I've had good luck with Ramada hotels before but the "Limited" concept is new to me. I think it must mean limited customer service and limited amenities. Came here because I wanted to use the "indoor pool and spa", was told AFTER I paid that it was completely out of order. There was an ethernet cable in the room that was not hooked up to the wall jack because someone had pushed the receptacle through the jack and into the wall. Since I had a screwdriver I fixed this for them, but their service was still broken. The front desk told me they could do nothing because all the equipment was in the manager's office and the manager was gone. When I pressed them they said they could call the manager, so I had them do that. They called me back and asked me if I had plugged the cable in. O ye of little faith. By that time I had already moved my laptop to the desk to get almost-adequate reception from their lobby wireless so I told them to forget about it.

I also tried to get something out of the 2nd floor vending machine, which promptly ate my money. The one on the 1st floor refused to give me what I wanted but at least it didn't keep my money.

There were some positives: The room was clean (though whatever scent they spray in the rooms was completely overpowering) and the shower nozzle was decent. They were also flexible on price for the room. There's lots of parking available and it's next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, though I opted for the Carl's Jr.
