This is a salon, and the result of my haircut should be what the review is based upon...no, that is wrong, the EXPERIENCE is what my review should be based upon...anyway, why the angst? I loved my haircut! Lynn, the stylist, did a terrific job at interpreting my request. The price was not ideal, but what I expected. However, what has me Yelping is not the terrific haircut, but the terrible reception by someone other than Lynn. No greeting, no smile, no goodbye/nice day upon my leaving, nothing. I would like to give 5 Stars but the reception has me reducing that to 3 Stars. Too bad because this salon has quite a lot to offer: coffee bar, a small gift area. I know that I will return for the great haircut, and I know that Lynn should not have to suffer for someone else's poor attitude, but it does make me mad enough to want to Yelp about it.
