Advance Auto Parts

It's not a good feeling when all the warning lights go off in your car and you can't get it to start! After needing a jump twice in one week, I headed to Advance Auto Parts to see if I could get the battery tested. I went inside the store to let them know what I was experiencing, and Curtice came outside to check the battery. The testing system showed that everything was fine, but he gave me some reasons why I might be experiencing these issues.

Ultimately, we determined the culprit was likely my new dash cam coupled with an older car battery. It was the original battery that came with my car several years ago, so it wasn't able to handle the "standby" mode, even with the battery pack. Because I was running low on time for the afternoon, I opted not the change the battery until a few days later, but I appreciated being able to get a battery test at Advance Auto Parts when I needed one.

Gave one start because theres no way to give out 0 starts, but service here sucks, theres 3 customers in line waiting for a long time for someone to take care of you, stood there for 10 minutes while theres was at least 8-10 employees in the back chatting doing absolutely nothing whatsoever. While one simgle person in front is struggling with one customer. I mean why hire 10+ employees for nothing i left what i was buying and left to buy somewhere else. & they are all rude have no education they seem overwhelmed with life itself. Just quit and go work elsewhere budds.

Throughly enjoyed my visit here. The customer service was great! The employees were so helpful! I was helped by two employees and they delivered top notch service. I had difficulty with my car key lock on my door as well as a button not working on my key. Both employees did everything they could to help me! They even walked outside and looked at my car! For the key they even offered to install the new battery for it!!! I will recommend this location! I will certainly return for my future car needs!!
