James, our server was phenomenal.  I dined with my parents and sister.  Usually it is rare for my parents to request the manager to make a visit to our table.  My mother asked our waiter James, twice, to be sure to send the manager over to our table so that my parents could sing James his much deserved praises.  James, made us feel welcomed, his presence was perfect (not too overbearing of the table, but perfectly prompt as it seemed as he was right there whenever we needed something such as more biscuits or drinks)  We left James something like close to a 25% tip.  My mother even commented that she wished James could be our server at any restaurant we go to (and take him along with us at any time we go out to eat!)  He was superb, there needs to be more caring waiters in the world, like James.
The host, Anderson, was extremely sweet and welcoming as well :)

We each had the 4 course Seafood Feast for $15 each, a promotion that we had seen on a commercial.  Honestly, I don't know how Red Lobster makes money from this promotion.  We were given tons of food.  We each had a cup of soup, a salad, an entree (I had the Honey BBQ Shrimp Skewers) and a dessert.  Each course was brought out in a perfectly timed fashion.  We requested another helping of the Cheddar Bay Biscuits and there was a delay in the kitchen as a fresh batch was currently in the oven.  Multiple servers stopped by our table to let us know that the biscuits would shortly be on their way.
Those biscuits arrived steamingly hot, rather impressed.  Much worth the super minimal wait for them.
Our experience at Red Lobster today far exceeded our typical chain restaurant expectations.  We've visited this location numerous times before, but today topped them all. :)

I love Seafood and good deals, so needless to say that I am a fan of Red Lobster.

This particular establishment is located in a busy shopping area, which makes it easy to find parking. The restaurant is big and has plenty of room to fit its customers. This is a must, because this place is packed especially on Saturday and Sunday. If you consider going on one of these weekend days be prepared for a wait (30-45 minutes), unless you are a party of 4 and you can reserve a table.

The service is fast and friendly, and the food is good. Snow Crabs for the Kids, Cajun Chicken Linguini, Lobster Pizza, Clam Chowder and the warm Crab Cakes are some of the items we ordered and we were satisfied.

As I've gotten older, and my palette has matured (debatable and depending on who you ask- haha!), I've realized that Red Lobster is the seafood version of Olive Garden, and it's actually not really good.  Most of the food is pre-prepared, canned, and/or microwaved.  Who knew you could do that to, or with, seafood?  This, compared to when I was in high school, and a BIG DEAL DATE was a trip to Red Lobster or Olive Garden.

Anyhoo, stopped in here on the way home from the "Maury" show in Stamford.  It was pleasant. Not crowded, very friendly service, and the food, for what it is, was decent.

    Solid 3 star rating.

Basically it's what you would expect at a Red Lobster.  The shrimp alfredo was drowning in butter but the Walt's shrimp and scampi were good. The staff was very attentive and had our daughter's meal out with our apps.

3 stars because it's A-OK. I went on new years eve for dinner and the food was a bit stale it seemed. Not sure if it was the end of the year and they are getting rid of all old food or not.

My pasta had lobster chunks which were rubbery. EHHHH!!!

I liked the people. Because of the people they got 3 stars. Or they'd get ONE.

For a Red Lobster, this one is the most crowded one I've been to. I have yet to go when I haven't had to wait at least 40 minutes to be seated, and that's even for an early dinner (4:00p or so). The plus to this is the fact that the restaurant is located in a plaza with other stores, so a lot of times I'll go look in a store for 20 minutes and come back. Helps kill the time.

But, as always, Red Lobster is always worth the wait. I get the best service at this location... and as always, some Cheddar Bay biscuits to go!

Today I went there and i'm gonna say "Oh hell fucking no" don't go here, you see that review I posted up on there before? That was actually before I found a hair in my food. Yes you heard me right a hair I was literally about to walk about and not pay for anything aside from the fact I was about to not pay for my friends food either only because the hair got me so mad when it comes to food IM FAT and I like to enjoy my dining experience, I should only have to over look my food once without seeing a hair or mexican roach leg in it. I also asked for a well done steak and they bought me a medium rare steak I let that slide though the waiter she was so nice but I  did mention that they had to give me a good reason not to just walk out of here without paying for anything and some young girl said "you'll get in trouble if you walk out"  and my waiter said because if you walk out i'll get fired so thats the only reason why i didnt. But the look I gave her I said personally I really dont care I said you can call the cops call whoever but I was mad at the time. So she told me to wait for the manager so their stupid because instead of me making their establisment about 100.00 They made $49.00 (for 2 big meals) aside from the fact the garlic bread was so hard I felt as if I was biting into a brick, I did mention to the waiter that the garlic bread was to hard so she bought me more bricks.....oops I mean garlic bread. One thing I did learn from going to Red Lobster In Bridgeport CT and that was if your looking to have chefs who look like they graduated from the "out of the hood program" make your food, and if your looking to see hair in your food go to that red lobster oh let me mention Thursday nights are homeless people nights they love spending $12.00 on a meal. In the end there food is a little over priced oh and I did over hear "This place is so busy the waiters are cooking the food" *Shake my head*
