2.5 stars for the food, it's okay, but not as good as Chipotle (the tortillas are myih, the rice is blah, the pulled pork was okay)... but 5 stars for the service, so I'll round up to 3.

I got the poblano pesto burrito, with pulled pork rather than grilled chicken (it wasn't on the menu but it wasn't a problem, no extra charge)... Rice and pinto beans... I asked for fresh tomatoes then extra fresh fresh tomatoes, corn salsa then extra corn salsa, hot habanero sauce then extra hot habanero sauce, lettuce then extra lettuce -- plus sour cream and cheese... I could've done without the sour cream and cheese, but the guy behind the counter recommended it... This donkey weighed about 5 pounds!

Honestly, the guy making my burrito could not have been more helpful or polite or patient (I'd never before been to a Qdoba). And then the counter-guy when I showed him my complimentary coupon, it just wasn't a deal at all whatsoever, there were no complaints or comments of judgement or condescension... Super-duper friendly service!

Ehhhhhh....

Overpriced Mexican chain with so-so grub.

The chips are good. The salad dressing is good. In person, they are accommodating and very patient with complicated orders.

On the other hand, it's very high in calories, always gives me indigestion, and the meat looks suspect.

Not my go-to place but I do enjoy a deep fried taco bowl every once in a while.

Ok, I know that extra meat is supposed to cost more but COME ON!  If no one's around and your patron swore not to tell anyone that you gave them free meat, what's the big deal?!? If you want to keep your customers, you have to be prone to give away little niceties here and there.  A few more ounces of meat?  Are you really going to charge me $2 for that?  Please!

How about I just go to the Blockheads around the corner? Or how about Pio Pio, the Peruvian restaurant that has some awesome take out right next door?  And what about the nice Carl's Philly Cheesesteaks across the street?  Give me my extra meat or I'll take my $8.34 elsewhere as well as the $8.34 of all the people I can re-direct to these other finer establishments.  I'm on Yelp you know!

Freaking POC (Piece of Crap) !

Save your time, go to Chipotle. 1000% better.

Seems they stole the Chipotle playbook but just couldn't implement it right....

Salty, very salty.
Not sure how the other locations of Qdoba fair, but this one is definitely salty.

I like stopping by this Qdoba after a late night work out at Club H, which is conveniently located right next door.

I also like being able to get a single soft shell taco and chips to munch on, something you can't get at Chipotle.

(along with the mango salsa chicken taco salad that I've never tried)

~ Better yet, fellow Club H Members get 10% off any and all of their 'dining in' delectables!

and I rather like the Qdoba gumbo that I tried recently...

I'm not sure why this place has drawn such vehemence, but hopefully my review can help turn the tide. I came here (the location is not somewhere I would normally go) purely because I had a free chips and salsa coupon, and I am unable to resist coupons. I will buy things I would never normally buy, simply for the satisfaction of using a coupon. It's bad.

Anyway, I looked at their menu and they had MOLE sauce at the time, which I love, and is usually expensive when I find it at Mexican restaurants. I was so psyched to get myself a Chicken Mole burrito. Alas, they discontinued that sauce, however, the very friendly cashier recommended the Ancho Chili BBQ sauce, claiming it had a bit of chocolate in it. I love BBQ sauce, so I made my own chicken burrito with said sauce, lots of grilled veggies, and no rice or beans (I'm weird like that). They were happy to make it that way, and were generous with the fillings, for no extra charge.

I was also very pleased to discover that their Salsa Roja was hot, tasty, and cilantro-free - w00t! It went well with my generous serving of very fresh, still-warm tortilla chips. The burrito itself was large, warm and delicious; both chicken and veggies were tender and flavourful, and that BBQ sauce is indeed very good, and contains some chocolate as far as my tongue can tell. I even got a little thing of extra sauce (free) to basically eat by itself. Mmmm.

Service was friendly, informative, and fast. The seating and bathroom were chain-like but clean and comfortable. If this place were more convenient or closer to me, I would certainly be back.

This place totally blows Chipotle out of the water!  Super fresh, super yummy :)

Eventhough its a chain, its still pretty damn good.

It's an endless debate among my coworkers: where the hell do you get a good burrito? This debate has it's own sub-debates, like "does Chipotle suck or not" and "is it even possible to get a good burrito on the entirety of the East Coast".  When the Qdoba opened up, this added a new level to the argument: which is better, Qdoba or Chipotle?

I'd had Chipotle once before and been massively underwhelmed (I prefer to get my burrito fix at Burritoville, while weeping big salty tears thinking about San Francisco), but my mom had always raved about the Qdoba near her office in Nashville. So I had to give it a shot!

The verdict? Not bad, but not spectacular. I liked the mole sauce, and they got points for having cholula hot sauce (AKA my favorite hot sauce in the world) available. Weird notes: The woman taking orders greeted men with, "For you, sir?" but greeted women with, "For you, lady?" ...I guess that's a way of solving the problem of offending someone with ma'am vs. miss vs. ms.

A decent burrito, all told, but too far out of the way for me to make it a regular stop.

A very solid contender in the New York burrito wars. Yes, its a chain, but its fresh and tasty. Far, far, far superior to the bland Chipotle. Not as unique as Burritoville, but when you are craving a basic hearty burrito, check this place out.

Burritos are big and stuffed to the brim - the guac is tasty and the chicken is nicely spiced. They steam their tortillas before wrapping the burrito which makes them soft and warm = delicious. I always get the Queso Burrito, which has a delicious warm cheese sauce that melts into the whole burrito. I wish they didn't charge for chips and salsa though...it's practically a constitutional right to get them for free with your burrito. Nonetheless, Qdoba is a solid choice for a burrito easily big enough for two meals.

What I wouldn't give to put this entire chain out of business?

In my opinion, there are only two good things about this place, and they're both pretty much condiments:

1) The queso dip
2) The fat-free picante dressing

As delicious as they are,  I don't think they're enough to put the entire restaurant anything above 1 star.

This place has the poorest quality chicken I've ever tasted.  So, if you don't ever eat anything that has just chicken in it (i.e. the chicken salad or the naked chicken burrito), then I guess I could sort of see how people could be fooled into thinking that the chicken was pretty good because of something in the shape of a burrito or a quesadilla.

Being from the South and knowing this chain in comparison to some of its competitors (specifically Willy's and Moe's), I have to say its a far, very far, last place.  And disgusting to boot.

Tiny, overcooked bits of fatty, processed chicken?  No thanks.

Enjoyed several meals here. It's like Chipotle and Burritoville. You're served at a counter and the food is pleasing.

Qdoba is OK, but be warned do not order from them by phone or Seamless Web. They never get the orders right unless you are there in person to watch them. Three times in a row that I have placed Seamless Web orders with Qdoba for a group of three, and they have made every one of the orders wrong. This has included putting pork on a taco that's supposed to be beef. Not a big deal, you might think (after all, there's no thought that the beef would have been kosher/halal) but the pork is made with lime juice and the person who ordered the beef taco is deathly allergic to limes. It's someplace I might go in person, but never again will I order from Qdoba without being there to watch the order being made. Which means it will be a very long time before I eat Qdoba again.

Such a guilty pleasure of mine.  Yes the burritos are huge, like Chipotle, but taste SO much better.  If you're not a fan of the massive burrito, the chicken quesadillas are the best I've had.  And if you choose to indulge even further, the three cheese queso sauce with tortilla chips is definitely worth it.  Fast-food type seating area, so better to order in.

A good explanation of Qdoba would be, like Chipotle but shittier and more options. That is true.  Then they charge you extra for every little fucking thing, like $1.09 for guac or $0.99 for beans on the "vegetarian taco salad."  News flash if your fucking vegetarian taco salad doesn't already have a shitload of beans on it you're a shitty restaurant.  The guy surreptitiously charged extra for the beans and when I brought it up at the register it was this idiot back and forth like "you should have known it was extra" and me being like "I'm not going to pay for that" face and eventually I didn't but just next time why don't we skip the middle step you asshole. I wish other places took cards instead of big corporate fuckhole places like Qshithole.

this place is pretty much just like chipotle, with a few minor differences.  they have some "signature" burritos which include sauces like mole & 3 cheese queso.  they don't have a pork option like chipotle, but they do have a ground beef option.  oh, and they use lite sour cream.

just like chipotle, your burrito goes through the assembly line so you can choose what goes into it.  mine is inevitably spit out the end dripping with juices and bursting at the edges because i just want everything in it.

i'm also fan of their homemade tortilla chips because they have a hint of lime flavour and they're served warm.  99 cents will get you a paper bag full of them -  better than those doritos grab bags.

ok, moral of the story: you too can have a 2-lb, self-dictated, 1200-calorie extravaganza for less than $7.50.  and as i've often preferred quantity to quality, i'll definitely be coming back.  what can i say?  i'm cheap & i eat a lot.

With burritoes the size of baby's arms and quesadillas with real meat inside I give this place 2 thumbs up! Mexican done quite alright, the nachos and cheese (or as they correct you "cayso") are a must! Great alternative to eating at taco bell...
