Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa

The Good:
-Comfortable rooms, beds, large bath tub, great view of the strip and mountains
-Lots of good restaurants - Loved the Mexican spot, Yard house happy hour was great,
-Love that they have the option of movie theater, bowling and gambling
-My seven year old enjoyed her time at Kids quest - $14 per hour with option for the kids to order food
-Valet was free for us and anyone who visited which was great

The not so great:
-Pricy - April 2024 room rate as high as $441, $324, $259 etc in addition to a Resort fee of $51 per night
-Pool closed early for our liking - 10am to 6pm. Wish they were open later
-Ordered surprise cupcakes and bday balloons which were place in room. TY! Although the cupcakes were dry and not good :(

Although we have stayed at other Station Casinos, this was our first time at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, and it was a 5 Star experience. It is located near the Summerlin area, which gives you an opportunity to also venture nearby to other restaurants and things to do.

We loved the pool, the selection of restaurants at differing price points, and reasonable limit games and drink prices while not gambling. If you are into Keno and Bingo, the Red Rock has those low investment games as well.

The customer service was great everywhere we ventured to including the restaurants, bars, and hotel itself. Regarding the hotel, the check in was a breeze, and staff members were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in King room with strip view. The room was clean and spacious. We had no issues with our room whatsoever. Customer service was also very good at the pool, and the pool area is fantastic by the way.

It was refreshing to stay away from the strip, and if you do, I suggest the Red Rock. In fact, after this experience, I don't think I will ever stay on the strip again.

We were leaving Vegas after a soccer tournament and headed to California. We had been staying on the strip and wanted something quieter and further out of the city. We found a deal at the Red Rocks on the Hopper app.

The Red Rocks Resort was really beautiful. The property was gorgeous and in such good location. There were tons of pools and hot tubs (weren't all open yet and even though they said "heated" weren't really). There is a kids club and an arcade on property, as well as the casino and spa. Plenty of dining options on property as well. We wanted to go to Lotus of Siam because it had such a stunning atmosphere but our kids weren't feeling it.

The room was a huge step up from our strip hotel. The bathroom had a huge, deep tub. Our daughter actually took a nice hot bath (after she came back disappointed with the temperature of the hot tubs down at the pool). The toilet had its own closet, which if you've shared a hotel room with kids you know how much of a win that is. There wasn't a microwave, fridge or coffeemaker (which is typical of Vegas rooms). Mini bar and in room snacks for purchase though. The beds were comfortable and the entire room was very clean and spacious.

We would be happy to stay here again when we're in Vegas next time.

This place is amazing! In my opinion it puts the Las Vegas strip to shame as its so clean, upscale/fancy and has all the things you are looking for in a casino without the dirtiness of the regular Las Vegas Strip.

It is located approximately 20-25 minutes west from the strip, but it is an absolutely beautiful space. So well maintained and clean! There is a ton of parking conveniently right outside. They have an amazing outdoor pool with private cabanas and daybeds for those that are staying at the hotel. Their rooms are also new and very luxurious. There are ample restaurants and bars to choose from, including the Rouge room which is Parisian inspired inside (so cool)! They also have a spectacular high roller area.

Five stars for everything here! I can't wait to come back again soon!

This is a fairly nice hotel that is not swarmed with tourists, but the off strip location is annoying (especially without a car) so we likely will not stay there again.

We were in a deluxe room, which was nice and large. Definitely more than enough for 2 people. Loved the double sink in particular. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet too, not sure if thats because it was mid week.

There are several dining options including Yard house, Lucilles bbq, Lotus of Siam, food court, etc.

First time at Red Rock Hotel. Beautiful suite! Large, spacious, and clean.
The staff was professional and attentive during check-in.

The valet team was quick and efficient. Left something in the car, and they were helpful.

Red rock is one of our favorite casinos. We always have a great time.

All and all, awesome experience and highly recommended!

I went here for a business trip, the casino and resort came highly recommended by my colleagues... here's why I gave 3 stars:

It is located near everything you need, it is walking distance or a quick uber ride. The resort was beautiful -- I didn't have a great view but my colleagues did. Lots of options for food and entertainment

The rooms were clean and up to date -- the bed was the highlight of my trip! It was perfect and I slept well my whole trip.

The gym has everything you need

The only downside is I did not have hot water in the shower for the duration of my stay. I informed the staff and they came to repair it -- when I returned from work that evening the water was working fine but the next morning it was cold again. Also the toliet was making strange noises -- but it was fixed.

To compensate for it they removed 1 of the resorts fee, they should have done more.


Will I be back? Probably not.

We used love this casino unlike many others, but it has gone down hill since the lockdown. Some of the clientele is a little questionable. My family and I really liked that the air felt clean unlike many others. Red Rock has now joined the thick Smokey casinos. Catering to the smokers and those that don't mind second hand smoke. Disappointing.l and not interested in returning.

Terrible experience at Red Rock this time around.Local gambler who comes to casino weekly, eat here, and has mobile sports app betting sports. And I couldn't even get complimentary weekly prize? I thought station casinos are locals based casino. My boarding pass is Gold, and yes I do understand play play play to get points points points.

What a joke of a rewards program!!!! Throw us a bone and have some flexibility for locals.

For my 700th Yelp Review, I'm excited to leave this 5-star review for the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa.

I've stayed here a few times - most recently I got to experience "The Twist" Penthouse Suite on the 20th floor. What an INCREDIBLE and unforgettable experience - I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again - in the penthouse suite of course :) Don't get it "twisted," the regular rooms are great, too!

The Twist Penthouse Suite is 4400 square feet of living and entertainment space with incredible views of the Red Rock mountains. The suite features 2 master beds, a bar, a connecting living area, bathrooms with bidets.. the suite even has a balcony that runs from one end to the other end along with award-winning concierge and esteemed butler service.

Dana White, a longtime friend and President of the UFC, always raves about how awesome this resort is on his instagram & social media platforms. As you can imagine, I was so excited to finally experience this luxurious magical place. Now - I, too, can agree without a doubt how awesome this place is!!! It's my favorite place to stay-cation in Vegas!! It will be yours, too!! :)

Red Rock Casino & Resort is part of Station Casinos portfolio, and like all Casinos, it has a VIP Players Club. I'm not really into gambling (unless it's someone else's money lol) so the casino part of the hotel doesn't really interest me.

But what I do love most about this property is that it's located off the Vegas strip, away from the craziness. It's just minutes from the Red Rock Canyon hiking trails - be sure to check out my 5-star Yelp review for the Red Rock Canyon Hiking Trails, as well. And what's great is that this resort is adjacent to Downtown Summerlin's retail and restaurants.

Upon entering the resort, you'll notice the modern design and sparkly chandelier crystal lighting.

The Red Rock is an 800-room hotel with views of the beautiful red rock mountains. The scenery is breath-taking!!! They have plenty of food options including healthy ones (which I appreciate because health is my "go to" especially when traveling) - everything from fresh-pressed juices and sushi to a burger from Red Rock's T-Bones steakhouse and Thai food at Lotus of Siam.

The hotel gym is one of my favorite gyms in Vegas. They have cardio, dumbbells, machines and even a squat rack. I didn't get to experience their award-winning spa (I really want to because I love getting therapeutic massages and "self-care" days are my fave).

The pool area is literally 3 acres with pools of different sizes. There's a fountain in the middle of the main pool with loungers, day beds (covered and uncovered), and 19 private cabanas.

The service here is world-class. It's an elevated experience like no other!! They're professional, friendly and attentive - everyone from the bell service, concierge and front desk (both regular and VIP) to the Valet and Penthouse butlers and housekeeping.

There's self parking and valet. They don't charge extra valet which is nice so I make sure to tip well :)

I highly recommend staying at this resort if you're planning a trip to Vegas - it is absolutely the BEST way to experience a part of Vegas that most people who just go to the Strip are missing.
