      They were extremely quick to get to my house and get my situation rectified. They service both my air conditioner and my furnace in a quick and efficient manner.
      I'm very thankful for Kim and his team!!
      They will always be my go-to!!

      Well..this was a bummer. My tenant called Red Line (she was supposed to call Hooley) to charge an air conditioner that was installed on a roof over the winter. They couldn't figure out how to make it work, wandered around looking for it, called me to tell me it needed a new breaker (the breaker IS brand new and was replaced with the air conditioner). Now they have billed me $182 because it took them over 2 hours to do nothing. Not a thing. I'd be happy to pay a normal fee...like $75..my tenant did goof. But $182? They actually told me they would be cancelling a warranty. Which we don't have. Because they didn't do anything! I'd go elsewhere.

      Red Line did some work at two houses , which seemed okay. Then I was supposed to get an estimate from Red Line for a major re-ducting effort. The estimate never arrived, so I called, and Red Line sent an estimate for a furnace replacement instead. I called, they said they would call and figure it out, But I never heard from them again.

      I got two more estimates for the same problem (insufficient air to the upstairs bedroom) and both companies shook their heads at the Red Line guys idea . But the last straw was they stuck a huge number of Red Line stickers on all the appliances, ducts, etc, even the ones they didn't service ( conveniently obscuring the phone number of the installer) . That is what reminded me to write this review several months later.

      Very professional and honest. Steve M. was timely and thorough. He explained to me the issue with my air conditioner and showed me the faulty part and new replacement. He made sure everything looked good on his end with both the furnace and air conditioner before leaving. He even checked the water heater.

      I am impressed with the customer service, and highly recommend this company. I will be using them in the future!

      We had 9 furnaces that needed to be inspected. Red Line was able to make a very reasonable schedule with us to get to all 9 furnaces. They showed up on time, did the inspections, and updated us with a personal phone call on the ones that needed some additional work or replacement. Very much appreciated their work.

      I found my water heater leaking in the basement, so I took the day off from teaching and called Red Line. The tech came out to see what the trouble was and then asked how next week looked for a replacement. I told him I took the day off, he made a call to make room in his schedule to replace the water heater immediately. Water heater works great and I am very happy with the service.

      Red Line gave us a bid of over $5000 to replace a part in a roof top A/C unit, called another company and the service tech found out the plug to the compressor was unplugged. Plugged it in and it started working right away!!

      Ref Line was fantastic! We had some issues about getting adequate hot water flow to the master shower and the kitchen - far from the water heater. No one had been able to solve the problem. Red line came up with a cost effective solution and now we have hot water when we want it. Kim and his team were great to work with. We highly recommend them!
