be the BEST on the island...

    here's WHY...

1.) Tons of free validated parking.
    2.) HUGE screens
3.) FAST lines, SHORT lines, or NO lines at all
4.) MORE variety at the snack bar
    5.) REGAL CARD DISCOUNTS!
    6.) TUESDAYS!
7.) Guys are cool... customer service is awesome

This place is definitely my favorite.
I think what doesn't work for them is the inconvenient location. Ward is just closer to all the best places. What's near Dole Cannery? So you gotta love the place to drive the extra mile. I drive 10.

You can't beat the Regal card discounts! And it's worth a minute of your time to sign up so...
    DO IT
    DO IT
    DO IT!

    TUESDAYS:
ALL day long for ANY movie

Best time to go movies because...
    $6 movie tickets
$2 small popcorn ($1.50 upgrade to large w/ refill)
    $1 hotdogs

    Movies are awesome!

There's a parking garage, which is nice so you don't have to worry about parking. They also validate parking for your movie...but the last couple times there wasn't even anyone at the booth to take the ticket when I left.

Anyways, lots of selections of movies here and thankfully whenever I go it hasn't been too crowded. Usually for matinee or early evening (before 6) and you miss the crowds. and if you have your Regal Rewards you earn points for your movie puchase and concessions.

I was lucky enough to get a ticket to see the premiere of Dolphin Tale in "Real 3D" and I really like that they give adult or kids sized 3D Glasses.
I've always learned to take friends or take a jacket and if you are early get your seats first before going to the concession stand.  Sometimes the concession lines are long.

They serve all sorts of variety of snacks- popcorn (and seasoning), candies, pretzel bites, jalapeno poppers, etc...and even Gelato! (or as I call it, Ice Cream because I really don't get the difference)  Yes, movie concession is always more on the pricey side but what the heck, popcorn and soda at the movies is always nice.

The seating in the theatre was very comfortable but close to eachother...I don't remember other theatres where my short little legs could be propped up onto the chair in front of me...and it always makes for a fun time if you have to scoot out from the center and squeeze in front of someone seated. Not a whole lot of space.  I do like that the armrests can go up and down and there's a spacer between the seats... (just in case you need to be closer to the person you are with I guess) It also made for a nice holding place for my box!

In any case, I really enjoy this theatre and I hope to see many movies here.  :)

A tip: you really want to get there early maybe 30-45 minutes prior to the movie. Or if you can buy your tickets early and print it from the side booth that would be better than standing in line waiting.

Other than that prices are the same about the same as ward. About $10.75 for adults.

The last time I went to this theater, my friend's car got broken into. I avoid going to this theater when given the choice. The other night was the first time I have gone here in years for the preview of Crazy Stupid Love.

We got there an hour before the movie started and there was already a long line. Bummer. They didn't start letting people in until a bit after 6:30, the scheduled time. They also warned us that the security might kick you out for certain cell phones or cameras. The security checked all bags and purses. Not sure if anyone was kicked out or not. The security came in before the movie and yelled at everyone that no phones could be powered on during the movie or before it. He continued to use night vision binoculars the whole movie to make sure no one used their phone.

Other than the security, the theater wasn't bad, even though there was at times a whiff of bad smell, but this could have been some unhygienic patron.

The movie was great! Go see it!

Yeah it's in a shady area.  Yeah it's a little out of the way.  Yeah there's no Starbucks or dollar store to buy stuff and... well, you know.  But who cares?  This theater is so underrated!

Exhibit A:  The IMAX experience!  Dole has one of two IMAX theaters in Hawaii, so if you want to see some high-budget Hollywood flicks IMAX style, this is your destination.

Exhibit B: Plenty of parking!  How many times have you been late for your movie at Ward because you think you can get covered parking but give up and finally check over by the warehouses, but have to walk all the way back to the theater past the stinky dumpsters?  I may be speaking from experience...  Dole has multiple levels of coverd parking right next to the theater, free with validation!

Exhibit C: Best refreshment stand ever.  And is it just me, or is everything cheaper?  Hot dogs are only $4.50 and in no other theater have I seen options like corn dogs, chicken fingers, etc.

Exhibit D:  Relaxed atmosphere.  Dole isn't as hectic as most other theaters, so I find that I can show up later and still get really good seats.  The seats are comfy and the arm rests are movable, which is nice because my girlfriend always forgets her jacket and we have to share.

I come here whenever I can.  It's so much better, and so stress-free.

    Tip:  Get tickets at Costco!

You are better off watching your movie on your laptop inside a bathroom bar in Chinatown. Let me explain why.

This theater has always been on the average side -- Not bad, but not great. From last night's experience, however, things have slowly declined to not great and just terrible.

My friends and I headed to Dole to catch the final Harry Potter movie. Before we sat down, we all decided that a potty break was needed among all of us. I wish I could travel back in time and say to my past self, "Nay, Tina H. Do not enter that which you cannot un-see."

The bathrooms are gruesomely disgusting. I went into one of the stalls and did one of those things where you quickly back out of it so you don't have to have that image imprinted in your memory. The girls behind me did the same thing and soon enough we were advising one another on which stalls would leave the least amount of psychological scars. Trash was piled up everywhere near the sinks. It's as if the employees who were supposed to clean this place looked at it and said, "Nuh-uh. Screw that" and left. Can't say that I blame them. They probably don't get paid much to do it.

After that fiasco, we headed to our seats. We decided we wanted a good view in the middle and proceeded to walk towards the center. Before I could get any further, I stopped right before a puddle of soda splashed across the floor. Clearly, we couldn't sit there, so we backed out and went to another aisle. In the next aisle over, weird stains were on most of the seats but at this point, we could either dip our feet in Coca Cola for two hours or ignore the mental image of a bunch of masturbators sitting in one row, watching a movie about wizards.

I don't know what's happened to this theater, but let me tell you this: For the price, it's not worth it. I know the movie theater industry is suffering, but as a customer, you shouldn't have to put up with this kind of stuff. It's just not worth it. If I wanted entertainment in that kind of facility, I would've just gone to the bar at a way lower price and hope that two braddahs in wizard hats have a bar fight while I'm there.

Usually, i prefer waiting for movies to come out on DVD so i can watch it at home. It's ridiculous how expensive movie tickets and food cost nowadays.

However, from time to time, I like watching movies at the theater... especially movies like Harry Potter that needs to watched on a big screen!

I like coming to this location because it's less crowded and you don't have to worry about seating up front.

Last night, we watched the last part of Harry potter. We decided to catch the 8:20pm show, thinking that the long-line madness ended, and we were right! There were only a few people at the theater.

It's  been a while since I came here so it was surprising to see the changes on their menu. They were now selling burgers, fries, mozerrela sticks, onion rings, etc. The onion rings were $4.50 but we decided to try it. It was seriously over-priced being that there were only maybe 8 pieces. We also ordered popcorn and drinks. The popcorn on the other hand was great especially adding the cheddar cheese seasoning!!! Yummy:)

This theatre has gone down hill fast.  It seems that all the people from Restaurant Row theatres are now frequenting this theatre.

    The latest and last experience:
Family behind me;  Boy says "mom. I need to pee".  Mom says "ok just a second". next I hear "psshhhhhhhhhh".  Sound of someone peeing in a cup.

    Lovely!!!!!

Definitely prefer this theater to any other on the island. It might not be as 'nice' as Ward 16, but Dole has always been my go-to theater if I want to watch a movie for several reasons:

A LOT of parking (if you stay late enough, ~11PM+ the guard is gone and parking is free, but they also validate if not)

The theater is very big and spacious and doesn't feel cramped. (Size matters, obviously.)

Not as many people frequent this theater. Who likes sitting in a packed theater??

Besides the overpriced food and snacks, which you can never avoid, overall, great theater.

The Hawaii International Film Festival (HIFF) is also held at this theater, which is really fun to check out when it's that season!

You woo me with your comfy stadium-style seating.
Your banana flavored icee literally drives me BA-NA-NA-S.
Your bathrooms don't smell like death & that makes me really happy.
I love you, Dole Cannery Regal Theater.

    THE PARKING.
You can park in the adjacent theater parking lot, which is around the corner from the lobby. Take your ticket from the meter and go up the ramp. Remember to get the free validation when you enter the theater. However if your movie ends after 10-ish, there's no parking attendant
on duty, and you won't need validation anyway.

    THE TICKETS.
    (MATINEE)
    Adults: $8.50
    Children: $7.50
    Seniors: $7.00

    (REGULAR MOVIE)
    Adults: $10.75
    Children: $7.50
    Seniors: $7.00

    (3D MATINEE)
    Adults: $12.50
    Children: $11.50
    Seniors: $11.00

    (3D REGULAR MOVIE)
    Adults: $14.50
    Children: $11.50
    Seniors: $11.00

TIP: Use your Regal Rewards card when paying for your ticket. With each purchase (tickets and food) you rack up points which will add up to freebie tickets and snacks.

    THE FOOD.
Like any other theater, the concession stand menu is more expensive than Tiger Wood's divorce settlement. But....they JUST released an extended menu which now includes mozzarella sticks, a hamburger (American or Pepperjack cheese $.50 extra) & fries or spicy chicken sandwich & fries combo, jalapeno poppers, and chicken nuggets.

TIP: Tuesdays are $1 hot dog days.

WARNING: Being that there are now more menu items to consider, be prepared to wait a little longer at the concession stand. If you're a movie preview junkie, plan ahead and get your food early. Also give yourself a mental pep talk and prep yourself for a lighter wallet when you finally complete your order.

EXAMPLE: Here's the damage we did last night at the theater.
This is the food order for TWO people.

    (2) hamburger combos (with two slices of American cheese) - $15.00
    (2) 32-oz drinks - $10.50
    (1) drink upgrade (to an Icee) - $1.00
    (1) order cheese sticks - $4.50

    Grand total: THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS $$$

    "HOLY WELFARE CHECK, BATMAN!!!"

Seems insane, right? But....remember this. In the stereotypical "dinner-and-a-movie" date night scenario, you eat dinner somewhere, get in the car, then drive your date to another location for the movie. This way, you can eat an entire meal AND watch a movie all in one place. Save on gas. Save on time. You're welcome.

Synopsis: Look for the specials!  Did you know they just implemented specials where you can watch movies for 6 dollahs!  O_O HOLLAHH!

Environment: It is like any other theatre.  You can put up the handles and lie on all the chairs as you wish. Typically clean, posters, etc.

People: Never had a problem with the people that worked here. Never experienced exceptional service.

Cost: Well for $6, I'm THERE!

Food: Um..it's a theatre, not gourmet. Just your typical food!  Definitely sneak in your own arrare for your popcorn so you don't have to spend a fortune.  Or sneak in Taco Bell! Buhahaha...or you can just say that you have a special diet and have your own food.  What are they going to say, "NO?" Hahahhaa..

We went to go see Transformers in 3D last night - around $24 for two adults with a military discount.  Not a bad deal, I think (since the movie is 3 HOURS LONG).  Would be really really upset if we had to pay the regular priced $16.50 or whatever it is.  WAY OVERPRICED!

We went to see the 6:15 movie, which I think is strategically timed with dinner - so now we have to buy food.  We're standing in line at the concession stand with about 5 customers behind us.  There was only one girl working there - Debbi, I think.  No one else around.  She proceeds to call the next customer - NO ONE FROM THE LINE!  She pulls some other guy from the side and starts helping him!  Not one to be taken advantage of, I say something, and she just shrugs at me.  B****!!!! Everyone in the back of us stares.  *ugh*  $18 later, I happily walk away drinking my $5, munching on my $6 nachos and $6 popcorn.  What a rip.

The actual theater was filthy.  There was popcorn everywhere and napkins all over the floor.  Maybe they should transfer Debbi to maintenance, then she won't need to have any personal contact.  The movie started, and got stuck on one of the beginning advertisements for about 5 minutes.  Lame.

Halfway through the 3 hour long movie, I get up to use the bathroom.  I walk in and there's water all over the ground.  I go into a stall, and the toilet paper isn't even on the roll holder.  It's sitting on the top of the handicapped rail (yes, yes, I went into the handicapped stall - it was the one with the least amt of water).  GROSS!  I unroll some paper, then notice that there's blood on the side of the roll.  GROSS!!!!  Debbi, where are you???

Needless to say, my $42 date night with the bf was disappointing.  Next time I will pay the extra money, fight the extra traffic, and brave the extra people to watch my movie at Ward.

I like coming here because its not as crowded as Ward.
I like the fact that its not infested with annoying teens and that there is lots and lots of parking.
It just sucks that I live closer to Ward so its more accommodating to go there instead of Dole.

Its pretty slow there and I also wonder how they manage to stay in business. The times that I've gone there, I was never waiting in a line for anything, even when I go there at night. The workers are nice, bathrooms don't run out of toilet paper(unlike ward) and I'm not stuck to the floors while I'm watching my movie.

Of course, like all theaters, the concessions are ridiculously priced. Yeah you don't have to buy anything there but if your taking your little sister who just HAS to have something to eat during the movie and looks at you with her big puppy eyes then this tip was directed towards you. Prepare to spend $10+ on popcorn and a drink, unless you have those coupons that get you a discount.

But all in all, I wouldn't mind coming here all the time for my movie if I lived closer.

SERIOUSLY??!?! Ok after my last review, the ONLY reason that I returned is because I had passes to see Limitless. First of all it is a Monday night, I guess its so slow that the box office is closed and they make you purchase or redeem your tickets at the customer service desk. Kawehi was working the desk and she was as friendly to customers as water doesn't mix with oil. Ok I get it, unfriendly and customer service desk. great!

Next we go into the theater.........again I know its a Monday night and who goes to the movies on a monday and see a movie that is on its way out but GEEEEZZZZ, instead of everyone that is employed just all hanging out by the concession area talking story......here is a good one...........HOWS ABOUT YALL GO AND CLEAN OUT THE THEATER WHEN THE MOVIE GETS OUT????!?!?!?!? We walked in before the movie started and the place was littered with rubbish. There must have been no more than 16 of us in the entire theater room and the rows were littered with stuff. No one was in our row and looked like there was enough trash for a first run movie. Hows about yall stop hanging around by the food, hows about the managers on duty take pride in their work and MANAGE!

Anyway the movie gets out and stupid me I had to go and deal with Kawehi again and she was on the phone for most of the time I was standing there. I'm so sorry to bother you miss............carry on.

Btw, I would take those pills.

I haven't really had any bad experiences here. The parking situation is great (park in the lot and make sure to get validated, or park in the costco lot and walk over) and the theaters are huge. My only complaint is the hordes of middle/high school kids who come here and just stand right outside the parking garage elevators. MOVE! soooo oblivious!!!

I am not a fan of movie theater food, so I can't comment on their food, however, unlike ward, dole cannery doesn't have self-serve fountain drinks and jalepenos (I put them on the popcorn, yum!)

I've never had to fight anyone for a seat, like I sometimes feel pressured to do at Ward. Likewise, I've never had to sit in the first three rows at Dole like I have at Ward.....numerous times....

i usually only come to Dole Regal b/c of 2 things:
    #1 - rewards card = free stuff
    #2 - HIFF

    those things are 5 star.

the food is about 3 stars..... they do have a few items that other theaters don't have.

the cleanliness of the theaters themselves are about a 3 star rating as well.

but you know what is truly horrifying?  more horrifying than any scary movie you have ever seen at Dole?...................... the restrooms.

they will make you scream, cry, and run in the other direction.   they are BY FAR THE MOST HORRENDOUS RESTROOMS i have have ever seen.  i've seen port-o-potty's cleaner than this.

have you seen "Contagion" yet?  well, i'm pretty sure if a mass infectious disease were to attack the US, it would have originated from the Regal Dole Theaters restrooms........

Watched Fast five...IMAX experience.  Line was long to purchase the tickets but it went by fairly well.  The place did not spell "popcorny".  Idk if anyone ever notices that "popcorny" smell when you walk-into other theaters.  They probably have a good ventilation system there.

I really don't like structure parkings because it's a pain to get out of.  The elevators suck too.  It feels like you are getting out of a huge concert every single time.

    Other than that no biggie.

So, I just questioned myself if the 4 stars IS for the theater or Sung Kang aka HAN!  Damn he gorgeous.  lol
