This really is a nice hotel to stay at. Just remember you get what you pay for. If you reserve a $50 room on priceline, expect to get it. There are other, nicer, newly renovated rooms to stay in that are quite excellent accomodations with wonderful comfy beds (but you have to figure out which ones they are-I'm not giving out the secret!)

The rooms we get have a king size bed, with frig & coffee maker, pool views are not guaranteed but you can get them and nice marble bathrooms.

The room service here is terrific at breakfast! The best around and we've stayed many places. The other meals, especially dinner, are not so good. We always eat out at dinner on vacation anyway.

The sports bar has a nice decor and big tv, but it doesn't always work and their selection of liquors are below premium.

The pool is great! the girls at the pool bar are a blast and they have the best cheesburger and maragaritas.

We have had many many good stays here, but we have had our bad experiences as well. The staff is ok, but never welcoming. Once you get to know them, they're a nice bunch. I imagine if you had to deal with rudeness from individuals from different countries all day, you'd be a little guarded too!

Liked -- Room serviced breakfast!!!
Disliked -- Not a decent tequila to be found

I'm torn here, I visited 2 years ago with no problems and it was nice and everything, but today I went and it was totally different, the front clerk was rude and unhelpful (Alex Cruz) and he treated me and my fiance like we were stupid.

Anyhoo, we ended up at another Radisson down the street and it's not as fancy inside, but the people here, like Anthony, are much nicer and service sometimes makes it that much better.

I'll review them soon.

So if you have to go to Kissimee, FL, enjoy the Radisson down the street.

Very pleasant experience and stay here. Good huge "resort" hotel with rooms that were clean and comfortable, nice facilities, and multiple cool pool areas. They even have a mini water slide but unfortunately that was closed for renovation. Front desk service was extremely nice and accomodating upon check in. Parking was free but can get crowded around certain popular wings of the hotel at night so you might end up parking a bit further. Some rooms (lie mine) came with "Sleep Number" beds where you can adjust the firmness - I thought that feature was just okay since it felt like a hybrid regular mattress and air mattress. Rather overrated but cool to try.

You do have to pay a "resort fee" for each night here ($11.30) to cover the cost of the pool and other services. I wasn't surprised by this since some other hotels with nice pool areas do this too. But that fee also did cover free Internet from my room everyday so that made the fee more digestable and I used the free Internet quite a bit.

There is a deli in the hotel but they had some really expensive and crappy burgers so stay away from those.

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient. There are lots of restaurants all along the main strip where this hotel is, there is a Walgreens and Starbucks very close by (Starbucks is key),  it is across the street from the entrance of Celebration, FL which is a cool Pleasantville-type real town Walt Disney built, and it's right off highway I-4 so you can get to different Disney spots within 5-10 minutes within 1-3 highway exits. The hotel also offers shuttles to places like Disney and Universal.

Bottom line: Overall a very decent hotel in a very convenient location - I'd definitely stay here again, And make sure you use your AAA card. Through that and a special Internet rate I found, I got to stay here for a super rate of ~$75 a night plus resort fee and taxes (during Feb offseason). But do watch the resort fee and taxes as they added an additional $20/night for me.
