NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NOW HAVE TO SUE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed a order for business T-Shirts, Business Cards, Lap Top Cover, and product labels to print. I sat in the office with the owner for four (4) hours being patient and placing my order on Thursday, 1/31/2019. I was very clear I needed my entire order ready for pick up on Wednesday, 2/6/2019.I was very clear on the fact that IF he could not print my labels, I would NOT add to my order, but IF he could have my labels printed by the requested day, I'd ADD more items to my order, he AGREED. I PAID HIM IN FULL.

NOW he decides on my day to pick up (Wednesday) that he will only have my T-Shirts and they would not be ready until FRIDAY!

I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AND IS NOW SUING THIS COMPANY for my full REFUND which the OWNER refuses to return to me along with zero communication in regards to my labels and complete order. The owner was rude, disrespectful, incompetence, and unorganized because he kept losing the details of the information I provided for him. The owner had the nerve to insult "ME" a customer who walked into his business, waited around taking four hours to take my order, and PAID HIM CASH IN FULL!!!!

Our school has used Quick Printer for our fifth grade yearbooks for 3 years now. They have always accommodated our tight, end of the year schedule and our budget. Our yearbook crew (consisting of students) are always excited to include a camping trip page. The issue has always been that our camping trip lands one and a half weeks before the last day of school which doesn't leave a lot of time to create those pages, compile the completed yearbook, send it in, and then for the printer to send a proof and print all of the copies. But they always manage to accomplish all of that without skimping on quality or compromising content. Because of the tight turn around time, proofs and final copies of the yearbooks are often delivered either the same day or day after they have been printed. Our sales consultant, Ditmar, is always quick to respond via email and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be using them again next year.
