This hotel has an odd layout and off-putting exterior, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and service is friendly and helpful. We got a great rate on hotwire, so very happy with the value. It's rated as a 3-star hotel and that's what you get.
There's nothing fancy about this place, and no special amenities to speak of, but wifi is free and parking is free, which are big bonuses in my book. Also, there is an on-site Hertz desk, which makes getting your rental car very convenient (and you can avoid the high taxes imposed at the airport). The on-site restaurant, however, is awful so don't bother with that. In-room coffee is also pretty bad if you drink it black.
I'd give 4 stars but my side of bed sags and there are problems with the key cards working properly. Also, on several occasions, we were able to open the door to our building without using the key card, so security could be an issue. I'd like to see an airport shuttle too, though I realize this isn't an airport hotel, but with the car rental agency here, a shuttle would help tremendously.
Overall, very good budget hotel and we'd stay again.
This hotel exterior looks old, the buildings are okay.
When I first arrived the lobby, I was waiting in line and the front desk lady was really mean. I smiled and she went, "Stay over there (pointed at the chairs) I am busy here, give me 10 minutes." Instead of giving me attitude about how busy she was, I would appreciated it a lot better if she just inform me to wait with a smile. (I am going to TAKE OF ONE STAR because of the service I've experienced here) The cleaning lady was a bit mean, too... with no smile.......
The room is nice, bathroom is okay but a little bit small. They provide Bath & Body Works products but the bar of soap is low quality. It's a hassle to ask for lotion and they don't have it in the room... It doesn't not seems like a 3-stars hotel............
The bed was comfortable and so did the pillows. But the blankets was kind of rough.
I was watching their TV and they didn't have much channels on it =(
The blind on the window are funny. We felt like we did not have privacy in the room because it does not close... The window face the pool and there were people at the pool........... we thought they can look through the window and see us! And we're taking a nap during the day and the sun was in our eyes and there was not blind to block that =(
and the A/C was loud.........
It was an okay experience, over-all I liked it... because it didn't cost that much compare to other hotel that are similar.. but I wasn't happy with the front desk service....
Not bad, at all!
It's a funky grouping of buildings, but clean, and convenient to 90 and 405. The rooms were nice, with good bathrooms, and Bath & Body Works products. Nice, comfortable, and convenient - can't ask for much more!
Cozy lobby considering it's such a large hotel. I think it was a cluster of four buildings.
Pretty active convention hotel, but the convention space looked dated. Especially the restaurant. Kinda weird having a huge whale hanging from the ceiling. Well, weird or interesting is your call.

Good budget hotel. I wouldn't recommend for business use, or paying more than about $75/nite, but it's a great inexpensive clean hotel. Close to 405 and 520, short driving distance to restaurants and malls, but not within walking distance of any shops.
Stayed in bldg. #2 (Mt. St. Helens?) and the rooms were medium sized and clean, pool was clean in the mornings, a little dirtier from debris in the afternoons.
Service was average, free wi-fi. Careful for the rooms on the very end, they are near a very busy street, and you'd need to keep your windows closed.

Don't let the exterior of this hotel fool you. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. This is an excellent hotel for the price. I would recommend this place in Bellevue either for business or pleasure.
