Two words, two times: Substitute. For. Tater. Tots.

I love Q, I'm a big fan of the food (think delicious comfort food that would delight any self-professed foodie), the decor is fun and funky, and the service is fantastic. Admittedly, the place is popular and so it gets REALLY busy during brunches and some nights for dinner, but the staff has always managed to stay upbeat, friendly and welcoming.

Also, the omelets are AMAZING. And this from someone who doesn't really think that omelets can be special, but I am proven wrong every time I get a Q omelet with tater tots. Because oh my god the tots. And the omelet. And the mimosas.

    High five Q, you rock!

Went to Q for dinner with some friends around 6pm, got seated fairly quick which is always a plus.
Ordered two appetizers; fried calamari which wasn't that good, just ordinary nothing special and the Mac-n-cheese tater tots which were surprisingly pretty good and this is coming from a guy who doesn't even like mac-n-cheese. For dinner I order the special Duck Con-fit, yum! Duck was cooked perfect with just the right charred to it, sauce was a little sweet for my taste but over all good.
Service was really good, to put it simply my glass of water was never empty the entire night.

Not to be confused with Q Bar in the Castro, this place was DELICIOUS. Came here for brunch with friends and was pleasantly surprised. Parking was kinda a bitch to find, but what else is new. Staff is friendly, even with the place swarming with folks.

Will return for what, you ask?

    Grapefruit mimosasssss!!!
    Mac and cheeseeeee!!!

    The end.

Q Restaurant is a solid 4 stars to me.  Came here last night with a few friends and we definitely feasted.

Macaroni & cheese tater-tots : my FAVORITE dish out of everything.  I know, it sounds soo simple, but seriously who would've thought of putting those two together?  I for sure didn't.  The tots had a perfect crisp to them and the mac & cheese didn't taste too heavy.

Fried calamari : probably my LEAST favorite dish.  I didn't find anything special about it.  The batter didn't really stay on the calamari either & it lacked a little flavor.

Meatloaf : the meatloaf was a little on the dry side.  I liked the dish & their idea of how to cook the meatloaf, it was just dry.

Duck confit:  my boyfriend ordered the duck confit & I was pretty jealous.  The duck was cooked perfectly & the cherry-pinot noir reduction was DELICIOUS.  If you come here, I definitely recommend the duck!

Overall, good dining experience.  Servers are nice too.  My water cup was never empty (:

Brunch is awesome - who doesn't love a tator tot??!?!

Dinner is pretty decent - I'm a fan of their vegetarian menu options as well as their chicken wings - finger licken good! My friend had the fried catfish and raved about it as well. There's pretty much something for everyone.

And who doesn't love the decor in here! Talk about eye candy!!

Three words describe the restaurant otherwise known as Q:

    O

    M

    G

We came in here for brunch this past Sunday (my first time trying it out, my friend's umpteenth-whatever). I literally didn't know what to pick off the menu. I was lured in by the promise of Mac&Cheese with Tater Tots but it was still early enough in the day that it just didn't seem right for a late breakfast. I waffled between several foods of intriguing descriptions and finally settled on the Bowl-O-Spuds-N-Eggs with White Cheddar, Salsa and Sour Cream, substituting out the Spuds for Tots (because this Canuck has never had Tater Tots before), while my friend ordered an Omlette with Ham and Roasted Peppers.

I'm not quite sure what I was expecting, but I was rather taken aback by the conglomeration of eggs, taters, tomatoes and cheesy goodness that was brought over to me. Not quite sure how to tackle it, I started picking at the side, exploring the inner recesses of whatever this mess was. Dear lord in heaven, it was a surprise explosion of taste in my mouth and kept me shoveling food in long after I should have stopped.  The only big complaint I would have for this dish of delectable goodness would be that the cheese somehow sank to the bottom of the bowl and I didn't locate most of it until well near the end. And trust me... you do *NOT* want to be missing out on the goodness of melted oozy cheddar.

We paired our brunch up with a refreshing grapefruit mimosa. Move over OJ, you have met your match in the yellow fruit of the grape.

A second trip out to Q's Restaurant cannot come soon enough.

Checked in around 6:30 on a Tuesday, got a table right away, sat down started off with appetizer's, tater tots and Mac n cheese, fried calamari with a spicy aioli sauce. The Mac n cheese tater tots were really good, I couldn't say the same about the calamari it was really nothing special. As far as that the entrees we order, were southern fried chicken with mash potatoes and mixed veggies. It was eh I like more flavor in my fried chicken would, but then again that's just my preference. My friend had the fried catfish with sweet potato fries, he enjoyed it cooked very well and would order it again. Most of all besides the food, I loved the service our waitress was very attentive and kept eyes on refilling our glasses with water, every time our glasses were half way. Overall great place for a date, really great wine selections with beer. 4 stars overall

I went back to Q for "Brunch" again this morning. I was not disappointed once again. It's nice to know there are a few good places for breakfast in the Outer Richmond; it's just a shame that two of them happen to be on Clement Street and just two blocks apart (the other being "Eats").

I ordered off their "Brunch Specials" menu and got the "Horacio's Muy Deliciouso (sic) Chilaquiles". This was a very good version of a Mexican desayuno staple.

The mac and cheese with tater tots and bacon is good here but definitely something I would seek out regularly. It did have a bit of a kick to it. The menu has a lot of seafood options for dinner so if you're into that, you'll get more bang for your buck. I guess Guy Fieri stopped here for one of his shows. I do love the quirky atmosphere here with magnetic letters to spell things out and we were sitting at a table with a spider and web underneath the glass. If you're not big on seafood, I'd probably skip this place.

Service was decent. If I'm in the area, I would stop by again but I think I'd rather do brunch here instead.

After seeing Q Restaurant on Diners, Drive In's and Dives I went with a friend for brunch. I ordered the mac and cheese and tater tots. The Mac and Cheese was ok, some spice or maybe mustard was a little overpowering, but the Tater tots rocked!

Who knew tater tot's could taste that amazing! Maybe they add crack to it because you will be addicted.

Fun place with nice people - and killer tot's!

Eh, I don't know, maybe I'm too much of a granola eating hippy-dippy freak to fully enjoy this place.
I am as big of a ironically-gross-food-being-embraced-as-good-food fan as the next, but I haven't been blown away as of yet. Fuck yes to the almost always delicious, crispy, mystery seasoned tater tots! But fuck no the weirdly freezer burnt tasting tater tots I got last time I was there.
That being said, I'll probably eat here again and give it another chance to redeem itself. The decor is great. Since I am basically a 13 year old boy, I love being immature with all of the alphabet magnets on the walls, and that is reason enough to give it another shot :)

Ive been going to Q for about 4 years.  The food is good and the staff is great.  Maybe its because I am a semi-regular or maybe they are that nice to everyone, but they always seem to be really cool to me and my wife - and now our baby.  We have been 2 or 3 times with the kid, and we go really early so as not to be in the way.  I doubt I would drive far to go to Q, but since I walk there I will continue to rank it as a favorite neighborhood place with good food and a friendly, accommodating staff.  The duck is my wife's favorite and she gets it whenever she can. I jump around a little more. Its always good - although I sometime wish the catfish was cod!

I've been here a number of times usually for dinner but once for brunch, The food here is delicious. I love their mac'n'cheese with the tator tots. It is probably my favorite dish. The atmosphere is just lovely. I won't lie the magnetic letters are pretty fun to play with while you wait for your food.

The reason I gave them only 3 stars is because they are very unaccommodating when it comes to special orders. They are unwilling to remove or replace pieces of a dish. When I went for brunch I ordered a dish that usually comes with eggs. I simply asked if the eggs could be on the side since I don't eat eggs and figured my friend could have them. Originally they refused but eventually agreed. They made it very clear that they don't usually do such a thing.

Q serves up quite a few comfort food and American style cuisines such burgers and spare ribs.

Mac and Cheese was alright. I didn't think there was anything amazing about them. The mac was cooked right and the cheese tasted like a blend of a few cheeses with some spices mixed in. The serving size is pretty huge for mac and cheese.

Nice service. The waitress was very attentive and came by quite a few times to check up on things.

We were greeted with a smile, asked to sign in, and took a seat at the Bar as we waited for the rest of our Party of 10 to arrive. The ambiance was interesting.. a small restaurant with a friendly staff. The walls had magnets everywhere (even the Restroom sign was spelled out in magnets)

At the bar, we were offered a menu. We were quite early so we decided to order an appetizer (Mussels) and drinks.

From where we were sitting, we could see where the food was cooked and it was nice to see that they were clean and the food looked great even in the process.

Our mussels came out and were quite good. Served with some sorta butter sauce and home made Focaccia bread. YUM.

Shortly after we finished, our friends arrived and our table was all ready for us. We got seated at the largest table in the back that had a tree in the middle of it. Not very normal, but it was a conversation topic with the people in our party that were new to us.

The reason I held back from a 5-star review is because I didn't quite enjoy all the food I ate that night.

I ordered the NY Steak with Mash and Garlic Spinach. My food came out as ordered and tasted good.. salty but i like salty.

My boyfriend had ordered the Ribs with Slaw, Baked Beans, and Fries (Spicy). The Ribs were nothing special, the slaw was just cabbage and vinegar, beans were good, but the fries were gross. I also need to add that they didn't even make anything spicy when they asked him "do you want it spicy?" Why bother asking? Also, HOW DOES ONE MESS UP FRIES? They had a weird texture... not over or under cooked.. maybe they just need to buy different fries?

I sat next to a friend that ordered the Tater-tot Mac N Cheese. I got to taste it and it was bleh.. The tater-tots were ok.. just like frozen outta the bag kind and the mac n cheese was very artificial... I even like Kraft better than what they had served.

I'll admit, i liked the mussels and the steak I ordered, but the other items i tasted weren't good.

Maybe i'll try it again, but not any time soon.

One of the best burgers in San Francisco.
The best Tator Tots this side of the Mississippi.

This is american comfort food at its best. Q is completely original in design and all the food divine. Service is wonderful and the staff really friendly, not in that fake smile you may get at at Chotchkie's flavor but like you are valued.

Eat here, I guarantee you will like it.

This Breakfast/Brunch Spot had a Great Atmosphere with artbox tables, magnetic letters on the seat benches, and tons of personality.  There was no wait when we arrived but we felt rushed to leave by end of our meal.  Everything on the table seemed short from the little cups to mini ketchup bottle.

The best way to cure a hangover is to drink a Large Pitcher of water, Coal Miner Coffee, and a Freshly Juiced Mimosas. That way, you get your hydration, caffeination, and enough alcohol to start your day of drinking.  The food was over priced and not very delicious.  The Fried Green Tomato benedict was the item ordered.  My Corn Beef Hash was salty but overall flavorless plus the poached eggs were atrocious looking.

*SF Native Guy Fieri ate at this establishment (TripleD) and graffiti-ed the wall to prove it.

Wow, lots to say about this place! In the middle of all kinds of Asian restaurants, there is Q. Q has glass tables with large insects inside, tables with trees growing out of them, part of a planet attached to the wall, the most extensive wine list I have ever seen, and tater tots! This place mixes comfort food with coziness, local beer with vegan inspired soul food, and tater tots. (Yes, I mentioned them again!) One could also order mac and cheese topped with....tater tots! I did not do this, but it could be done. The portions are big and can easily be shared. If I wasn't sick (and thus trying not to share food), I'd share an appetizer and entree and leave room for a one of the amazing desserts.

I believe the service was great. I honestly don't remember as I was fortunate to have a wonderful dining companion and our conversation started the minute I sat down and was still going three hours later when we left.

Hope to return for brunch someday soon! (If I don't get sucked into to a Dim Sum bakery...see my review on Wing Lee Bakery!)

I work in the restaurant industry, which has deprived me from eating at awesome brunch spots only open on weekends and holidays (days that are hard for us food service folks to get off and enjoy, sadly).  So far this year I've had two random holidays off, and have happily had brunch at Q!  The first time was a walk-by, glance at the outside menu accident, five minutes before brunch ended on President's day!  Could have died after having brunch there.

The second time, I was guilty of going and ordering the same exact thing.  I was set when I woke up, and nothing could have stopped me from getting their holiday brunch special benediction on a crunchy black bean cake, instead of english muffin.  I'm a huge fan of black beans AND replacing bread with awesome substitutes.  The texture was amazing and worth going there a third time for, if I ever get the chance!

Also, the banana, walnut pancakes inspired me enough to give a try at making some on my own.  AND, their freakin stuffed french toast - GAH.  Fat girl heaven, right there.  I'm all about that.

Interior is dark, hip, and artsy.  Service is normal, friendly, but rushed - they seem to be an extremely busy place.  Second time we went there, there was a 20 minute wait.  Still it was worth it.  As someone who works somewhere that serves breakfast, it's hard for me to eat at a place that has breakfast over $11 a person.  I'm picky like that, but for a creative, delicious breakfast, and a good scene like Q, I'm down to drop $15 to start my day off right.

Q restaurant has great decor and is a really fun place to have dinner at, but I must admit that the food here is lacking. I've came here twice and both times I was not wow'd. The most recent visit here, this past Saturday, definitely left me here unsatisfied.

Their menu has some great sounding stuff, but unfortunately the food itself doesn't taste so great. I really want to like this place, but I can't.

This past visit I had the burger with garlic fries. Shared an appetizer of the mac & cheese and calamari. Their calamari was good, but its sad that this common appetizer was the star of the meal. My burger was blah and the mac & cheese was alright. The mac & cheese saved itself by having tater tots in it, otherwise it would also be blah.

My wallet, stomach and heart left this place unhappy therefore I won't be returning anytime soon or by choice.

    "Eek! Methinks not" indeed.

This was one of the few restaurants that was open in the area that my boyfriend and I were in. We went here with high hopes, but those were really quite shattered.

We ordered mussels as an appetizer, followed by some cranberry duck, and finished with a rootbeer float.

The mussels were too fatty and didn't taste fresh at all. My boyfriend and I love seafood, especially shellfish, but couldn't finish the plate's worth of mediocre-at-best critters.

The duck was tough - absolutely overcooked. The sweet sauce with the polenta was an odd combination that simply didn't work. The polenta was some of the worst I've ever had. I was so disappointed with the food that we cancelled the rootbeer float, as we didn't wish to spend any more money at the place.

The check was moderately priced. Had the food actually been edible, the check  would have been fine. Considering most of the duck was impossible to chew through and the mussels were unsavory, the money simply wasn't worth what we had.

There are plenty of other food places around SF - If you're hungry, hunt elsewhere.

My wife and i saw this place on Triple D on the Food Network. It very much lived up to the expectations set in the show. I had the fish tacos, very good. My wife had the grilled veggies with goat cheese, also very good. We both went with the fish dishes all good. At the end of dinner we shared the warm chocolate chip cookies. So warm and yummy you have to eat them with a spoon. If we lived in San Francisco we would be regulars.

what a nice, hippy, eclectic find of a brunch venue!

we got in just in time to grab the last table for 4.  within minutes, a line started forming, and within the hour, large groups of hungry people were waiting outside.  i figured, this place must be good!

between the 4 of us, some of us ordered omelettes, some ordered the special: strawberry french toast.  we shared, family style.  overall, omelettes were quite good, very tasty, and full of the fillings that each omelette was to have.  but the winner, in my opinion, was the strawberry french toast, which was filled with strawberry preserves and cream cheese, then topped with strawberries and walnuts.  very unique, original, and just full of strawberry sweetness.

we shared a small pitcher of sangria, which was also quite good.  i wasn't blown away by the taste, but it was very good, sweet and refreshing.

for a sunday morning brunch, food/drink/tax/tip = $17/person.  not bad considering the amount of food we had, and the quality of the food.  note these are also sf/city prices.

on a crowded day, it does get quite busy and noisy inside.  we did have to flag our waitress a few times, and a few times she didn't see us since she was helping other customers.  with the brunch crowd, the noise level definitely went up, but being in a corner of the restaurant did help.

advice: get there early to get a nice table, and order the strawberry french toast special, it is divine!

Went here last night for dinner.  At first impression: cute - kitschy decor, busy without being too crowded, a little loud with music/conversation.  We had no wait for a table and were greeted immediately by the staff, who also came back to our table right away with drinks.  Friendly and very attentive service!   This continued through the meal, checking on us and refilling drinks many times.

The menu looked so good that I had trouble deciding what to order, but I settled on the ultimate veggie grill.  I had not anticipated such a large serving - I ate until I was uncomfortably full and left half of my meal untouched.  There was also a really wide assortment of veggies on the plate (sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash, carrots, onions, beets, portobellos, corn on the cob) as well as a bed of rice and beans.  I wish that it'd been seasoned better, but it was pretty good as it was, and I was very happy to see that "grilled veggies" did not mean "oil slathered veggies."

Overall I'd give the food this time around a 3-4 stars and service 5 stars.  Definitely will be back to try more of the menu!

Scoring a Scoutmob coupon enticed me to bring my friends who live in the neighborhood and give this place a try.  On a recent pre-holiday weeknight, we met at the restaurant just before 6 pm and it was just filling up.

    Hits
    1) Tater tots Mac 'n Cheese (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - What's not to like, richness and fried foods!

    2) Tater Tots side (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - Make a dipping sauce with their provided hot sauce and ketchup and you'll be grinning like a Cheshire cat.

    3) Broccoli- Cauliflower Gratin (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - Cheesy goodness.

    Okay
    4) BBQ ribs (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - Ordered with their spicy BBQ sauce, this order had plenty of flavors from the ribs themselves, red cabbage slaw, and baked beans.  Unfortunately, the meat was a bit on the tough side and didn't fall off the bone.

    5) Fried chicken (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - If you like the Chinese style Jia Zhi Gai, you'll like this one.  If you're looking for a thick, tasty batter, you'll be disappointed.

    6) Meat Loaf (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - Baked and then grilled, it was tasty, but a tad on the dry side.

    7) Garlic Spinach - Just like it sounds.

    Not so great
    8) Cream of Mushroom Soup (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) -  Not only was it lukewarm, but there were mushy clumps in the soup that I WISH were mushrooms.

We were wise to arrive before 6 pm as there was a considerable line by the time we left.  The service was effective, but sometimes uneven and the noise level is a bit high with the piped music and the big screen TV showing cartoons near the entrance.  The prices are reasonable as entrees range mostly between $10.00 and $15.00 (NY steak, the exception).  By the time we left, there was a line out the door.  Would come back if in the neighborhood, but just a step below Spork (will miss you) in my book.

Wanted to try this place because it was on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. I love food network and the pulled pork and duck looked delicious on TV.

Unfortunately, I guess the DDD episode was a long time ago, because the pulled pork and duck were not on the menu. I ordered fried chicken which was unfortunately, very very dry. Gravy on mashed potatoes was a bit strange.

Waiter was really cool and the decor was fun. Just wish they had the food/quality they showed on TV \:

Food was really good, but the problem was... I wanted more! The portions are small (I can eat like a monster) and expensive for the amount. Tater tots and mac and cheese... you can't go wrong. Mushroom risotto, very good, wanted more.

Service was great. Atmosphere was... ok I guess. I don't know, I guess I expected more from this place, literally, and it just didn't give it to me. Worth trying out, but probably not worth going back.

I love a Scoutmob. We had tried to go for dinner the day before the coupon expired but apparently everyone else had the same idea, so we went for lunch the day the coupon was expiring.

We split 2 sandwiches.  The bbq meat, and the (special) pepita crusted chicken.  I preferred the chicken, my bf preferred the steak.  The fries were way too salty.  Also as noted on the Scoutmob text (18% gratuity may be charged to your bill) It was.  which was fine, but I kinda feel like they tried to cover it up by giving me my $5 of change all in $1 bills (which is an server trick to make tipping easier)...Just seemed like they were trying to get a "double tip"

My friends and I go here for brunch often (until my friend moved to Chicago =(...). I aim to get different things here and the prices are pretty reasonable. I can never finish a dish I ordered and I always hand it off for my boy to finish.

Here are some of the dishes I ordered or tasted:

Grilled Strip Steak Burrito with Ranchero Salsa, Scrambled Eggs and Sharp White Cheddar served with Black Beans, Homefries, Salsa Fresca and Sour Cream $10.75 -- this dish was ok, not great. The steak inside was over cooked and really dry, made it hard to chew and swallow with out water. My bf did order it another time we went and the meat was juicier. So it is a crap shoot when it comes to the consistency of the cooked steak .

Make your own omelette (prices varies) -- it is hard to not add everything you really want in a omelette without making it expensive.  I felt very limited due to the fact that each item I wanted to add cost money. I don't think I will ever create my own, I am sticking to the preset omelettes they make.

Every time I come with my girlfriends, we always order an extra side of home fries aka tater tots. We just can't get enough of the crispy outside with seasoning and the moist (sometimes greasy) inside.

There was other items I ordered and they don't have it listed on the menu online. So don't base you decision on the online brunch menu! Go there and see for yourself. I do remember getting something with green tomato slices (maybe green tomatoes Benedict??)... it was the best dish I ever got there, but I don't remember the name and the price of it ... oh so sad. =(

The true meaning of a hole in the wall done RIGHT!!!

i was first introduced to this restaurant many years ago from a friends father and since than i have always loved the place from its creativity of menu, friendlyness of staff, and of coarse that fantastic tasting food.

i returned back to Q on a sunday with a date, and surprisingly no wait but than again it was a sunday night. Seated right away got our water and menus right away and offered their daily specials to us. as this place was always known for their mac and cheese with tater tots which sounded and looked awesome but i had to pass and go for the beef medallion strogonoff with mushrooms and spinach that was on their specials menu. one of the best strogonoff i've had next to a friends home made. the beef medallions cooked perfectly (med rare) and the spinach was fresh. and the mushrooms were to die for i forgot the name of mushroom. the service staff continued to be super friendly and great and always with a smile. the patrons of this place are great and funny people. always worth a repeat  here in my book and won't break the piggy bank for a great meal

If nothing else, a big thanks to Q for helping me to perfect my mac n cheese recipe.  The first few times I made it, I couldn't get the crust like how I wanted.  After my first trip to Q a while back though, it all just came together. When I told my friend about how the food failed to impress, she filled me in on what I should have ordered - the mac n cheese with tater tots.  Even though I was a little skeptical about the mac n cheese itself, the use of tater tots sounded brilliant.  So brilliant that I tried it with my recipe...and the rest is history.

When my friend and I decided to meet up a few months ago for dinner on Clement St, I figured it was the perfect chance to finally Q's mac n cheese.  Verdict?  My friend and I both agreed it was pretty good and our favorite of the night.  It's just a shame the other two dishes fell a bit short (although, one wasn't as bad as the other):

    - Shredded Beef Short Rib Confit Enchilada with Chili-Colorado Sauce, Cypress Grove Goat Cheese, and Black Beans - a total miss for me.  The short rib confit sounded good, but I can't say if was or not.  Between the sauce, the goat cheese, and the black beans, I couldn't taste much of the beef, let alone anything else.
    - Mac N Cheese with Tater Tots (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - I'm not always a fan of mac n cheese (some are great, some are awful) but this one was solid.  Lots of cheesy flavor without being too cheesy or too saucy.  To be honest though, it was the combination with the tater tots that made the dish as good as it was.
    - Portobello Risotto with Asiago Cheese and Sauteed Spinach (http://www.yelp.com/bi...) - decent consistency and flavor, but I thought it needed more mushrooms.  If it wasn't a vegetarian dish, ground sausage would have been an awesome addition.

Much like the first time around, I wasn't that impressed with what I had.  Other than the mac n cheese, nothing I've tried at Q has really stood out from what I've been able to find elsewhere.  If one or two did, I'd be more inclined to come back and get their tasty mac n cheese.  Until that happens, I'll just make my own mac n cheese with tater tots.

Me and my girlfriend come here quite frequently.  The staff is really nice and always there when you need a refill on drinks.  The food is amazing!  The meatloaf is a must have they grill it on both sides so its like getting the end piece every time!!!  We usually get the tater tots and muscles as a starter and they are always very good.  Some of the best tater tots I have ever had!!!  We never take anything home from here because we both clean the plates the food is delicious!

Love this place! I originally saw it on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and just had to try it. It took about a year for my friends and I to actually go here, but since we've discovered it, we've been back at least half a dozen times. The restaurant is small and homey with fun, quirky decorations all around. They ever have little lettered magnets floating around for you to play with while you wait. I've only been here for dinner, but do want to try lunch here too because the menu looks amazing.

The service staff here is amazing and friendly. They know what's good so if you're stuck between what to get, ask them!

Duck Confit: We just had to try this since it was featured on the show. I guess they marinate the duck for dayssssss before they even serve it which gives the ducks lots of flavor and tenderness. It's served with polenta and black cherry sauce. I never had polenta before, but it was so yummy with the duck and sauce. This is definitely something you have to try during your visit here. Hopefully they have it because it is on the specials menu.

Ribs. Ribs ribs ribs! That's not what it's called on the menu, but when you see it, you'll know what I'm talking about. The ribs here are amazing. Delicious. Finger lickin' good. And they're served with some of the best, crispiest garlic fries I've ever had, beans and a spicy pickled cole slaw. What I like to do is mix a little bit of the cole slaw and beans together. The pickled flavor complements the beans very well. As for the ribs. They are so flavorful. Make sure you ask for extra sauce. And the portion is perfect enough to fill you up and them some. mmm just thinking about them makes my mouth water.

Mac and cheese with tater tots. Okay, so I'm not a big fan of mac and cheese just because I feel like it's one of the blandest foods out there, but all these reviews keep mentioning how amazing this dish is. And they're right! I've never had a plate of mac and cheese that had such yummy flavors. Unfortunately though, the portion is definitely not big enough to fill you up, so my friends and I order more as an appetizer. Oh! And how can I forget the tater tots. They are THE BOMB. Just share this plate with your pals and you won't regret it. It's as good as mac and cheese gets.

Another cool thing is that you can order those tater tots on the side too.

The only not so great dish I've had here would be the meatloaf. It was alright, not the best. I wish there was  more flavor to it. The mashed potatoes were yummy though!
The fried chicken was super crispy and juicy. Another good things here.
The burgers look ginormous and come with a heaping order of garlic fries.

For appetizers I got the chicken wings. They were okay. The sauce wasn't too great... a little too sweet for my taste. Needed a little more tang.

All in all, I love this place and plan to come back soon to try the day menu.
