Stayed at this hotel, again, last week.
I had one of the rooms with the sleep by number bed. Hated it. Couldn't get comfortable and kept hearing the air mattress sound from neighbors all night long. You now have to pay $5 to use the gym at the hotel. I was very disappointed.
However, the staff is very friendly and I still love one of their restaurants (Zazios). I stayed on the concierge level of the hotel and the woman that works in the "bar" is so nice and helpful!
The pros and cons equal to be just barely three stars in my book.

Radisson is one of the best options in Kalamazoo. It's not terrible, but not great.
The hotel is unremarkable, so I'm not sure what else to say. There are frequently banquets and events going on, and families seem to visit often. It is downtown, about a 15 minute walk to Kalamazoo College's campus.
