Decent prices, friendly staff, pretty good location.  I stayed here several times and while the entire place needs a really good scrubbing and a decorating update, the staff was more than willing to help with any questions or concerns.  The free breakfast is pretty standard fare, but for some reason, I kept going back for the sausage gravy.
