An all female run business and local?! I'm here to support you! This is a small shop but have many items for all curious people. They even run classes for different types of connectivity that suits your relationship. The staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful. I like that a lot of the products are sensitive to the environment and health of the users. The attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed. Well done Q!

Friendly, informative staff and good selection of higher end adult toys and other fun stuff. It's a little hard to find as gps isn't exactly sure where to take you, it's around back of the building and I missed it the first time I drove by.
Prices are what you would expect for high end toys but that's better than wasting money on toys made out of toxic materials and that don't work after one session. Ask questions, don't be embarrassed. The staff wants to help.

Here's the thing. For some reason I CAN'T use the same bottle of lube with differet people. I just can't. I don't feel right about it! It's like inviting the ghost of past dicks into your bed---at least, it is in my twisted mind.
SO---in Dallas, about 15 minutes away from my home---existed the BEST damn sex shop I've ever been to. In one small little store existed no less than 50 types of lube and then my goodness---the most amazing assortment of toys.

SOOOOO....unfortunately when it comes to selection....Q doesn't belly up. They source MAINLY Sliquid ( maybe bc they're Texas based) --- but they do have 2 or 3 other brands outside of it. But that's it. And I DETEST 98% of Sliquid brands. I REALLY wish I was more on board with that vegan brand...

Unfortunately....I was on a time crunch, otherwise I would have headed out and tried somewhere else.....but in the end, I bought a purely silicon based Sliquid bottle for about $25. And it was pretty cool that they handed me a flyer for a G-Spot workshop for later this month.


So....it's alright....but if you're looking for a bigger, better selection----I'd explore more.

The lady who was working there though---was SO nice and sweet and SUPER helpful. And they had a table with all the lubes out where you could feel what they felt like. Which was an AMAZING bonus to this store. Lube isn't cheap and there is NOTHING worse than purchasing a $25-45 bottle of lube and then trying it and knowing that you'll never ever use it again.

And to her credit...poor lady didn't act wierded out when I simulated a hand job while trying to figure out if it would work. ;)

I don't know why I waited so long to check out this toy store. I went in here looking for something sort of silly. You see, I've been casually dating a very handsome older man (a real Silver Fox) for about 10 days now. He's mentioned in passing a couple of times, an old high school football injury that left his testicles slightly deformed. He hasn't gone into details but it sounds like it's something he's pretty self conscious about. I've told him he doesn't need to worry- I like balls of all shapes and sizes. LOL!

So yesterday when I read an article online discussing the new trend of dressing up your man's penis (think soldier or a hipster or entrepreneur), I decided a cute penis soldier costume might be just what the Silver Fox needed. Have some fun in the bedroom and take the focus off his deformed testes. In fact it's quite possible his old injuries might make his penis really look like a soldier that's been to battle. LOL!

This store is not even a 5 minute drive from my place. I went in to see if they carried any penis costumes. Unfortunately this trend has not hit Austin yet but the staff suggested I look on Etsy. Everyone was super nice and helpful and the whole place has a very classy feel to it even if it doesn't have any penis wear yet. LOL!

I am glad I finally checked it out. I got to tell you I"m a little blown away by all the new types of toys out there. I've had my 2 rabbits since 1998 after I saw that Sex and the city episode where the girls all went on and on about their rabbits. I've gotten a lot of use out of both of them but realize it might be time to invest in some of this new technology. I just don't have the cash to invest right now. However, I did pick up a few things that I hope will take the Silver Fox's mind off his old high school injury so we can have fun. To tell you the truth I can't wait to ravage his sexy Silver Fox body. There's something about old guys on Viagra that drives me wild. LOL!!

Limited selection and the clerk was extraordinarily rude, inserting herself into every conversation I was having with my partner, down to the level of me saying to my partner I didn't like something and the clerk mocking my words and tone and making fun of me for not liking that thing.

There is a simple basic courtesy that no one observes anymore and I'm really confused as to why, I'm sure if I think about it I can point to the societal paradigm of Facebook being the reason. Just because someone can hear a conversation does not mean you're actually invited to participate in the conversation. This is particularly true if you are a clerk in a sex toy shop and someone is in there with their partner talking about sex toys. I'm just saying.

I guess I'm going back to Amazon. Fuck buying local if that's how they act.

An excellent experience shopping here, I've had so much better luck with local stores than buying these things online, and this store is my favorite of local options. The staff are friendly and helpful and non-judgmental.

There needs to be more Austinites who know about this place. It will blow your mind! This little shop has very high end sex toys compared to cheap stuff of lesser quality. I feel like it's the Apple store of sex toys. Just saying that they rock.

The owner I believe has been the one at front of the store the two times that I've been. Super nice and professional.

Someone commented on the frosted glass in the front of the store, and after thinking about it, compared to a dark shady building with artificial lights, Q-toys will get natural light but no one can look in from the outside. Details...

I like this store, because it's clean, woman friendly, and has more upscale products. It's not crazy expensive like Kiki de Montpartnasse, but it's not full of neon pink, cheapo vibrators full of phthalates and all that bad stuff. It kind of reminds me of Good Vibrations in SF or Babeland in NYC.

The owner was really nice too. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability, and even brought me a glass of water when I started coughing. That was really appreciated!

I think this is my new favorite adult store!

Don't come here if you're looking for inflatable sheep or penis shaped straws or frou-frou, ugly lingerie.

Do come here if you're looking for expert advice, toys and accessories that will bring you and/or your partner(s) pleasure, a mature and dignified atmosphere, or a copy of "Our Bodies, Ourselves."

This is a classy place that will treat you with respect. Austin is lucky to have such a refreshing change of pace in adult retail.
