We have eaten at different Red Robin locations over the years. Always a solid burger, bottomless fries and they carry a good line of beers on tap.

We went to the one in Salem on what must have been the busiest night ever. We were still seated in a relative short amount of time and our server was great. Usually I would only give 3 stars to a place like this but they earned a 4th because even though they were totally slammed the staff was still friendly, patient and helpful. Good job guys

As the burgers have shrunk in size over the last few years, the prices have steadily gone higher as inflation was inevitable and food becomes scarce.  Yet oddly having visited other Red Robins not far away from Salem, I've noticed that this particular location gives the fewest portions for all things from salads, to nachos, etc.  The desserts are massive as usual, but that is to be expected.

The service has remained friendly and is generally composed of high school students or kids who go to Chemeketa or Willamette while trying to earn some extra cash.  They've all been very professional and nice during each visit.  While the parking lot is predominantly for Target, hitting this Red Robin is not a bad option when the pathetic food court from Target doesn't satisfy.

Trying to imitate the feel of a 50s diner with a more modern twist, this place is popular for parties and other social events.  With a lively and fun ambiance, it's great for the youngsters and the young at heart.  Food and service are good, but parking can be a problem when it gets really busy.  Their prices aren't cheap, but you'll remember a good time.

Red Robin is Red Robin. You'll get great service and good food, but it won't be anything unique or particularly interesting. And, for burgers, it certainly isn't cheap.
