Property manager is a very rude & uncooperative person. She charged ridiculous amounts for house cleaning after move out as if she had hired a PhD for the cleaning. She runs a scam along with the cleaning agencies.
Same story with their office assistant. Very rude & doesn't try to help at all.
They don't have an ounce of humanity. They seek every opportunity to grab your money. They not only ignore reasonable requests, but go out of their way to piss you off.
I'd say everyone at their office is unreasonable and inhuman.
Obviously a family memeber or friend wrote the 5 star review ~ I've met at least 5 people with identical and/or worse stories aobut this so called business.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CHECK THE BBB ~ ON COMPLAINTS...
RIDICULOUS IS ALL I CAN SAY~ I grew up in Oakland and REC was the worst SLUM LORD I've ever encountered ~ So do the math on that one!!
