I haven't had a lot of experience with plumbers as I've only been a home owner for four years.

My aunt was reffered to Pro Drain by a very close friend of hers. Because I was on break from school and my aunt had to work, she asked me to sit in her house and "supervise" their work. Her house had a huge plumbing problem and they spent most of the day under her house.  When they finished their work they showed me exactly what they did, provided me with the old stuff that needed to be replaced and explained exactly why it was faulty. When I handed over their payment they explained that my aunt would receive a senior citizen discount.

Jessie and his younger brother Cesar were the plumbers on call that day. They are extremely professional, polite, respectful and do GREAT work. Their father started the business and they apprenticed with him and now help train other prospective plumbers.

They have done work for me since then. I have never been disappointed with their work.
