At first, I was concerned because I could not locate this hotel right away from MacArthur Rd. But thankfully, there were signs which directed my wife and I to the hotel, albeit some dark looking alleys. We were, however, pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked big, clean, and busy from outside. We heaved a sigh of relief. The place appears to be recently renovated and is very clean.
The receptionists could do with some training in the smiling category. Both the Indian lady at the night shift and Caucasian during the morning did not exude happiness. On the other hand, the kitchen staff were all nice and happy. Which brings us to point about their complimentary breakfast. We had it on a Saturday. The breakfast was a bit disppointing - no hot foods. I mean, you had to purchase them. But the cereal, breads, muffins, coffee, juice, and yogurt was complimentary.
The room did not have a small fridge. Thankfully, we did not have anything to put in it as we usually do since our trip was a small one.
