I have always had such a hard time finding the
motivation to strength train whether it was on my own,
with a trainer or in a class at the gym. I met Rachel
about 6 months ago and instantly found the perfect
match for me. I look forward to each session with
Rachel as she brings encouragement and positive
energy that pushes me beyond my limits. Rachel has
such a strong knowledge, not only for personal
training, but for the whole person. Rachel's degree
in psychology along with her personal training
experience creates a very complete and comprehensive
training environment.
At our first session, we discussed my athletic goals
and Rachel designed a personalized program centered
around all of the physical activities I love. This
was very important to me because in previous training
situations I had a tendency to lose focus. I have
more energy now throughout the day. And the
challenges that Rachel puts me through in workouts
helps me to better face my daily challenges as well.
Since working out with Rachel, I have met my fitness
goals of increasing upper body, lower body and core
strength. Rachel and I continue to make new goals
which keeps me on track.
