Very fast and professionals, I called them and I got the service the same day as promised. The guy (Jason) came and installed my garage door motor in a very clean and professional way. he cleaned up everything before he left and also spent some time explaining to me the motor features.

I've had good experience with Rainier garage door in the past and hence the 1 star otherwise this would be a -ve star review. I called them to fix a broken spring. After a couple of scheduling issues Jason finally showed up. He explained that the spring will cost about $149 + their usual drive up fee of $49. He also explained a few other fixes including the end rollers being bent and having to replace them for additional cost. I agreed to just replacing the spring and he started the work. After he was done, he called me over and gave me a bill for $349 explaining that both springs have to be replaced in tandem (don't know how far this is true). He never mentioned anything about replacing both the springs before he started the work and sprung this surprise on me. I would've been still ok with this and given them a decent review but the problem didn't end there. After he'd left, we started noticing a new noise while opening and closing the garage door which wasn't there before the spring broke. So I spoke to Jason and he agreed to come over and take a look. Another Jason (not the one who performed the work) showed up at our place and tried to convince me that the end roller was making the noise and had to be replaced. I explained to this Jason that the noise wasn't there before the spring broke and the work was performed but he didn't budge from his stance. I'm never going to use Rainier Garage Door for any future work and will not recommend them to anyone for their poor service.
