This is where we ended up eating lunch after my mom's graduation on Saturday. My mom really wanted Pappasito's in Dallas but we really didn't want to wait another hour or so to drive back to the Metroplex.
My cousin, JT and my Aunt J had joined us for the graduation ceremonies and ate lunch with us.
JT ordered the create your own meal, with 3 orders of Shrimp Scampi, and at the end poured the scampi butter all over the wild rice. Sounds weird, I know. But I tried it... and it was good.
Aunt J ordered a shrimp cocktail and just an order of Fried Scallops. I had a bite of her Fried Scallop and it was perfectly cooked.
My dad had the Tilapia in a Bag. I didn't try this but this is one of his favorite menu items at Red Lobster (Waco - only options for seafood are Red Lobster and Long John Silvers).
My mom and I decided to just get a snack so that we could still go to Pappasitos for a late dinner.
I had a Boston Tea and 1/2 pound of Steamed Snow Crab Legs. They were delicious, and the Boston Tea is good with a couple of sweet n low & a squeeze of the orange slice garnish.
My mom just had a Shrimp Cocktail.
What made this trip to Red Lobster a 4 star, was the service. George took great care of us. None of our glasses ever got below 1/4th empty. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were in ample supply as I think he brought out 4 or 5 baskets while we were there. -

We went in since Greenville is now the closest "big city" to our own Celeste. While it was pretty average for a Red Lobster, it's still not my idea of good sea food. The shrimp scampi was watery. Everything had been frozen and tossed under a broiler or in a microwave. Just BLECH!
