What a wonderful wine shop!

Doug, the proprietor, has been in the wine industry for 20 years and decided to open his own wine store. He carries wines with a score of 88 or better and will stock 150 different bottles of wine (currently about 90).

Doug is knowledgeable, easy to talk with, helpful, thoughtful and enthusiastic. I am excited to try the wines I purchased!

Opened August 30.

update 10/12/06:

The two table wines I bought we very good, some of the best table wine we've ever had.

We purchased more wines yesterday, one for a very special dinner, and Doug recommended it based on the menu. This will be a huge test on his knowledge.

The "port" wine from Australia is very good.
