Went on a Saturday evening so, it was a little crowded but lines still weren't terrible. I would recommend doing the waiver and buying tickets online. Makes waiting at the counter shorter. Half hour jumping is fine for little kids, the bigger kids could easily do an hour or more. The bowling area was much smaller than I expected but great for my 5yr old first-time bowler.
Prices were a tad more than your typical entertainment places but it's a unique experience, there are no other trampoline places in town. It was very clean, well-kept and there were enough employees to supervise the kids to where they weren't wild and it was definately safe.
We will go back but probably on a weeknight and buy the tix online.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 7482395Mar 17, 2024
I've been to Bravos numerous times and love the private party rooms. I like that the space is open and that you can't get too lost. My kids love the dodgeball area, bowling, laser tag and climbing area. The food is really good, including the adult slushies. I've had them several times and enjoy it. The staff and party hosts are super helpful and attentive.

I'm saying this is a wonderful place for kids to run around and play, play, play! Now parents, grandparents might be a little shell shocked from the noise snd lights...but there is a bar with beer(others?) for them. We were there for our granddaughter's birthday. You get a room to the side of all the activity for one hour where kids can eat pizza and drink ordered from here and eat cake you bring. Kids seemed to like it...

The 10 kids ran non-stop from trampoline, arcade games, wall climbing, basket ball on a trampoline, obstacle course, etc. The pizza served with party deal was quite good. If you wanted to as an adult you could buy beer and drinks too....kids....pink lemonade!

Bravoz is always good for a quick stop in to let the kids run on a rainy day. They have great prices and a lot do for the kids. They have laser tag, trampolines, rock walls, basketball, foam jump pits, obstacle courses, video games, pin bowling, party rooms, and a place to sit and eat.
The place is very noisy, and there are kids running everywhere, but that is to be expected, so be prepared to wonder around while dodging children as they run with excitement.
Only wish there were more places to sit in the eating section based on how busy it is and how much a great deal it is!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Karen T.Southside, Jacksonville, FL44964Jul 7, 2023
Great place to take kids, especially when it's too hot for outside activities. These 105 heat factor days keep the summer kids indoors, and needing physical activity. There are plenty of trampolines, a ninja obstacle course, and lots of other fun areas. The workers are very nice, and helpful for the children, and I observed workers doing a lot of walking around checking on kids, as well as a uniformed police officer hanging out.
The restrooms were pretty gross, but kids you know. They had an eating area, complete with adult drinks. The food was just ok. It's mostly things kids like. They had ice cream too. Seemed like they were short staffed at the food counter but the worker was patient , and kind to the kids ordering. The only think I think they really need are drink machines. It would solve the long waiting period at the counter for a bottle of water. We waited 30 minutes for waters. Too long. Overall a great and fun place.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 1, 2022
5 stars for clean good fun. We love coming here with the kids and their friends, the place is always packed but not in a way that you feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. Lots of young adults are running this place but everyone is so helpful and respectful. If you have children I highly recommend this place, they have many different options when it comes to rates so it's budget friendly.

Unpleasant Experience at Bravo's Entertainment Center
I previously had a birthday party at Bravo's Entertainment Center, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I feel it's important to share the numerous issues we encountered during the event:
Delayed Start:
The party began much later than scheduled, and there was a lack of communication from the staff regarding the delay.
Inappropriate Music:
The music played during the event was not only excessively loud but also included offensive and racist content, which is inappropriate for a family-oriented venue.
Poor Party Coordination:
The overall coordination of the party was horrific. Guests had to handle their own pizza arrangements, resulting in some children missing out on food. Communication about the party's progression was also lacking.
Abrupt Conclusion:
The party concluded abruptly without any prior notice, causing confusion and distress among guests.
Disrespectful Staff:
The supervisors were extremely disrespectful when we raised concerns, exhibiting unprofessional behavior that added to the discomfort.
Lack of Customer Service:
The overall customer service experience was lacking, with staff members failing to address our concerns promptly and professionally.
Expensive for Limited Time:
The experience was very expensive for only 30 minutes in the party room, which added to our dissatisfaction.
Considering these issues, I would not recommend anyone to throw a party at Bravo's Entertainment Center. The overall experience not only inconvenienced us but also had a distressing impact on our guests.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 16, 2021
After months of looking at places to have my kiddos birthday party, we opted to go with Bravoz. Why? I'll tell you below.
We went on a tour prior to booking the event. We came on a weekday, which is a bit deceiving, because you can't see how packed this place can actually get.
We were shown all the different areas where our kiddo could explore, from trampolines, to a foam bit, to a rock wall, and a ninja course, plus games, and duckpin bowling.
Based on some of the other places we looked at and comparing their packages to Bravoz, it was clear your dollar stretches further here. I did appreciate that because we had a small party, the planner recommended not going with an actual package, except a party room rental, and paying individually for each kid, which meant they got to go on everything except laser tag.
The day of the party, it seemed to run smoothly, we brought our cake in (that's the only food you can bring in), they had a cart, put our kiddo's name on the message board, and a holding area for the kids.
Once everyone arrived it was kind of pandemonium, I mean every kid wanted to do something different. No one was instructed to wear or had to wear a mask, which was a bit concerning, but it's personal choice. The kids played for two hours, then over the loudspeaker we were instructed to go to his designated party room. Pizza and drinks were served by a party host, then we had cake. Food is pretty standard for you what you get.
After the party, the kids could play for as long as they wanted and as long as they were open. I will say that the later you're there on the weekend, the more crowded it gets, so if you want to avoid crowds, get there right when they open, so you can leave prior to 2pm.
Pros:
-reasonably priced
-lots of things for the kids to do
-good parking
-For the price you can stay all day
Cons:
-Gets super crowded on the weekends
Tips: If you have a smaller party, you may want to book just a party room rental.Helpful 18Thanks 0Love this 17Oh no 0 - Connor L.FL, FL082May 14, 2023
I love this place from Lintag coquille games it has everything I went there for a birthday we played laser tag is so much fun. I recommend this business is fun but if you are not athletic, then I suggest not playing laser tag because there's a lot of running and jumping and climbing.

We've been here a dozen times over the years, including hosting two birthday parties, attending a couple of parties, and coming for play dates or on our own, so I feel qualified to speak to the offering.
Pros:
It's great to wear the kids out.
You can spend not too much, or more if you want to go all out.
There's a variety of activities.
Parties are generally well executed and their planner is awesome in guiding you toward the best package to stretch your money.
Pizza is decent (of course that's just my opinion!)
Cons:
The obvious one: it's overstimulating (but on a lesser scale than many other places).
Parties can get really expensive really quick if you don't work with the front desk to manage the guest list carefully.
We've generally had good experiences but I don't think I'll have another party here. My son had a blast as did his classmates. The planner was great but the day of the party we had some miscommunication with the front desk and my party quickly doubled in price when siblings and chaperones were given all access wristbands at my expense. I'm willing to spread the responsibility around on that - including myself - so enough said on that. Just ensure you give a list of names and let them know whether you are willing to pay for +1s (or how many if you want to do a few).
All in all, go have fun and wear the kids out, just beware unexpected costs and you'll have a blast!Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 3Oh no 0 - 3670183Feb 5, 2022
Bravoz is a great place to take the kids to get absolutely worn out! There are many options including the jump area, dodgeball, foam pits, basketball all on the trampoline as well as a ninja warrior course and video game galore! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was absolutely packed! You can tell they're understaffed but trying their best. We let the kids play for a little over two hours and they were absolutely worn out at the end. Great place to take the family but be prepared for a huge crowd if you go on the weekend.
