I ordered from this place fully because I saw Matt S.'s comment about them offering online ordering.  I'm a big fan of online ordering, especially when I'm ordering food that is horrible for my figure.

My pizza was a custom job comprised of: pesto sauce on original crust with goat and feta cheese, pepperoncini peppers, black olives, and roasted garlic.  Yum!  The tiramisu was okay, probably the driest I've ever had.

The delivery was fast and the driver was friendly.  I look forward to ordering more waist expanding food stuffs from Pronto's in the future.

Aww man, this place is the shit.  They have the BEST goddamned BBQ pizza!  Pronto's allows you to order online and NOT start a stupid profile.  This way, I don't feel like a gigantic shut in fatass ordering all the time.  I don't want papa johns knowing I have a LOVE of pizza...damn.

The delivery time is on point! I've never ordered from a local chain before, but since I've discovered Pronto's, I've never used Papa John's or Domino's since!

These guys do great work and make a hell of a pie!  Trust me, I know.  I can eat a whole Medium BBQ Pizza on my own!

I feel like I love everything - I mean if you look at my profile its all 4 & 5 star stuff...what can I say, I've been lucky!

Pronto is great. I've had something from just about every section of their menu and have yet to be disappointed. Although they're a pizza joint by name, the pizza was the one thing I probably won't order again. And that wasn't because it was bad - I just don't love gobs and gobs of cheese on my pizza (I know - sacrilege) and this pizza had cheese in spades. I enjoyed it, but will opt for Bambinos in the future.

Highlights: You MUST get the Rosemary Chicken Ravioli (Fantastic!) and last night I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger that was way yummy. I admit I was reluctant to get a burger from a Pizza/Pasta joint, but was very pleasantly surprised. The chicken wings are tres, tres, good as well.

You can order online, which I love,  and my burger arrived last night at 10:30 PM - apparently they deliver until 3a.

Fast delivery, good selection, average quality. I order from them all the time. Where else can you get a burger delivered. Not the greatest burger but not bad. Fish and chips too. Weird. There pepperoni is great!

If my aunt wasn't visiting from California, I might not have found Pronto Pizza.  They're good.  Yeah.

We ordered 1 large pizza (1/2 vegetable, 1/2 cheese) with an Eggplant Salad.  And there was a coupon in their flier that they honored, free wings and 2 sodas with the order of a large pizza.  That's really sweet of them.  I'm sure of it.

Over 10 years in New York and I never saw Eggplant Salad on the menu.  I love eggplant.  I had to have the eggplant.  I ordered the eggplant.

Eggplant Salad was so prissy to look at and eat. But I did it justice. It's mixed greens with mozzarella balls, olives, tomato and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.  It was enough for two people.  And really good.  I was nice about the situation and shared the eggplant with my aunt.  Shocked me too.

Loved the salad.

My aunt loved the chicken wings.  The best wings she ever had.  And she's had a lot of wings.  Yeah.  It's very authentic Italian in taste too.  She wants to call and get the recipe.  I'll be so embarrassed... I feel it.

The cheese pizza is good.  It's not NYC pizza.  I'm still use to the NYC pizza.  But for Seattle pizza, this isn't so bad.

I'm glad we ordered Pronto Pizza.  Italian food is happy food!

I love the fact that their entire menu is online - dislike the fact that you can't place an order online though.

Our meals were delivered hot (Spaghetti with Meatballs for the monster - I mean my kid, and Fettuccine with Prawns for me), our salads were cold, as were the drinks.

Delivery time as precisely what was quoted over the phone, and considering I live in a sort of obscure area of Magnolia, the delivery driver had no problem locating me.

This is my third experience with Pronto, my second Delivery and the service has always been consistent, as has the food. Good food, good pricing.

We love Pronto's! We order from them quite frequently and of the probably 30 (maybe more) times we've ordered from them our food has only been delivered luke warm once. Most everything I've tried has been pretty good, pasta, calzones, pizza, burgers! We ordered burgers from there this past Monday and they were good, buns weren't mushy, toppings were on the side. My favorite pizza is the Pizza al Prosciutto...YUM!! Great place!

Very good variety of food for a reasonable price.  Very freindly  employees.  Remodled interior that could be larger.  I generally get pizza by the slice (Cheese, Pepperoni or Combo only available for PBTS).

I'm such a spoiled little brat. Who spoils me? The convenience of the City of Seattle. You can find food till late in the night, unlike Redmond, which goes to sleep at 9. And then there's Pronto's - Delivers till 3 in the morning, no wonder our size 6 is the new 2.

I'm sure you all remember the few snows that we got this year, where pretty much everyone is trapped inside for a few days. Well, I was anyways. Thanks to Pronto's, I had Pronto's for lunch, Pronto's for Dinner, and...well repeat for 3 days. That's right, Pronto's for 3 days straight. And yes, I'm the Queen of laziness.

Is the food good? It's not gourmet, but it is the closest thing to gourmet I've gotten from delivery. And how can you not feel special when all your food is packaged neatly, and ridiculously good looking? Regardless of my list of special requests, Pronto's always manage to deliver exactly what I want.

Love their wide selections of menu, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and desserts. We never go without an order of the Italian or hot wings. My salads are always packed with ample dressing. I can't imagine anyone using a whole container of that dressing, let alone 3, it must be like soup!

Price is a teeny tiny bit more than your usual deliveries. But you're ensured good food, and the pizza will not make your face drip oil at the end of the meal. Service is excellent, and accommodating. Fast delivery of fresh out of the oven food packaged with everything you need.

And really, it opens till 3. What more do you want, greedy?

I love living in a place where you can get a menu with something other than pizza on it for delivery.  That said the pizza here is the worst part, but take into account that I Do Not think that pizza is the world's most perfect food.  Some interesting combos but the crust isn't that hot.  The hot wings are delish and they have awesome steak fries which i recommend you cover in Johnny's Seasoning Salt the second they arrive!  Oh I guess I should mention I've only had it delivered, but they deliver until 3am!  The salads are all right as are the burgers, but the salmon fettucine is awesome!

Had some issues when I first started ordering but they made up for it with free food next time.  My only complaint is that the phone people don't speak English very well so NEVER forget to have them repeat the order for you.

Plus they deliver CANNED COKE! Yeah!

The pizza is pretty good, but the delivery service is HORRIBLE! We ordered from Pronto the other night and the delivery guy stood in the foyer staring at the front door security system. He then called us from his cell phone and asked us to come and let him in. My husband gave him our last and first names to buzz us so we could let him in. However, he just stood there and waited for us to come and get the pizza ourselves. He argued with my husband, who btw is the least argumentative person ever!

If this had happened once, then I would have let it go. But it happened once before. We usually tip really nicely but this time we did not leave a tip at all and threw away the menu. I am a huge Pagliacci fan mostly for their fine pizza's but also their AMAZING customer service. Pronto could use some of their Mojo!

So if you order for delivery, please be advised that the security system at the door might be a little confusing for some.

Wow, I gotta say I'm a little surprised by how much people like this place.  The food is decent but dining in really isn't an option.  The tables are in this dank dark lit area under florescent lights and there's a TV going at all times which is kind of annoying.

Mmm. The place to order delivery pizza, sandwiches, dessert, and pasta (Magnolia - unsure of how far out they'll deliver). That's right. Pronto delivers pizza and pasta. Prices are a little steep than what you would normally expect to pay for delivery, but the quality is a step above the rest.

Thank you Pronto for maintaining an updated menu on your website. I hate when delivery joints fail to offer a reference for customers to order from. Actually, I hate when any company offers a website with little else than a few images & contact info.

Great service despite being pulled in all directions. Not surprising considering Pronto delivers great quality delivery items that you would normally visit a sit-down restaurant for.

I have yet to have an unfavorable meal delivered from Pronto.

This is my 2am food place.  This is also my craving Italian and too tired to cook place.  This is also the first place I call when I want delivery pizza with a little more love.

I order here all the time and have never been disappointed.  From the pizzas, calzones, pastas, and desserts, everything is great.  Honestly, all the food is delicious and cheese covered.  Everything comes fast and hot.  His favorite is the pronto special pasta, tortellini and bacon.  I really love their calzones.

Even the prices aren't bad for the quality.  And the delivery guys are friendly and quick.  So I always tip well.

Seriously, the best thing is that they are opened late and never skimp on service.

I'm the type of person who goes to Maine and orders the turkey sandwich (it's true, ask my parents) so it's not quite ironic that I would review a pizza joint without actually having their pizza.

Pros: Open LATE (until 3AM daily), Delivers FAST, food arrives hot/cold as needed, chicken wings, good value, broad menu

Cons: Broad menu

Let's start with the dish we LOVED. The spicy chicken wings. They were spicy in a recreational way and were satisfyingly savory. The meat literally slipped off the bones. My fiance gleefully showed me each wing piece he successfully stripped in one bite. The accompanying dipping sauce (ranch with chunks of bleu cheese) was delish.

The menu had a mediterranean slant to it so it wasn't too odd ordering the lamb gyros. I really enjoyed the gyro meat. They were pretty tasty for something that can be delivered. The tszsazssikki sauce was tangy, cucumbery good. It would definitely satisfy a late night craving.

We got tried the Antipasto and Cobb Salads. They were pretty good with the balsamic-based Italian dressing. There were spring greens mixed in with chunks of fresh iceberg lettuce. Classic ingredients, tasted fresh, par for the course.

Minestrone soup perfectly adequate. You could taste the variety of fresh veggies and the broth was flavorful and clear.

On the downside was the Spicy Prawn appetizer. We were expecting actual prawns and not the previously frozen tough shrimp nuggets we got. Also, we were expecting the prawns to have a lovely savory rubbing of seasoning...but they weren't. Tabasco could be tasted (per the description) and they were drowned in a lemon butter cream soup with diced mystery veggies. However, the soup did taste pretty good with the pitas that came with it.

To sample their pasta, we got the chicken fettucine alfredo. The alfredo sauce was pleasantly garlicky and creamy but needed a little ooomph with some fresh pepper and a dash of Lawry's seasoned salt. I was a bit disappointed with the tiny diced chicken pieces on the pasta. I mean, the chicken in the Cobb salad was of better quality. By the time you ate all the pasta, what was left was a pile of cream-covered, dry, chewy chicken bits. Not the fancy feast.

For the hot sammich, we got the simple melted cheese on ham and salami. We didn't get to it until the next day, but it was ok. I reheated it in the oven and the bread was satisfyingly crusty. Could've used more zing, flavor-wise.

As for delivery, I dunno why but they seem to come WAY faster than we expect them to. Both times we were wowed and amazed.

Overall, a wide selection of food available for late night delivery but none of the dishes really stand up on their own. They're all good, but not great. Except for the spicy chicken wings.

UPDATE: Tried the Taco Pizza. AWESOME!! Great thin, soft, pillowy, but sturdy crust. LOTS of toppings and tasted great! The bacon cheeseburger was quite good and had that great flamebroiled taste. The steak fries were thick cut and good (with some seasoned salt added). They came SUPER fast once again even with all the rain. Added one star!

This used to be my "run in for a slice to-go" place. Now it's my favorite pizza place. They have great lunch specials--slices of pizza (usually 3 to choose from), pasta with a salad or sandwiches with a salad and the cost is about 1/2 of what the regular menu prices are. Their pizza is out of this world--perfect crust, the right amount of sauce. The house dressing (a vinaigrette) is delicious, as is their shrimp salad and Caesar salad (servings are big enough to split or eat 1/2 for dinner, take the other 1/2 for lunch the next day). My husband likes the gyros, and I love their calzones. First of all, they're beautiful--done with an egg wash to make them shiny and crispy on the outside, they are perfectly cooked and stuffed with delicious goodness. Delivery is fast, or if you call-ahead your order will be ready in a reasonable time. Service is attentive and friendly. Lunchtime can get crowded with mom's taking their kids out for a slice, but there's usually no problem finding a seat.

Molto bene...pizza is out of this world.  I had the House Special which was loaded down with all the good stuff.  They offer free delivery and are very prompt.  I'd call the pizza...restaurant style...not truly Italian as in Roma presentation, but mid way between American Round Table and authentico Italiano...the perfect mix I'd say.  Wash it down with a Peroni and enjoy the game.  Alla salute!
