The Quality Inn is Awful. I recently stayed at this particular QI and had a terrible stay. The QI is located next door to a Red Lobster who's parking lot faces the room doors at the QI. During my stay RL decided to have a little work done to their parking lot. Workers typically worked the evening hours as to not disturb the restaurant patrons during the day but sure hell disturbing the QI residents. I brought this complaint to the attention of the QI Manager and was met with a "Oh, I spoke with the folks at RL and let them know that our guests are complaining about the noise". The RL should have at least offered the QI guest a complimentary 15=20% discount for the inconvenience incurred.
The housekeeping crew was as diligent as a UN peacekeeper in Bosnia. I shared my room with the same dead cockroach for 3 days straight. I finally had enough and asked the front desk to kindly remind the housekeeping crew that vacuuming the rooms daily is a to-do item on their daily agenda.
I repeatedly asked for wake up calls and never received them. I would have set the alarm on the radio/CLOCK except for the fact that THERE WAS NO RADIO/CLOCK IN MY ROOM.
Right now you might be saying to yourself "Why the hell didn't he just C/O and C/I to another hotel?" and I would have done that but there were no rooms available anywhere else due to the fact that neighboring Fort Sill conducts Basic Training graduations every week and thus creating a strain on the local hotels with families and friends in town to attend the graduations.
Bottom Line: Unless a drastic change occurs within their day to day operations I would choose other lodging that is available.

I think someone at the Quality Inn has taken poor reviews to heart. There aren't a lot of things to do to this place to make it much nicer, but I had no issues with cleanliness during my stay. The room was quite clean. It did, however, smell like smoke. I did not ask for a room change because I like where my room was situated in the hotel. My car was not visible to the street and I was worried about it being vandalized. Lawton is a rough town and I'm not kidding when I say that I had a loaded gun in the QI and now it's in my house. I wouldn't stay here again if I had a choice about it, but it was clean so I'd stay here again if I had to.
