They have the best pimento cheese I have ever had! It's homemade and creamy!

Stopped in here for some lunch. I ordered the gumbo and a barbecue spud. The gumbo was decent. It had some decent flavor. It was chicken and sausage gumbo. Of course i would have liked a little more chicken and sausage, but the flavor was solid.
The spud, however, was a big disappointment. The potato was large. It just lacked in everything else. There was hardly any barbecue sauce or bacon on it. They need to at least double the amount of meat, sauce and cheese on this potato to give it a fair shot.
They have a large selection of sandwhiches. I will give therm another shot in the future and try one of those. -

Red Sky is a staple for lunch in Buford.
They've got a great menu - lots of sandwiches (hot and cold), salads and amazing desserts. I think they also now offer a dinner menu too, but I can't confirm. The Signature Salad is totally the best - pecans, apples and chicken. Everything is a bit pricey, but not out of line with Atlanta prices (Sig Salad is almost $8, but it's definately enough for a meal). Not a fancy joint, but a great place to catch lunch or breakfast. Just make sure to pick up their desserts; the banana pudding is the best in town, and their strawberry cake is heavenly.
The sign says they cater, but we've never tried it. They also offer free wi-fi (and if there's something wrong at the office, we totally get coffee and work out of there.) Their coffee is ok, it's no 'Bucks (but what do you expect from an Entitled B like me?) They have a makeshift drivethru but it's wierd, so we call in orders and go in to pick them up.
Only three stars, you may ask? It's a little pricey for my taste, and they've recently changed ownership. The mangement change has changed their dishes a bit. Still a solid lunch spot, but not as good as it was. -

Food has always been good here and of good variety. Prices are ok but the service has been sketchy at best the last few times I have been. I too may give them one more chance.

Every time I look at this place I cringe! I went about a year ago and never went back. Service was lacking and the food/breakfast was lacking more. How can you not do a great breakfast? Too bad...And the group that was with me shared my sentiments.

Yo I feel sorry for the kitchen staff because the food was ok nothing bad I could say. there is one big problem you would think for a table of 5 the server would be more interested in service but when you set in the booth next to us you cant possibly know what we need. Im the most fairest yelper I know and there service needs improvement the only thing that came ontime was the bill. Smh

Close to work and I love both the wraps I've tried for lunch. AND they come with freshly made chips. Can't wait to try more stuff there! Especially since this seems to be one of the only places to go for a fresh salad or sandwich within a 15 mile radius of where I work (other than Quiznos). I'd have to say I'd like to see Georgia branch out a little more, too much fast food!!

I like this place for lunch. I would check them out for breakfast since they just started serving and maybe dinner. But I enjoyed the lunch- good tasty sandwiches. Next time I would try the coffee- but I prefer a coffeehouse that is more coffee/hangout rather than a sit down food place- too much pressure to eat and not relax with a cafe.
update- I still like this place but it's a bit overpriced for a coffeehouse/cafe- which btw feels more like a cafe barish now- they have many beer light fixtures in the place which was a bit distracting while I was enjoying my lunch. I had a regular cup of coffee and it was very weak. I'm sorry Red Sky- I miss the old atmosphere and the prices are a bit high for this wallet. ::( -

Pros: Great murals and nice decor. Cons: food and service is lacking. Went for breakfast - the only ones in the restaurant. Scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery, bland tasting; bacon was limp and greasy, grits were inedible - cold and with an odd chemical flavor. Side of one slice of brown cardboard-textured bread didn't add to the breakfast plate. Really doesn't seem like staff's heart is into food prep or customer service. Would have been better off cracking some eggs into the skillet at home; warm, fresh food is worth doing dishes for. Also couldn't find health rating in restaurant - thought this was supposed to be posted in a visible place? Other review are right about the price, too - $7 is a lot for a breakfast I didn't want to eat.
