My old school Corolla FX was starting to sound weird. I knew the muffler was done. The tip was starting to fall off and I noticed my gas mileage was going to hell. Then one night I hit a pothole in the road and all of a sudden there was a loud ass drone. I had a feeling what it was and as soon I as got home, it was confirmed...the tip was completely gone. Obviously I needed this fixed ASAP or risk getting a ticket. I considered bringing it to Golden Muffler but didn't really like the work they did on my other car. Then I remembered this place, passing by it almost everyday driving to work. The reviews here were positive and it was perfect since I could drop it off on my lunch break and walk literally just a couple blocks to pick it up.
Jason was very helpful. Turned out the entire exhaust system from the cat back was rotted (probably as old as the car). I basically told him I wanted the most basic setup and he suggested I pay a little extra and go for the Magnaflow muffler. The work turned out beautiful - nice, smooth pipe bends and welds and he even hooked it up with a slash tip. And on the very first fresh tank of gas, I noticed the mileage was back where it was.
For the same price I paid at Golden, I got something that was 100x nicer at Proline. -

I took my stepside here after putting on 24'' rims from another shop that told me that they would fit with no problems "ya right" they rubed soooo bad they were cutting my tires proline the spot they took real good care of my stepside and raised the front end of my truck no more cutting and no more problems they just won my loyalty.

I went here to have my catalytic converter done because my small truck didn't pass smog. Jason gave me an estimate which is really reasonable. Truck was done in no time. This guy is a pro and very honest.
Being happy with his service I again brought my Dodge Ram for a cat back replacement and i didnt want it loud. I asked him how he can do it, and he recommended some good mufflers.
I said ok just do it and oh man he figured what I really want, the truck sound so nice when you accelerate and so quiet when cruising.
I'm telling you guys Jason is a pro and well experienced and man the welds were perfect like CNC welded.
If u want good service , Jason is the way to go for exhaust and suspension. -

These guys were super helpful, flexible, honest, and nice. What more can you ask for? They helped weld up and reinforce a torn away rear shock mount on my 1996 BMW. The BMW shop wanted a lot more money for the job. They did excellent work and it came out less than the original estimate. They called to say that some of the work was unnecessary with the parts we had. That's honest. Can't recommend them enough.

i am not a car guy. or a yelp guy. but the whole reason i created this profile was to let you know how good they treated my truck, and me, over at Proline.
after buying a Dodge with a modest 5.9L V8 engine i looked into ways of beefing it up and found a couple "deals" on muffler kits and cold air intakes at eb*y & amzn. i was *this* close to buying the kits online and installing myself when i figured what the hell - i oughta stop by this place around the corner from work and get a pro opinion. thank god i did!
Jason looked at my truck and said "Magnaflow muffler & exhaust? ...we could do that for you in about an hour for [half the cost of the kit]." HALF. so i asked him to chuck a K&N cold air intake on the thing, too.
it took no time - dropped it off before work, picked it up after. got a major upgrade to my truck from stem to stern for about the same price as the cheapest online exhaust kit! these guys rock. he even added a sick slant-cut tip at wholesale cost. and everything welded up tighter than a frog's a-hole. i can't believe i almost wasted hella money and time buying online and mucking it up on my own! you've got to go here. they do it all.

I guess the main exhaust guy (Jason) no longer works here. I stopped by to get an exhaust estimate but the place is rarely open any more. Thats too bad.

OK. I'm a car guy. I know good work from shotie work. My first car I brought them was my 1965 Chevelle convertible. I heard about these guys through a recommendation. I just finished an engine swap into my car and I needed my headers connected to my existing exhaust. He gave me such a good deal on the job, I'm not even going to quote it here. Anyways, a month later I had him do the whole exhaust system, mufflers and all. My car is lowered and he tucked the exhaust up so they won't scrap the gound, The exhaust came out to be a work of art. My dual exhaust and X pipe came out straight and beautifully symmetrical all the way past the rear bumper. The welds were solid beads, not crappy discount muffler bird poop welds. My full exhaust was priced fairly but the quality was something to praise. I was holding back on a yelp review because I wanted to keep this little gem all to myself. :)

First of all, if you can't find the shop, it's because it is on the other side of Bayshore Blvd.!
Jason installed an aftermarket cat-back on my Porsche 944. He was very nice and insightful. The work was done immediately and with great care. -

got work done to my old school 4runner. new piping, muffler, and a tip. looks and sounds awsome. also got the rear leveling kit and wheel & tire. this shop is your one stop shop. job well done.. cheap too.
