While some of my sentiments about Quick Thai haven't changed, I am upgrading to a three star total because they have finally started incorporating sufficient spice in their dishes. Thanks for that.

Also, I feel like I need to give at least three stars for others to continue to patronize this restaurant and keep my drive for a Thai food fix to a minimum. I appreciate all that are willing to do this.

Great little lunch joint. The Pad Thai is the best I've had in the Metroplex. They seem to always have especially fresh bean sprouts. The tofu bits are perfectly sized and cooked to just the right texture, which seems to be no easy task around here. The little spring/egg roll appetizer is quite tasty as well.

The service is spot on. Every time I visit it's the same gentleman doing the serving for all of the tables, but he wastes no time at all and brings out drink refills long before your glass is empty (almost annoyingly so at times).

Quick, cheap and extremely tasty. BYOB. Highly recommended.

The name is deceiving! hahaah. i thought it was a fast food Thai joint!  the first time I came in, i was a bit confused b/c i thought it was a to-go place and was surprised to see so many tables.

But that is my only complaint!  The food is great! the waitstaff is really nice and attentive.

Every time I come here, I tend to overeat and you have to roll me out of the place.  shame on me...the food is just that good. :)

I've brought many friends here and they all love it.  I love the Tom Kha noodle soup.  delicious. :)

The food, like the service and decor, is stripped to the essentials.  One guy serviced the 4-5 populated tables at lunch today.  He wasted little time on the niceties and came across as efficient and attentive.  Pad See Ew consisted of pan-seared flat noodles, broc, beef, egg, and the light, savory brown sauce.  Not too sweet.  No silly carrot garnishes.  Just quickly, expertly prepared homemade thai food.

Collywood oh Colleywood, ye of Mansion after Mansion, why can't you keep a decent restaurant in business out here?  This is the best you have to offer on the completely deserted Hwy 26?  Hard to figure, how so much money can't keep any place in business out here.  If you look out to Lifetime and the Women of Lifetime Fitness and their Gigantic SUV's, you would think they might take a day off the spa and eat once in a while.  Anyway, so what you end up with, is bascially a fast food thai restaurant, thats...uh...ok.  The little pony tailed waiter, who has worked there since day one, is quick, a little over the top with the flame in his walk, but nice none the less.  Very affordable Thai: order the spring rolls but ask for them with shrimp.  You've had these before, but they are very fresh and good, with a heap of peanut sauce.  Go off the norm here and order the large bowl of chicken soup, ask for some fresh basil (You have to ask) and some fresh bean sprouts (You have to ask) and then if you're dining with someone, have them order the pad se eu, with beef.  Delicious.  The soup is hot and taste a great deal like Thai Onion soup, very unique.  Very Very cheap.  ($7.00) it's big.  The waiter fills your iced tea up without looking, and he does it so often, it's actually irritating, in fact, I'd probably give this place another star if he would just stop that.  It's bring your own bottle, and there's a fish bowl filled with corks, so everyone does it.  It's smack dab in the middle of the market street strip mall...check it out...what else is out there?
