I had the best reformer workout I have ever had on Saturday. I have been taking Pilates Reformer classes for about 2 years now and Cara totally kicked my butt on Saturday. I thought I was in kind of good shape until that workout and now I am on a mission to become the shortest gumby ever!
I am tentative about submitting this review because you will all want to see Cara now. But we should all strive to live a healthy and active life.
This place is great because it is quiet and kind of hidden in Tarrytown. There are only 5 machines per class, but that doesn't mean there will always be 5 people in the class. There are several classes they offer but the hours are not terribly late during all days which is kind of not ideal with my schedule but I am willing to go on the middle of a Saturday b/c hey I'm still sore even today. -

Great studio and instructors...Cynthia, Kati, Cheryl. Clean, recently expanded space. Friendly staff and clientele. They sell Lululemon athletic wear, too.
