Kenneth K. Takeuchi, Race Director through his Pro Race Group, manages large number of road races in and about the Fresno area each year. He also runs a very popular Runner of the Year Series where runners accumulate points in various races during the year. A special trophy and banquet are awarded the top three finishers in Open, Master and Senior age groups.
