We were looking for breakfast that wasn't a chain and found this delightful cafe. Ham and cheese croissants warm with melted cheese was so yummy. Orange cranberry bagel! Who knew there was such a thing! Unfortunately way too far from home in Texas to come back.
Stop in! Support this place.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Carrie M.WA, WA04Jan 17, 2024
This place is an absolute gem! A wonderful little spot with a nice coffee selection and a great atmosphere to match. The cafe has this cute charm that makes it an ideal spot for tasty food and a relaxing time.
I can't get enough of their Asiago Bagel Sandwich and Croissant Breakfast Sandwich - both are a flavor explosion. Paired with a cup of their delicious coffee, it's the perfect combination. The employees here are super nice, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Plus, the view to the beach is nothing short of amazing. It's so close that you can take a leisurely walk there. Trust me, it's a must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful place with great food and coffee.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Becky P.Seattle, WA11748Jan 1, 2024
Red Cup Cafe is a quiet, cozy place to get a sandwich and coffee near the water. I shared a whole tuna sandwich, cup of clam chowder, and half Caesar salad with another person.
The food doesn't disappoint, but it's also nothing amazing. Half the tuna salad sandwich filled me up. There was a good portion of tuna salad in it. The clam chowder was rich, a little salty (in a good way!), and clammy. The Caesar salad was standard. Seeing the clam chowder in a literal cup/mug made me smile.
The staff person was very nice and suggested that they could heat up the tuna salad sandwich for us like a melt, since we were hesitant about getting it at first as a cold sandwich.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Diana C.Everett, WA8107165Mar 9, 2024Updated review
I tried the coffee again. Coffee (mocha) is still not served hot just above warm. They have a nice food menu which I will return for. Cafe (inside) is small and noisy so if you're looking for quiet this isn't the place. Perhaps with better weather you can sit outside for more conversation. You can ask to sit with others for more of a community feel!

Friendly staff, including the owner which was running around helping. I noticed the coffee supplier was Whidbey Coffee which is my favorite! I ordered a mocha which was great.. except the temp of the coffee was just warm. I wanted to ask to heat it up but the place was full and there were seven guests in line. I chalked it up to perhaps training someone new? I won't return for coffee yet I will return and try the food items as everything that came out looked amazing! Giving three for warm coffee, would be 5 for service.

This place was packed on a Saturday morning! We found seats right away and watched the line go out the door. Once the line got short we got up to grab food. Tip: show up and chat for a while, find a table, and once the line is short hop in for a snack!
Love the decor and ambiance, and the nearby shops are fun to visit to. Ice cream shop around the corner. Highly recommend! The workers are very friendly and smiley, too.
Glad to visit for the first time and will definitely be back. Also, view of the water swoon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Teri R.Honolulu, HI2106Dec 16, 2023
Great little place overlooking the water. There are tables inside and outside. It was raining the day we were there so we sat inside. It is a nice place to sit and chat, which is what we did. The scone was delicious!

A delightful spot for that morning cup of coffee and gorgeous views of the sound. It has the feel of a locals hangout and for good reason - the food is delicious. A nice variety of breakfast sandwiches and pastries to satisfy your early morning cravings. Super friendly staff too. Don't miss this one!

Absolute gem of a cafe and the employees make it all the better! I have been in town working remote and the employees at this adorable cafe have been so kind. I spent 6 hours here every day for 4 days and wish I lived here so i could come every day.
The drinks are awesome! Highly reccomend the iced tea. If you are looking for something fun, the creamsicle drink is similar to an orange julius and delicious. The bagels are top notch quality, definitely try their bagel breakfast sandwhich. The sandwiches are humongous and packed with quality ingredients. You can truly customize anything on their menu.
Can't wait to come back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John C.Los Angeles, CA016Dec 8, 2023
Way to lose regulars -- we showed up a week ago to buy coffee beans: sold out. We asked them to set aside beans the next they came in: "Sure...no problem they said"
We showed up today and were lucky they had what we were looking for as they made no effort to set aside our order. Nada...
When we arrived, they looked confused, quickly scrambled, then set us on our way with our unmarked coffee in brown bags so ghetto I had to laugh.
Those bags were a gift to an out of state friend, who just loved her experience at Red Cup, and wanted their coffee. The amount of side eye we got when they had to put the order together, combined with the fact we tipped heavily, is enough. Adios RiojaHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 15312123Mar 18, 2023
What a nice surprise! Stopped in after a dentist visit across the street (Wholistic Dental Care - they're great!). Had a cup of clam chowder which was full of clam flavor, and too thick, but very creamy and delicious. Also 1/2 egg salad sandwich on great whole wheat bread. Came with a bag of Tim's chips, which I could have done without in favor of some little veg. But overall really good! And great service.
