To the other guy who wrote a review alleging open drug use inside The Refuge that people knew about and no one had a reaction to, all I can say is (a) you don't know Colusa, and (b) you must have been high yourself to think you saw that. It wouldn't be tolerated anywhere at a business in this small, clean town that harkens back to the country we all idealize.
Oh, yeah, and the food is decent too here. -

I am not a local. If I were I'd probably have more of a reason to give more stars (always lots of local hobnobbing).
However, only 2 stars because drug use (doin' rails, etc.) seemed to be in the open & nobody around seems to ever have the natural medicine.
