Quail Run Apartments

I lived here for almost a year. It was clean and most of the neighbors were friendly and stayed to themselves ( except 1 ghetto neighbor). Someone broke in my car but that's seems to be the norm anywhere you're at these days. The office girls were always nice. I got most of my deposit back and was only charged for lite cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was pretty happy with this place being that it's one of the most affordable places to live in Vacaville.

I lived here for 5 years and it got worse each year. The apartment always smelled like weed, since my neighbors smoked weed and cigarettes 24/7, I called to complain multiple times and the office said there was nothing they could do, which is a LIE. In CA it's the law that property managers enforce tenants smoke on the street not their porches, or inside apartments. The washers and dryers were always broken, and the washers that did work smelled awful since they never clean them. I was constantly fighting roaches, even though my apartment was always clean, again property managers didn't care or make any effort to correct the problem. Dog shit everywhere, no one picked up after their own dogs.Office staff was super nice until you asked them to do their jobs, then they become rude and unresponsive, one positive was the Maintenance staff was always friendly and helpful.

The management is super rude and not helpful at all. We went in there to ask questions about the pool being closed. Very nicely coming in to understand the situation. The woman in the main office Perisalla was very rude and not listening to the residence respectfully asking questions. (Talking over them and shooing them out rudely.) and asking "what she should do about it" When asked if there was higher management we could talk to, she was rude and pushed us out. As a management you should be will to listen to the residents and their concerns.!!

I do NOT recommend this place. They did not give us the chance of viewing the place before signing any lease or deciding our move in date. They said that the day we are deciding to move in would be the day we would view the place. Like what? That is so unprofessional. Then they say that I have to sign a lease before viewing the place and that "it's not finalized until we do our part". Yeah buddy, like I will trust that. Yeah let's just sign a lease and hope that there's no cockroaches or dinged up walls lmao. Very unprofessional. I just want to say that I am disappointed and find it very offending that they thought I am that stupid. I will NEVER sign a lease before viewing the place. If I feel stressed on my end for trying to get some decent service (anywhere), it is not worth my time or money. Be careful

Nice apartment for the price. When you have a problem their response time is pretty good. The complex is very Quiet on the side that I live on, and all my neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

One laundry room for the main side, multiple washers and dryers are always broken or take your money but don't work. They have one maintenance man doing all the apartments so you never get your stuff fixed, they constantly cancel on you it takes months to get one repair done in your apt. The things that have gotten repaired over the years have been haphazardly done and low quality, or it doesn't last. They seem to always have an excuse or reason. But have no problem taking your money every month. If you call the office and they actually answer, there's a chance you'll get the one office employee who doesn't have any idea about anything. If you leave a message they don't call you back.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They never fix anything at all. There is roaches running around and they wont treat the issue. They dont complete work orders. Also the managers jason and Priscilla are so rude and entitled. They have an attitude about everything. I feel bad for anyone who lives here or even works with them. Today I went to check my moms mail for her and walked by the office, heard Jason yelling and cussing at the staff. It was terrifying. I would have called the police on him because I'm not sure the ladies in the office were even safe at this point. I ended up not calling because I didn't want jason to retaliate against my mom. We are trying to find her a new place. But let me tell ya, this place is terrifying. Run away and never rent here.

So I won the small claims case, just waiting for them to pay... In a week I can start the process of taking the Property Manager (Jason Allen) back to court to collect my judgement.

TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! Don't let them try to pull one over on you. Stand up for yourself.

Water got cut off last night with no warning, woke up today and the water is still cut, you call the front office and they deny your calls. Been more than 12 hours with no water. Been here for 9+ years, and the management just keeps getting worse and worse.

Edit: Went to the front office and what a surprise, they closed the office for the day. So now it's been almost 18 hours with no water and no explanation

I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family or friends. High cost with low quality maintenance, repairs, bug invested. Loud at night can't get sleep called the office the didn't do anything even giving them the description of the person and car of the owner. Homeless and junkies every where.. smh I'm disappointed
