Review from Pi A.

I booked this hotel through NRA and got a very good discount. I requested a room on third floor. My room is very clean and tidy. Bath tub is clean. New furniture but old television. The air conditioner worked very well. Everything I needed was in my room. It made me feel like in my house.
The breakfast is free but good enough, including milk and orange juice.
Mr. Todd, a receptionist, is a very nice gentleman. He worked very carefully but fast. It took me 5 minutes to check in and a click to check out. Safe and big parking lot.
The lady who was in charge for my breakfast is very nice too. She takes care her customers like kings.
Free parking, free breakfast, and free Internet
I definitely book this hotel again once I go down Santa Ana again. -

I brought brand new slippers for my stay at this particular Ramada hotel. I thought the carpet was dirty, but wasn't certain until I saw the bathroom. The floor was filthy. I mentioned to manager that the bathroom needed cleaning. He said okay! Nothing was done! Second night the bathroom floor was still dirty, so I thought to give the cleaning lady a chance. The third night I cleaned it myself. So what happens on the fourth day? The cleaning lady didn't even bother taking the towels away except the one that was on the floor and she made the bed, but didn't clean the bed sheets with new linen. I came home with filthy shoes, completely dirty. My family is amazed I haven't gotten sick. I took my vitamins every day and showered twice a day. We have to be careful when traveling. Too many germs!

got a good deal thru http://hotels.com and had a pleasant stay (for the most part).
location - 5 miles to disneyland :)
rooms - clean. big. included fridge, microwave, couch, blow dryer, iron and coffee maker. comfy beds. :)
front desk staff - super nice :)
free continental breakfast!!! :) :) :)
i know it's not the hotel's fault, but the other guests were so loud and obnoxious! the ceilings and walls are very thin and i didn't sleep well cause of all the noise. all in all a good deal for 1 night. -

Found this through priceline, and was a good price so we decided to stay there. What an experience.
The good: The location was great, about 8 blocks from Disneyland and a lot of supermarkets and fast food along the way. Close to the freeway. And that was about it.
The bad: Luckily most of our time was spent at Disneyland because the stay was not pleasant. We had our hotel guest and their kids wake us up with their loud talking early and late at night, and some people even jiggled our room door handle, waking us up in a semi-panic. Even our "Do Not Disturb" sign was stolen. Guests were messy, garbage in the common area, wet spots in the elevator, slamming doors. Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, rather the guests.
But what is the hotel's fault is that the TV was magnetized, so the sides of the image was off-color. The fridge didn't work, the microwave stunk horribly, the air conditioners leaked so towels were in the hallway soaking up the water, there was a plunger in the front yard, the room was also musty, and the hotel staff was barely functional. We asked for extra pillows and they had to get them from another room? What is that?
If you want to save a buck and the location is important, consider somewhere else before this. I'm not a hotel snob but it was really iffy there. -

This place is decent, and had the typical feel of a motel. The outside of the building smelled mostly of lysol or some kind of cleaning solutions, since the maid staff was constantly sweeping the floors and hallways, which I guess should be a good sign of cleanliness. Inside, the room seemed clean and was larger than I expected (2 queen beds as we requested in a pretty big room with all the basics, like TV, microwave, mini-fridge, hair-dryer. Biggest complaint is that the toilet tank was leaky, so water would seep around the bathroom floor around the toilet. Just throw down some towels to stop it from getting all over. Otherwise, air conditioning was strong. Quality was okay for the price, I guess.
