I typically do most of my fact finding and shopping online, so looking for apartments left me with many online options.

Being new to the area i also wanted to give an in person service a chance just in case there was a benefit that i would have overlooked doing it solo.

I went into Promove a while back and i was greeted with a smile by this guy named Richie.

He helped me narrow down all the apartments in the area i was looking to move to, and was able to call them up and see what type of specials they were running.

The relationship these apartment complexes have with Promove is important because it seem like 1/2 of their referrals come from their service. Promove gets paid by referrals, so they want to find you a place you are going to be happy with and sign a lease with.

Richie was able to steer me away from some of the worse places, and he was even able to "sweet talk" some of the people into getting us better move in specials.

Thats something you just can't do on your own online.

Richie was a class act, and I seriously recommend asking for him. He will follow up with you with any details. He seriously likes his job.

We ended getting a place in Vinings with a 2 months of free rent move in special. i was very impressed.

Just in case you were wondering, Promove is a free service, and they give you maps a to all the places they recommend.

These guys are great! There are so many apartment complexes in metro Atlanta, and these guys were able to narrow them down to a select few that matched my needs. They call ahead for special pricing and give you color brochures of each one. And the best part..... It's FREE! A special thank you to Scott Palmer for helping me find the perfect apartment!

I love Promove. Without them, I would be lost. A few months back I made a stupid move way OTP and regretted it the day I did it. Luckily my lease just ran up and Erik Fulfer helped me find somewhere absolutly free! He made me this customized portfolio that had every apartment that fit my requirments. He set up appointments for me, remained in contact, through email so I wouldn't get annoyed, and made sure that I was 100% happy with my final decision. I can not say enough about Erik and all his help. He litterally found me a new apartment and for that I am so thankful!

I have used Promove twice and have been rewarded each time. They found me an apartment in the best locations that I could think of at the best price. The staff was very friendly and good with calling to follow up. I think if you are looking for an apartment you should a least try them because it is a free service.
