I would definitely stay here again. The price was reasonable, and the room was clean and comfy. It's not brand new, but that didn't really matter. The staff was very nice and the woman at the front desk gave us several great recommendations when we checked in.
The breakfast was actually pretty good, especially the waffles! The pool was a great temperature, so I was able to get a little workout in. The hotel is in a really good location, close to nearby attractions.

I agree with the other reviewers. The location is good, close to everything. Rooms are comfortable, clean, staff is good. This isn't a luxury hotel by any means, but if you want a very reasonably priced clean room, this is it. It is 25-50% cheaper than most other hotels in the area. There is complimentary tea and coffee open most of the day and night. Worth the price, and had a pleasant stay.
What a wonderful stay.
Don't misunderstand. This is not a super luxurious hotel but it was good enough that friends we met there who we had talked into switching reservations were very happy they did so. A wandering band of muscovy ducks sure helped the mood. The motel has been refurbished and some may find some signs of past wear and tear annoying.
We seldom stay for the complimentary breakfast of weak coffee and a stale donut but this one was a cut above. There was even a do-it-yourself waffle iron in a detached building that remained open during the day (and night?).
Our room had a refrigerator, microwave and even an iron and ironing board (would you believe?).
All at a cutrate price.
