If you can make it past the parking lot, you'll be golden.
The parking lot of this store never ceases to make me hate humanity a little bit more each time I visit. I guess it shouldn't surprise me that it's filled with Mercedes, Lexuses and BMWs parked way too far from each other. It IS El Dorado Hills, after all. Careful you don't hit a plastic soccer mom on her way out from the store.
Once inside, the store is clean and inviting. The employees are down-to-earth; they are working for a grocery store, after all. The warehouse manager, Keith, is friendly and personable. He'll remember you and ask how you've been.
Other than that, there's not much to say. It's a typical Raley's - it tries hard to be upscale, and the El Dorado Hills environment and clientele only egg it on. Don't be surprised if you see fliers for a wine-tasting event on your way in.

Shop local, bitches. Screw Ralphs EDH anyway, that place sucks and their produce is rotten. Raleys has old school service, they train their workers right and they must pay well too because everyone there is very happy and polite. Everyone speaks english, and the baggers are all cute high school kids, which baffles my friends that visit from LA, who are used to...well...if youre from LA you know what I'm talking about.
