Sorry to see someone had a bad experience with Mark. I Just purchased a house through Mark and had a wonderful experience. I am a real estate investor and have purchased dozens of homes over the years and Mark is a consummate professional. He knows his business and the area. Mark gives generously of his time, his knowledge and himself. Mark has spent countless hours working with the bank to complete my sale and has went the extra mile time and time again. He represents his community extremely well. He has a wonderful engaging style and manner.
I cannot imagine a better real estate agent/broker. I do imagine that all clients who work with Mark recommend him to others...placing him surely at the very top of the "Best Agent in Oroville" list.

In 2005 I was selling a house. Mark was representing the buyer for the home. The real test of an agent is not when everything goes smooth but when things don't. His buyer got cold feet and backed out of the deal. Mark and I came up with a compromise over the deposit toward purchase. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone. Additionally he is cutting edge on marketing your property. Most agents list and sit, he will aggressively find a buyer.
