If you book online, this place is worth it. I parked there for three days, my car was perfectly safe.
Only bad part is that their shuttles only come every 20 minutes on the hour and they do NOT answer the phone when you call. Other than that, if you can schedule things out, all will go well. -

I travel often from the Oakland Airport, and lately, Ouik Park seems to be one of the undesirable places to park. It may seem like a good place to get an online deal, but overall there are many BETTER and SAFER places to leave your car. Even some locations are offer Yelp deals, which I have used!
The Quik Park property has been deteriorating with lack of maintenance, lots of weeds and debris. As of lately, with all the construction going on Hegenberger is a bad place to park your car.
I have also heard they are going out of business in April... and simply they have stopped caring about not only the property but the customer service. Thankfully there are other locations! -
Review from Lempi M.
If you book online this lot costs only FOUR dollars a day.
This is how you do it:
At home you print out your pre-paid receipt. Then when you get there, you take a ticket. When you come back off your trip you need both the ticket you took and the receipt you had to get out.
The shuttle leaves every 20 minutes on the hour. I would recommend a nice fiver at minimum for the shuttle driver who huffs around loading and unloading bags.
It was pretty convenient for me. I'm gonna use them from here on out. -

Used to park here all the time, will no longer do this. Reasons: 1) Understaffed, slow response time (waited more than 30 minutes for a shuttle; meanwhile Fast Track and Expresso shuttles stopped by multiple times). 2) They will overbook the lot. We were delayed 30 minutes because they double-parked a car behind us and boxed us in. Another time, they valeted our car and couldn't find it. Dear Quik Park: If the lot is full, it's full! Don't be cheap bastards and cram us all in there or you will lose customers for good.
I'm tired of waiting up to an hour just to be able to drive home. Never again! -

Sign says "$8 Flat Rate." Okay, I think that means $8. No. For parking there less than one day the machine says I owe $13. A closer look at the sign, in lettering too small to read while driving, it is revealed that it's "$8 Flat Rate, plus airport fees and tax." Well, where I come from (which is Oakland) flat rate means no hidden fees. This place is the worst!!!!! Never again.

Based on Yelp reviews, we decided to use QuikPark Oakland. No car park received consistently great reviews, but QuikPark had the fewest recent poor reviews.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the QuikPark driver did not answer his phone when we returned to the airport. Please note that their information was clear that service "is no longer on-demand...as the shuttle will leave every 20 minutes", so one might not expect a driver to answer. However, when we parked our car and phoned that driver, he did answer.
Other than the phone issue, all worked fine. The lot is located close enough to the airport. The van arrived shortly after we parked. It left soon thereafter and took us to a convenient drop-off point. The driver gave us a card that noted the letter-number combination that marked the pick-up/drop-off location, together with the phone number. The van was there at the correct spot when we returned. Upon return, the van driver efficiently checked out the cars.
We used the pre-pay reservation system, and it worked well. That involved going online and choosing QuikPay, which took us to a site called "airport parking connection". One pays with a credit card and prints out a voucher. To leave the lot, one must have that printout and the entry card issued by the lot's automated machine when the car enters. Without the voucher, as it clearly states, one must pay a second time--and possibly pay more than the voucher cost.
I do not remember the rate structure. We arrived late on a Thursday night and paid for leaving the following Monday just after midnight. That would have been three days and three hours. The online site counted that as four days and charged an "average daily rate" of $4.74. On top of that, it charged a surcharge of $5.00. We arrived back a few hours earlier than expected. It is possible that had we not used the voucher, the cost would have been a little less; I'm not sure. It is my understanding that the attendant cannot make any adjustment to decrease the amount paid for the voucher, so I did not point out that we arrived back early and so were entitled to pay less.
Also, the driver was willing to help with bags. We did not tip and I did not see anyone else do so, either.
We would use QuikPark Oakland again. -

One star off for being understaffed and the place being automated.
I flew from OAK to LAX this week and my experience parking the car and getting a lift to the airport at 7:15AM was nothing but flawless. I drove in with my pre-printed receipt, and the van came right over and picked me up where I left my car. The ride to the airport was uneventful and I was the only passenger.
This morning, I waited only a couple of minutes (at about 9:45AM) for the van to come back ground and pick me up.
Scanning your pre-printed barcode as you leave is a pain since the scanner is in the sun and you have to block the light with your hand in order for it to scan. Fortunately the driver informed me of this before I got off the van.
Good experience at middle-of-the-road prices with very good accessibility both from the freeway and to the airport. -

I used Quik Park over the Christmas holiday. I was very pleased. The shuttle arrived in a few minutes and two were at the airport so no wait time. There were ample staff - all friendly and helpful. I believe that they are trying to solve problems and improve customer service. I will use this lot again.

Good parking lot. You go in, park, the bus picks you up to go to the airport, and they drop you off at a general location to the terminals. When it's time to be picked up, you stand in the pick up spot, and they take you back to your car. I was overall happy with the service.

I stopped using Quik Park, which I have been using since 1979.
1) Hidden costs added to daily rate; 2) Poor service with pick up after 5pm (long wait even after calling multiple times; 3) Got locked out when my flight was delayed until after midnight and could not pick up my car until the morning (walked to Courtyard by Marriott and paid for one night stay at my expense); booking online web site is NOT A SECURE SITE!
It is off to Expresso for me. -

Heads up, if you book online at http://quickparkoaklan... IT IS NOT A SECURE SITE! To book with them securely it appears one has to go through another site, http://www.airportpark.../
Other than that, I like the service; they've always been friendly and quick with pick-ups and drop-offs. -

Have used them twice now without any problems. Your best bed is to pay online to make it cheaper by a few dollars! When you pull into the lot, take a tickets and keep it with you. Shuttle follows your car and waits while you get your luggage and yourself out of the car and drives you to the airport. Upon landing, give them a call to let them know you're there and then proceed to the Parking Shuttle spot. One time they were already there even before we had to call and the other time, we waited about two minutes. Shuttle drives you back into the lot and drops you off at your car! When leaving, you put your ticket that you got when entering in, when it tells you the total, scan your printed pre-paid paper and bam, you're out to go to head to work Monday morning after a sweet weekend in Vegas. ;) Recommend!

Quik Park has been awesome for us. I use it for both business and personal trips. I just started using their online appointment system since it makes the trip cheaper (~$5/day before taxes and airport fees) and easier once you leave (easy scanner at the exit). They also have a "quick parker" program with stickers that can accumulate to free nights' parking- just ask in the shuttle.
Thanks Quik Park! -

So it's hot. You're stressed out about having to leave your stressful day at work in South San Francisco at 3pm on a Friday, only to sit in the beginning of rush hour traffic to try to make your crammed Southwest flight out of Oakland Airport.
You battle the traffic down the 101. You battle the traffic over the San Mateo Bridge. You battle the traffic up the 880 to Hegenberger Rd. Then you pull into the driveway of Quik Park. There is no line. Just an inviting green button, and all you have to do is push it and take your ticket. Select from the ample parking, and watch as the shuttles WAIT to see where you parked, and promptly swing around to pick you up at your car...they actually care about and understand the fact that you have a flight to catch, dammit!
Not only are they ready and waiting, they're FRIENDLY. I was greeted with a big smile as the driver jogged over to help me with my bags. He just had a nice way about him - pleasant to other drivers on the road, letting them into his lane while smiling and waving. I can tell you if I had to drive the same route back and forth 20 times a day dealing with rushed, probably rude people I would not be that nice.
This is a great service, and they are a much more affordable option than parking at the airport, AND it's easier than hauling ass from Siberia, which is where you have to park in relation to the actual terminal, while juggling all of the crap you have with you because you over-packed...again. -

I always am way not into driving to the airport. In fact, when it comes to flying, I turn into Brian Regan's "Me Monster" and become totally selfish. I ask my friends who live in the suburbs (ie, they have driveways and don't have to worry about street sweeping) if I can park my car at their house while they drive me to the airport (and pick me up upon my return) while getting nothing but my genuine smile and the promise that they are my favorite person that week in return. (And my friendship of course; but they get that all the time).
Sigh, was not going to be able to pull that one off this week. I also knew that street sweeping was happening while I was away...parking ticket, ch-ching.
So, I actually was enough of a turd to see if it were cheaper to park my car somewhere or to pay the fine City of Oakland another parking ticket.
5 Days of Parking at Quik-Park with online booking: $47.50
Street Sweeping Parking ticket to City of Oakland: $48
It really couldn't be any easier: Book online. ($2/day savings) Drive there ~20 mins before you want to check in at OAK. Park your car. Let the gold bus pick you up and drive you to the airport. Enjoy your trip. Print out online confirmation. Wait for gold bus to pick you up at Airport. Gold bus drives you to car. Show ticket and parking confirmation. Leave.
Cheaper than a parking ticket. Cheaper than parking at airport. Your car won't be ravaged by gypsies. No risk of your sorry, hungover self getting lost in the maze of cars at airport because you are having one of those "Dude, Where's My Car?" moments. (Yes, it's happened many times...to you too....DON'T LIE!!!!!)

There might not be any more convenient way to leave your car near the Oakland airport.
Ever since we moved more than walking distance from a BART station, getting to the airport on our way out of town has taken on a different flavor of pain in the ass. Especially if we are trying to catch an early flight. For some reason, my pals don't want to hang around on 880 with me at 5am....for reasons unknown......
Quik park is super efficient- the shuttle really does follow you to a spot then help schlep your luggage. And you can get a preferential rate by booking on line. All of these things? Way better than pestering a friend, or doing a bus to bart to shuttle to airport hokey pokey in the early day.
Make sure to tip the driver, otherwise you are a jerko. -

Seriously, I am only giving this place 2 stars because we had a good experience with them when we initially parked.
Based on first impressions, parking here made me want to hop on a plane MORE, because it was so damn easy here. We booked our parking spot online, found a spot right away, and before we had pulled our suitcases out of the trunk a shuttle appeared, ready to whisk us to lovely Oakland Intl. It was about 10 am on a Sunday.
Flash forward one week: Our flight was delayed, so I even called ahead to make sure it would not be a problem that our plane would be arriving after midnight. Not at all, I was assured.
Plane lands at 12:05. 12:15 - called to let them know plane had landed and to perhaps allow 20 minutes for baggage....so could the shuttle please come at 12:30, 12:35? "yeah, I guess," was the reply.
Look, I know its after midnight, and the driver, DOUG, probably didn't want to be at work. DOUG did not show up until nearly 1 am, leaving us and 5 other people waiting for 25-30 minutes when the shuttles are supposed to be running every 10 minutes or so.
WHATEVER, I thought, just get me to my car, and home to my bed. After the approximately 2 mile drive, he stopped the shuttle in the first part of the parking lot, to basically let everyone mill around and try to find their cars. Again, whatever.
The problem really begins when, after going to the clearly marked "PAY HERE," kiosk, I insert my white ticket, and scan my printed reservation. Out pops a receipt, and we are ready to go. OHHH, not so fast. The gate won't open, and despite us telling DOUG numerous times what, exactly we had done, he kept asking where the white ticket was, and did not know that the receipt THE MACHINE had printed was valid. DOUG did not know how to open the gate, how to override the system, and what a flippin' white receipt or ticket looks like. DOUG"S solution was to tell us to wait over in the corner while he dealt with the 3 other cars who were lined up now, all with the same problem.
All in all, Doug finally had to drive the shuttle through the gate 3 times to get everyone out. IT TOOK US 35 MINUTES TO GET OUT OF A PARKING LOT AT 1 am!
Again, great experience when we arrived during the day, AWFUL experience when we returned. THANKS DOUG. -

This place is amazing. SO inexpensive, and SO convenient. You pull into the lot and a shuttle follows you to your spot so you don't have to walk more than 5 feet from your car into the shuttle. You're dropped off at the 3rd curb of Oakland airport and have easy access to either terminal. This whole process takes less than 15 minutes. Then, when you're back, you'll never have to wait longer than 15 minutes for a shuttle. And it'll drop you off right at your car!
Make sure you always check the website because they often have coupons if you're parking for more than 72 hours.
Getting to Oakland Airport has never been so easy. -

Off-site parking is really a thankless business. I had two fine experiences at Quik Park, but still shopped around on price at http://airportparkingr.... One of their competitors (see my review) claims a flat rate, but nickel and dimes you with overage charges if your plane's late or if takes a bit to get luggage/catch the shuttle, etc.
Quick Park didn't. Don't make the same mistake I did. These guys are pros, if forgettable, and that's exactly what you want from your parking guys. Now my go-to option at OAK. -

When we arrived at QuickPark Friday June 19, mid day, the bus in service was just leaving, packed with passengers. My boyfriend and I walked to the front where the manager, without asking, grabbed a set of keys and took us, just the two of us, to the airport. It may not have been good for the carbon footprint but we were incredibly grateful.
I asked for his card so I could thank him by name on Yelp! Nice work Jeff Soskin, we were well taken care of by QuickPark!/Ace parking management, inc. Thank you~ Great service -

This place kicks ass. I'm never going to take that stupid AirBart shit piece of crap anymore. $7/day online, right outside of the airport, I swear the shuttle drivers are high on speed everyday cuz these shuttles run back and forth every minute. They don't even wait for the shuttle to get full. They get you on, get your shit on, and they're off! And then they drop you off AT YOUR CAR!!
5 big bright stars! -

Went here upon recommendation from the other yelpers, and it was a pleasant experience. Just as mentioned, the shuttle drivers sought me out in their parking lot. A few more people, and we were off. Similarly for pick-up, they were good at driving me right up to my car.
The only drawback for me was that there is only one dropoff point (but maybe one at each terminal?), so it's a bit of hoofing between my particular airline's near point and the shuttle's stop.
UPDATE: I was just informed that the dropoff point is regulated by the airport itself, so there is no fault on behalf of QuikPark. I'm bumping to 5 stars as a result, because they could not do any better in this situation. -

One of the farther self parks from the Oakland Airport and not the fanciest but don't let that deter you at all! They cover all the basics QUICKLY and AFFORDABLY - park in secure lot, shuttle, drop off / pick up, shuttle, get car, pay, go home. They always seem to have at least 2+ shuttles running at all times and did I mention they are QUICK. Shuttle was waiting for us as we got out of our car upon arrival, and then when returning at the airport and walked out to the "off site parking" shuttle area, the Quick Park shuttle pulled up right at the same time - no waiting coming or going makes me give 5+ stars!
PS. Other people on the shuttle seemed to be "frequent flyer" businessmen/women who fly a lot so it made me feel good about our choice knowing that they also use QuikPark. -

Just tried this off-airport parking site. Liked it a lot. It was easy to take care of everything online. Prices are damned cheap. Shuttle was reliable to and from the airport. What more do you want out of off-site parking?
Our flight home was a day late and we had reserved a time online. It was easy to deal with it: scanned in our original receipt, the machine told us the difference we owed for the extra day, and a credit card swipe took care of it, easy-peasy.
I'll use them again. -

I've been using VIP Airport parking, but after twice being told that the shuttle wouldn't be available for 15 minutes, I'm now switching to Quik Park. It costs $10.50 per day which is slightly higher than VIP Airport.
The vans are roomy and clean; the drivers courteous and they're prompt in picking you up and getting you to the airport at the off-site parking lot. You call for a pick-up in the baggage claim area. From past waiting for VIP Airport, it seemed to me like they came pretty frequently to the pick-up/drop off site.
You may be wondering, "Why did he wait so long to change vendors?" Yeah, me too. Sometimes I'm kinda slow, I guess. -

This is a great place to park for Oakland Airport. It is no problem if you carry lots of luggage. The van saw us pull in and followed us to the parking space. Upon return, we saw the van waiting at the curbside and again drove us to the car.
Overall an excellent experience and I'd park there again. -

I've used them before but last night was terrible. Maybe they've cut back on drivers because I waited more than 20 minutes for the van to show up-- granted I saw one leave just as I was getting to the pick up point -- but as I waited I saw many other company vans go by three and even four times. When I called about the wait -- they said 3 minutes. It was more like 10. This was 10 p.m. Friday night so consider the time you need to return. Getting to the airport from there was fine -- but NOT the return. I'm switching to another off airport parking next time -- like Fast Track. They went by at least 4X more while I was waiting.

I want to let everyone know how great I was treated by the driver Joseph. He went out of his way to help me. I forgot my dr lic and had to change my flight and go back to Marin county to get it. I came back and he helped me not loose my parking res since I had to return again later.
Upon my return from my trip 4days later, my luggage was lost by the airport again! SWA LOST MY LUGGAGE GOING and coming.
@ 12 am upon my arrival. He was waiting for me and made sure I got out the gate without having to pay again. My travel was a nightmare with all that went wrong and he took my stress away by helping me so much.
I have used this service before and they very good. But, believe me this was above and beyond service. -

Thought I would update the reviews as previous ones seemed mixed.
I booked & paid online, paying $20.xx for 3 days parking. Finding it was easy and a shuttle was waiting to take me to the airport. On my return i got out to the pickup location (4E) at 9:35 PM Wednesday. It took about 7 minutes for their shuttle to arrive although calling the pickup number got me an after hours message. Not the fastest of the shuttle pickups (a few bigger lots had vans waiting) but not unreasonable. Getting out of the lot with their bar-coded printout worked 1st time with no problems. -

I found this place on Yelp and didn't have any problem at all. Our flight was early in the morning (6 AM) so we got there around 4 AM. Found the place without a problem, and the shuttle was right there and took us right to the airport in about 5 minutes. Arrived back in Oakland at 10 AM and the shuttle was waiting for us and brought us to our car, which was safe and sound where we left it.
Only problem was with the barcode on our receipt computer print-out, which the check-out machine didn't seem to read. However, the shuttle driver helped us out without a problem. Definitely pays to reserve online at the $6.50/day rate. If you're just gone for a few days, it's about the same price as BART and shuttle combined, with much more convenience. Will use again! -

Have been using Quik Park for a long time. Something is going on with them. Their service is starting to slide. Even though they are quick to shuttle you to the airport, pickup from the airport is another matter. Flew in around 4:30 yesterday and waited about an hour for a pickup. Talked to others waiting with me and they were complaining that they have been experiencing an increase of this type of service issue with Quick Park. Also, they have now gone completely automated with their gates when you exit. Person in front of me was having all types of problems with the gate and there was nobody around to talk to. She had to back up and pull off to the side. I also experienced a problem but, finally got the scanner to read my invoice and was able to escape! Don't know what became of that poor woman. Beware!

I've been parking here for years and I don't know if the ownership has changed or what but it is now a nightmare. We parked here a few weeks ago. Never again. To be fair, its been close to a year since I last parked here so I don't know when things went south...but they are far, far south.
We had a 10:30pm flight and arrived at "Quick" Park at 9pm. In the past, this would have put us in the check in line at 9:10pm....so since I had parked here many, many times before I assumed they would live up to their "Quick" reputation. I was "Quick"ly proven wrong. The problems started when we pulled in to a dark lot. We parked and walked over to the Airport Shuttles. Both were empty and off. We walked over to the lit office, but the door was locked and no one responded to our knocks. We started walking back to our car thinking we'd park elsewhere, when a lady drove up in an SUV and frantically said that the driver was on his way and that we should just wait. So, we waited. FOR TEN MINUTES. I have no idea if this lady worked at "Quick" or not as she quickly drove out of the lot after bellowing at us. So, now is 9:15. Shuttle pulls in and the driver says he is going to loop around the parking lot to drop off a couple passengers, then we'll be on our way. Well, he then drives forward about 5 feet and ALL of the passenger gets out and head to their cars. Yet, driver guy still takes a long, leisurely loop around the parking lot (when instead he should have just collected us and taken us on our way). Its now 9:20. We get on board and tell him we are beginning to be pressed for time. He ignores us. He then just stops and gets out of the shuttle and walks over to the booth at the exit and starts processing payments to allow the passengers he just dropped off to pay and exit. Huh??? They have 2 automatic payment machines on property, so there is no need for him to manually be processing payments. And, really, is there no one else working at this spot?? At 9:30, exasperated, I get out of the shuttle and tell him that we have to go, like, NOW. He looks at me like he completely forgot we were waiting and slowly saunters over to the shuttle. We then crawl to the airport at a breakneck speed of about 3 MPH. As we are pulling into the terminal, we are standing up holding our bags and I said "Please just let us off here so we can run and try to check in". Driver guy says "Oh, no, I have to take you all the way down to the other end of the other terminal (so as far away as humanly possible). I fly every single week and have never had an airport parking shuttle driver take me 500 feet out of the way just for fun. At this point, both my husband and I are yelling and begging him to stop the shuttle so we can get out. He ignores us. Let me repeat: I WAS BEGGING TO BE LET OUT OF HIS SHUTTLE AND HE REFUSED TO STOP. (If that doesn't make you feel unsafe, then please by all means park here). I actually didn't think he was going to stop at all - he was a completely maniac. As we were getting off, without his help and preparing to run...he was chucking. I asked him for the company's card and owner's name and the driver shrugged and said "Figure it out your self".
The return trip was just as frustrating but just typing this review is taking more time than this sham company deserves. There are lots of inexpensive lots around OAK...pick any one of them but not this one. -

Park here if you're flying out of OAK!!! You can't beat $7/day!! I parked here for 4 days during Thanksgiving weekend for $33 (including tax, etc)!! The lot is easy to find, golden shuttle comes every 10 mins or so, and you're at the airport in 10mins! On your way out, flash a copy of your receipt (I paid online in advance to get $7/day deal), and voila! It was that easy, convenient, and CHEAP! Why cab it to the airport, or pay for expensive airport parking lot, when you can QuikPark? Trust me, you won't regret it.

I think it's spelled QuikPark, but that's a small detail. Three words about this place: Ghetto, Friendly, Quik. It's just an open lot, no fancy valet or covered parking here. But with a coupon it is $9 per day, the shuttle comes regularly and takes you to the airport quickly, and they still had spots so I could park on Christmas day! So that's a definite 4 stars.

Park here. Not at the airport. I got a deal prepaying online for $7 a day. No issues with voucher acceptance. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt. Pickup was also very quick. Called the desk, but was told van was already at the airport. Got on the van and immediately left the airport. Car side drop off was definitely nice. Really is as good as it gets for airport parking. Don't forget to tip!

I don't normally post on Yelp, but this place really pissed me off. Decided to pre-pay for a reservation online (based on all of the great reviews here on Yelp), but we were running late so we had to park at the airport instead. Big mistake. They won't allow you to cancel your reservation if you can't make their 24-hour cancellation window. They charged us for A FULL 2 WEEKS upfront and won't offer any sort of refund or make-good. Nice. Sorry QuickPark, you get 1-star from me for your draconian cancellation policy.

I parked for 4 days and was broken into...I'm okay with that. Bad things happen. What I'm not okay with is the promise that someone from Quik Park would get back to me within a week with information on how to move forward with their insurance. They told me this type of this doesn't happen often, but when it does they have special insurance for that. Well it's been 4 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I have called dozens of times and left numerous messages on their phone system as well as with various drivers who have promised me they would personally deliver my message to the manager, Mark Torres. I have recently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and still have not heard anything back from Mark Torres. I researched it a bit more and there have been other unresolved complaints to the BBB that QuikPark doesn't seem to care enough to resolve. My car could have been broken into anywhere, but the service to help me recover/repair my loss is nonexistent. As long as things go well, this parking lot is just like any other. If things turn sour, don't expect anything from this uncaring parking manager, Mark Torres.
