I can't vouch for the food here - but the Saturday nightlife can be pretty fun if you are ready to embrace the FL lifestyle. I came here with my Florida cousins who came down from Jacksonville and wanted to see me get drunk on my birthday.
People-watching here is great. Where else can you see cougars, old fishing boat captains, Euro-trash tourists, cruise shippers, and overtanned and horny flip-flop wearing locals all frolicking together on a deck overlooking the Atlantic? A tugboat pulled right up to the dancefloor, missing a crash by about 15 inches. No cover!
The bar is located right along the port along with several other bars.
